OK Value for a quick stay.

Location is convenient on the highway to Mettupalayam.

rooms need paint upgrade. Peeling paint and dirt marks in room

Bad experience with receptionist

Room was ok. Bathroom was clean.

The service of the receptionist was really bad. We arrived at 11 pm and got confirmation of this by e-mail. First thing the receptionist said was "let me check if we still have some rooms", which setted the tone for the rest of the experience. We were told that we could pay by credit card, but once arrived, the receptionist insisted on payments only by cash. No flexibility on paying at check out, so we needed to head to an ATM at almost 11.30 PM by then. On top of that, the receptionist behaved as he worked at customs (eg, checking very in depth our visa stamps, asked to translate the home address in english for the local police (we never experienced this kind of request),... ). After one hour, we finally got the key to our room. Very bad experience and not welcoming at all. (Date of booking : 25th of Jan) Fortunately, the morning receptionists (different persons) were friendly and helpful.

Liked the ambience. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Overall a good experience.

The room was decent enough, but not at all comparable to what's shown in the picture.

Worth it at staying at Townhouse.

Cooperative staff. Good hygiene. Value for money. Good location. Hygiene was maintained.

Not quite peaceful because few people were partying late at night.

Pathetic hotel and hospitality never fall for location and pictures. Worst hotel and hospitality.

Never never never fall for the pictures of this hotel. Only the mattresses was comfortable rest everything was pathetic.

Hotel manager was rude, he was drowned in his own ego and attitude no respect was shown to women in talks, No covid protocols were taken, none of the staff was wearing mask neither anyone did temp check at the check-in. Never in my entire life have stayed at such pathetic hotel or experienced such hospitality. These are spoiling OYO name with such pathetic service. When asked for cutlery they said only plates are available no bowls or spoons, when asked for water they said only the day of check in water is free rest you have to pay, when asked to help keep the luggage post check out manager said you have checked out now it's ur responsibility.

I was staying with my girl friend , Very friendly staffs and rooms were spacious and clean. I would say that this property is one of the best stay option for couple. If there was a option for 11 mark I would have given it😘

As a town house property the staff should be more customer friendly and also the rooms are not good

It's close to major places in the town .The room was spacious.

Bathroom was not clean. Coffee cups were not fully cleaned.
