Small apartment ground floor
The small apartment with air conditioning is located on the ground floor of our house and has next to the separated by a folding door sleeping area and the fully equipped new kitchen, with satellite TV, wireless DSL access, a shower room. The entrance to the apartment is at ground level with direct access to the garden. A shady seating area under kiwis invites you to linger. Our house is located on the outskirts in a quiet residential area (dead end) and offers you on the ground floor a 2-room apartment for 4 persons and a 1-room apartment for 2 persons. After our 2nd floor in winter 2005/2006 we also offer a large 3-room apartment for 4 persons and a 1-room apartment for 2 on the 2nd floor. Both apartments have a private balcony with sea views. Other smaller shops and bakeries and 2 pharmacies and a number of souvenir and Schmucklädchen houses the pristine preserved center of Medulin.
