This is a beautiful hotel. Modern design. Probably best shower we have had in our many travels. great breakfast buffet. Comfortable beds
The service at both the Fang Mo bar and the local palate was unacceptable. At the bar, we were served nuts still in the shell and no nutcracker with our drink and the cocktail was served in a shallow glass with a big 3x3 cm ice block in the middle which made it almost impossible to drink the small amount. When we wanted to eat dinner at the ‘local palate’ restaurant, it took us a long time to find anyone who would serve us, and a long time to be finally served. We ordered tap beer which was so stale that we could not drink it and when we then ordered a bottle of tsingtao beer, it never came and we could not find the servant again.

The hotel is really beautiful. It is new, very clean, has very nice rooms and an amazing breakfast buffet. The location is also very convenient to explore the city.
Unfortunately the pool and the Restaurant Frieda were closed the whole time, I wish that the hotel would have informed us upfront about that.

two elevators not convenient
heating too hot, too dry
4.1
The rooms were new, spacious, clean and very comfortable.
The toilets smelt of cigarettes all the time.I think the previous guest smoked in the toilet.
Breakfast had a lot of variety, but most of the food was Chinese, so foreigners who are not good at Chinese food had a little less choice. There was also Japanese food, but it was not very good.
4.1
brand new, room arrangement in particular how toilet is placed separated to shower
facilities not fully open and no decent bar and lack of eating facilities
4.1
breakfast rich and varied
If the surrounding construction companies complete the construction as soon as possible, and the supporting facilities are up, the surrounding area is full of building materials city.
4.1
The location of the hotel is perfect. Very close to the city's restaurant, bars and touristic areas. The rooms are big and spacious .
The curtains in your room automatically open at 6 in the morning and will keep opening every 1 hour till 9 in the morning. Basically the hotel wants you to wake up early . So if you are planning a holiday and want to sleep till late then this hotel is not the place for you. I had barely few hours of sleep thanks to this problem and this in some way made my holiday super uncomfortable.
It took us almost 20 minutes to Check-in(not counting the time in line) and in spite of this I get a call in the evening asking me to come down as they did not scan my passport. The check in staff seemed very confused.
For room service , the staff on the phone did not speak any English.
The rooms are fairly new but cracks are already beginning to show. The bathroom doors did not close and the shower area would turn into a flood during shower. Again very uncomfortable.

Modern new property, location worked well for us, pool and spa area were lovely and room very comfortable
Nothing

The hotel is relatively new. The staff is very attentive. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The corner room was impressive. Small problems were immediately followed up by the staff.
The panoramic view from the corner room was mostly of a building site. The Chinese Restaurant was in what seemed to be a temporary location far away from the main building, with the atmosphere of a low-end canteen. I suspect, this is temporary. The breakfast ends at 10:00 am, ½ hour before most other high-level hotels.
