Overall the apartment was great. The instructions for getting the keys should probably have included what the lockbox looked like. Finding the tree was easy but there were at least 10 lockboxes attached and no idea which one was mine. Fortunately I was able to get hold of Victoria who told me it was the orange one. There was only one orange one. All the others looked the same. Also the lockbox itself didn’t open so it was impossible to remove the entire lockbox. Just opened the front to get the keys.

Great location surrounded by dining and shopping options and walkable to train and 20 minute ride to city CBD.

This is a great apartment for a medium to long term stay. It’s very well catered for, very secure and comfortable, and is close to local Brighton amenities, including the train station and cafes. Excellent communication from the owners.

3 night stay in Brighton
The property was clean and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay with our visitors from the UK. The outdoor area was nice and private and a lovely place to sit. Location good for cafes and eating options.

Nice apartment but difficult hosts
After booking and paying and receiving a receipt from the host, for four days before check in I was bombarded with emails telling me I had to provide ( upload) proof of payment, a copy of my credit card both sides, a copy of my bank statement verifying payment and a copy of my drivers licence both sides.
Eventually the host rang me and harassed me for this info. I said there was no way I was uploading this and after a heated conversation, she hung up.
This was very off putting and I was worried about a scam.
They had my money, they issued a receipt , so why all this bother?

Comfortable apartment, great communication, great location!
Communication was great all the way through our stay! Juliet was very accommodating and easily contactable. The apartment was comfortable and neat, with some obvious care taken in many areas. The location is fantastic, close to heaps of shops and the beach. Highly recommend this apartment and will consider staying there again!

Nice but needs an update
We found the apartment comfortable but in need of a complete update as it is six years old.
Beds were comfortable and bathrooms a good size and showers were great.
Kitchen cooking pots and pans need replacing.
Outside gardens needed a good clean up and table and seats need replacing as very worn out.
Otherwise ok.

Perfect service
Juliet is such a wonderful host and was such a pleasure to deal with - nothing was too much trouble and she always responded so quickly. The apartment was set out well, very comfortable, quiet and had a good sized outdoor area. The lower cleaning score was because the prior tenant had smoked and unfortunately Juliet's cleaners let her down because they should have aired it before we arrived. The area is great, quite close to the beach and we would definitely stay again.

Cosey and comfortable
We had a pleasant stay. We stayed in 2 apartments, one slightly better equipped than the other. Juliet was great in meeting our needs and offered good communication. Apartment was centrally located to restaurants, transport and activities.

Family holiday
Comfortable, quiet and spacious apartment in nice neighborhood. We had a great stay in Brighton. Over the holidays, most of the shops are closed, but the market was open so we cooked at home or took an Uber to dinner downtown. We enjoyed the local beaches and walks to and from.

Bay Street at its best
Although the stay was short and we were working everything was at our fingertips. Clean, tidy and well maintained. We coming back
