Mostly satisfied

The place was neat and clean,the security is top notch.great outdoors

We were 2 adults,booked 2 rooms so its highly likely we get visitor's but The rules for visitor's were extreme in a sense that it's more like they don't alow visitor's because u have to pay a certain amount for a visitor to stay and more when they sleep over of which I find ridiculous.

Exceptional

My booking was on the 20th of July, I have to change it the last minute and they charged it with no problem. The ladies at the reception are very welcoming. Comfortable bed.

There is no sign on the guest house it is difficult to find it. If they can add microwave in the rooms

Didnt feel like we got what we paid for, wasnt a good experience

Location

No breakfast, fridges werent plugged in, no generators. Use of kitchen had to be paid for. Bathrooms not finished properly.

Nice room with a lovely pool and outdoor sitting area, breakfast included (except drinks) and really tasty, staff friendly and helpful, late check out was possible but quite expensive, not much around in the area, some things need updating but they are working on it.

Building work going on while we were there but I reckon low season is simply the best time for that.

The accommodation is easily accessible to tourist attractions, Ushaka marine, Pavillion Mall, Moses Mabhida. Staff are friendly. Place is neat and tidy

The drive way is extremely dangerous and can cause accidents when guests are driving in or out of the property. The TV is not set. The air conditioner is not working /does not have a remote control with.

Disappointing

The bed was big enough, and the linen was clean.

Bathroom was too small. Aircon is there, working but won't cool the whole room. OV HD is just not TV. Please organise gate remotes for guests, we can't shout at the gate all the time

It was a okay for a place to just sleep, not for you to enjoy.

The guest were not given keys or remotes for the gate, we have to ask workers to open for us which became frustrating.

My stay was not so appealing, i found the electricity power cuts inconvencieng

The location was great, closer to the howard campus and the neighbourhood was tranquil.

Lots of electricity power cuts > the place was under going reconstruction and so the surrounding was not tidy.

Wonderful

We loved absolutely everything about the accommodation. It was so peaceful and cosy, making it a good spot to celebrate a Valentine’s Day with my girlfriend. WiFi was fast, bed was comfortable, room was exceptionally clean. The stuff was so amazing, too bad I only remember Hle’s name but they were all helpful and very friendly as they made sure we enjoy the rest of our stay. The breakfast was delicious and the portion size was perfect. So wish we could extend our stay but we couldn’t as we were rushing to prepare for our little daughter’s birthday. We’ll definitely comeback here again.

I just wish there could be a generator as a back up when there’s load shedding. I had to leave with an empty battery phone as power went off since dawn till the check out time but other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

I didn't like anything you people are a scam..... I arrived as expected on my arrival time but no one attended me opened the gate I had to go back during the night look for another place because you are a scam and I'm going to post about you all over social media

Very good

The place is located in a nice neighborhood. Staff is friendly you feel like you are home.

Wasn't given a Drying towel was told its not part of my king bedroom I booked. Also if you staying for longer like I did (11 nights) you have to bring your own, wish I was advised of this prior.
