On the ground floor, the spacious and equipped kitchen offers a welcoming environment enriched by the ancient cupboards full of crockery and pots and all kinds of accessories. On the same floor two full bathrooms with shower, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a large living room with sofa bed create a pleasant sleeping and relaxing area. From two window doors you access the outside where a covered area allows you to enjoy the cool and eat in the garden. The old stone staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two other double bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with a living room and a double sofa bed. The first floor is completely surrounded by a terrace ideal for enjoying the sun and the silence of the countryside.
From the villa you can access a safe room ideal for storage, maintenance and cleaning of bicycles.
The restaurant is available free of charge if requested during booking.
Adjacent to the villa there are two barbecues for pleasant barbecues, and in a dedicated area in addition to the barbecue you can use the wood oven to enjoy pizzas and other Ligurian delicacies. In the olive grove there is a swimming pool, ideal for children and teenagers, equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. A pleasant path allows you to stroll through the estate to discover the olive trees and the spontaneous flora of Liguria. In just 5 m walk you can reach Costa d'Oneglia an ancient and typical Ligurian village. The villa offers the opportunity for a relaxing holiday in contact with nature, but allows you to reach the city center and its attractions within a few minutes by car.

tornati da week-end di festeggiamenti per un addio al celibato. punto di forza sicuramente la posizione, immersa tra gli ulivi la proprietà rimane isolata e quindi non si rischia di dar fastidio al vicinato. le foto non rendono giustizia, ma il terreno esterno è immenso. la zona barbecue rimane in corpo staccato rispetto alla casa (300mt circa), ma è attrezzata di tutto. in 10 abbiamo occupato tutto l'immobile, quindi avevamo anche l'utilizzo esclusivo della piscina, per gruppi credo che sia una soluzione ideale ad un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La proprietaria carina e rapida nelle risposte, ci ha concesso un check-out ritardato di qualche ora senza chiederci nulla. self check-in comodissimo: arrivi e le chiavi son già lì, per qualsiasi dubbio si puo contattare Giorgia. Piazzale per più posti auto davanti alla casa e supermercati/tabacchi nelle vicinanze. peccato solo che i week-end durino cosi poco. Alla prossima

We all 13 of us enjoyed our stay even though it was extremely hot We could have used better fans in the villa and the driveway was an unwelcome surprise very narrow and twisty as are all in the region but we had no idea and should have rented a tinier auto. By all in all a wonderful vacation everyone loved staying at the villa

Wir hatten eine sehr schoene Zeit in dem Anwesen. Das Haus und der Garten sind grosszuegiger als dies die Fotos vermuten lassen. Die Lage des Hauses ist herrlich, inmitten einer Olivenplantage, die terassenartig angelegt ist. Die Ausstattung des Hauses laesst nichts zu wuenschen ueberig. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend. Voor twee gezinnen en totaal 7 kinderen biedt het huis en de tuin voldoende ruimte om je terug te trekken en in alle rust een boek te lezen, maar ook om gezellig samen te zijn. De tuin is fijn, het zwembad prima en de pizza-oven met overdekt terras is echt een plus. De eigenaresse is zeer hulpvaardig en vriendelijk. Enige minpunt is het uitzicht op een stukje snelweg waardoor het nooit echt stil is. Wij hebben zeer genoten.

Also mal ehrlich das ist Urlaub was die Vermieter anbieten! Man hat alles was man braucht und Freundlichkeit und Gastfreundlichkeit würde ich mit 10 Sternen bewerten! Wir waren 9 Leute und sind mit den Harleys 780km hingefahren und jeder km war es wert! Der Pizza Abend was sie anbieten ist der Hammer! Wir könnten gar nicht soviel und so schnell essen wie sie aufgetischt haben. Und dann war es super lecker! Alles sauber super Betten und sehr gepflegt alles! Jetzt kommt das aber.... die Einfahrt. Wir hatten einen Touareg und ein Amorok als Begleitfahrzeuge dabei. Grösser dürfen die Fahrzeuge nicht sein da man sonst nicht hochkommt. Einfach zu eng und zu steil. Aber wer Autofahren kann kommt hoch. Kein Anhänger oder Wohnmobil! Aber man kann unten kostenlos Parken das ist kein Problem. Ein Einkaufsladen der günstig ist gibt es auch "BERNETT" ist 3km weiter. Man hat einen ganzen Berg für sich. DANKE NOCHMAL FÜR DIE TOLLEN TAGE DIE WIR ERLEBEN DURFTEN! Wir kommen wieder! Achja für die Biker ihr kommt auf vollen Genuss in Ligurien zu fahren! 72km und ihr seit in Monaco! Bilder stelle ich auch noch ein.... dann los Buchen!!!

