Cool, spacious apartment in an awesome neighborhood!

Very cool, spacious apartment in a great location, 1 block from Spanish Steps and by excellent restaurants and shopping. Vibrant neighborhood! A/C worked well on a very hot day. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and both bathrooms were clean. Felt extremely secure and safe. Great for 6 of us. Our host kept great communication with us, allowed an early luggage check in, and answered plenty of questions about taxis, airport, etc which was greatly appreciated. Clear entry/check in instructions too!

We were ready for it, but a little noisy at night due to vibrant restaurant scene and live music. We were also ready for this, but be ready to carry your luggage all the way up to the top level.

Great place to stay if you want to be in a central location.

Great location, right by the Spanish Steps, with lots of shops, restaurants, and the metro nearby. Spacious and clean rooms, bathrooms, kitchen.

You have to walk up 3 flights of stairs so if you have heavy luggages it’s difficult. There’s no aircon in the dining area.

Large family apartment in central location.

Large apartment with everything in the best location in Rome. Metro to Colosseum and Vatican saved the kids walking legs in the Summer heat.

The property does have lots of stairs with no lift. The upstairs rooms have very low ceilings, our teens are all quite tall so they had to watch their head.

Great place and location but I would be wary if your group members are tall.

Great location and amenities. Staff were very accommodating. Two bedrooms were great.

The upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms have _very_ low clearance. Most of our group is 6 feet tall and multiple people hit heads on the non-standard height doorways and ceilings.

Great location, clean and tidy, but short of relaxation space

Location was amazing, plenty of restaurants literally on the doorstep. Apartment clean and tidy. Bathrooms spacious. Easy to walk to all the attractions from the apartment. 2 spacious bedrooms, the others a little less headroom for adults.

Only one 2 seater sofa for 6 adults to collapse on after a day of walking! No sitting room, just a dining area. Not enough cups and wine glasses in kitchen. Only small issues but really needed the sofas!

for the money we paid and photos shown in booking.com website we expected a fairly comfortable stay of good standards. u

central location.

located at third level without lift. very noisy from the streets and restaurants at all times, day and night. apartment finishes very old and in need of modernisation. constant bad smell in the apartment probably coming from nearby restaurants . no functioning Airconditioning contrary to what was advertised. limited heating in cold nights. kitchen equipment very minimal. toilets flushes and taps not working properly.

Group of friends for a birthday gathering.

Location was excellent. Lovely restaurants and bars outside the door.

The steps up to the apartments with an older group of people. Shower was a little slippy. Could have been warmer at night. Beds could have been more comfortable.

Great location, great communication- needs some TLC.

Location was fabulous. Lots of shops, restaurants and people watching. Check in and out was easy and communication before our trip was excellent.

The apartment does not match the photos. It does need some maintenance and a deep clean. Also, it is 66 steps up to the apartment - this should be in the description, as it was hard for my parents.

The location of the apartment was amazing right beside the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain

We arrived as a group of 9 people and we only got 1 towel each to do us for the time we were there and also 1 toilet roll per bathroom also there was no where to store our luggage when we were leaving that night so I think we should of been given options of different places for storage .

the facility was not working well The filter of the air conditioner was clogged with dirt in the rooms no air conditioning in the open space and living room the 2 shower was over flooded the washing machine is working for 2 hours or more every simple cycle A load on the electrical panel jumps the electricity the bed mattress is old the floor was dirty

That was in the city center

Noice. The windows locker was loose result in the Smoke for the crowed passed through the house. Garbage truck in the morning where passing from the street all the time and the noise was unbearable .

Excellent location (couldn't have been better). Quite big apartment, with plenty of space everywhere.

The apartment was spacious, but the double bed in one of the rooms was quite small, and we needed to fit 2 people in it. Also, a bit noisy in the morning with the rubbish truck going down the street.

The location is amazing. Flexible and friendly staff. Will definitely return. We are a party of 7. The apartment was very spacious.

The steps up to the apartment are not for anyone who has joint or breathing problems.