Ideal für Großfamilie oder Freunde, wir waren 13 Erwachsene. Gastgeber freundlich und sehr unkompliziert. Preis gerade noch ok für eine Woche in den Pfingstferien. Auch für Mountainbiker interessant, Nähe Finale Ligure. Haus genügend groß und sehr sauber. Riesiges, gepflegtes Gelände im Olivenhain. Keine Nachbarn, man kann auch laut sein. Wunderschöne Außensitzplätze mit genügend Stühlen und auch Liegen. Und, wichtig, wenn es warm ist: Drei große Kühlschränke. Den genialen Pizzaofen/Grillplatz 100 Meter vom Haus entfernt (mit Strom, Wasser, Licht, Kühlschrank) haben wir oft und gerne für lange Abendessen genutzt. Die meisten Betten waren bequem. Töpfe und Geschirr könnte man mal aussortieren und einheitlich ergänzen, eine neue und größere! Kaffeemaschine wäre sinnvoll. Was ein echte Herausforderung auch für wagemutige und versierte Autofahrer darstellt ist die extrem! steile und enge Zufahrt zum Haus. Nichts für schwache Nerven. Da fährt man freiwillig nicht schnell mal so zum Einkaufen, nur weil man vielleicht Rucola für die Pizza vergessen hat. Brot zum Frühstück haben wir morgens mit dem Rad geholt.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cet endroit épatant, espace pour 10 personnes du bébé à la grand-maman nonagénaire, agencement plaisant, équipement+++ en vaisselle et casseroles, tout très propre, piscine, barbecue, four à pizza, 4 frigos, 2 machines à laver la vaisselle et autant pour le linge, wifi, 3 salles de bain, tout est généreux et bien pensé pour une famille nombreuse. Pratiquement pas de passage sur la colline (le 1er virage dans la montée dissuade 😊). Nos hôtes étaient aux petits soins pour nous, accueillants, très sympathiques et francophones. Merci, semaine inoubliable!

Wir waren begeistert über den herzlichen Empfang von Federica Ranise bei unserer Ankunft und genossen einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im grosszügigen und gut eingerichteten Haus. Der Swimming Pool war sehr gepflegt und sauber und gar nicht so klein, richtig erfrischend nach einem Ausflug in der Umgebung. Begeistert hat uns auch der grosszügige Grillplatz mit Pizzaofen, Kühlschrank im kleinen Gerätehaus und einem sehr grossen, gedeckten Esstisch....Alles in allem ein kleines Paradies in Ligurien in das wir gerne zurückkehren würden. Herzlichen Dank an Federica, Paolo und Georgia für unvergessliche Ferien.

The house is well equipped with everything you need. There is a grill and pizzaoven a bit set apart from the house with its own kitchen. The whole area around is very beautiful with olive trees. It is quite remote so you can be noizy. Everything was working well and everything was perfectly organized. Thank you! We definitely think about going back there!

Casa bellissima, come descritta dai proprietari. E anche loro disponibilissimi. Lo spazio fuori comodo tra forno pizza, BBQ al terrazzo, area piscina ecc. Si presta bene per gruppi di amici, (chi viaggia con bambini piccoli sono un po' da tenere all'occhio). Stradina che porta alla casa bella stretta ma fattibile, andando su con la prima marcia. Consiglio assolutamente. E ci ritorneremmo volentieri. Lina

Une montagne rien que pour nous. un séjour trop court pour rester dans cette demeure magnifique ou on a passer des vacances de rêves on était comme chez nous grasse a Frédérica qui nous a mis en confiance des le début de notre séjour. je ne parle même pas du barbecue on peu y faire la fête tout est penser la musique le frigo, la gazinière etc... je recommande cette location pour vos prochaine vacance attention au grosse voiture car pour monter avec les virages pas évident c'est le seul petit B mol Nathalie

Siamo stati in questa casa di Oneglia una settimana; ci siamo trovati molto bene e la casa rispecchia ciò che è riportato nell'annuncio. Le stanze sono spaziose e confortevoli e la casa, pur essendo in una zona collinare, è comodamente collegata alla cittadina, facile da raggiungere per chi ha la macchina ma anche per chi si muove con i mezzi. La proprietaria è stata decisamente disponibile e consigliamo, per chi volesse, di andarci!!
