Basement apartment in a classic Danish villa
Kælderlejlighed nyrenoveret i en smuk villa med tilhørende dejlig stor have til frit brug. Villaen ligger i et smukt og roligt område i København, med gode transport muligheder til centrum og andre seværdigheder. Lejligheden befinder sig i kælder etagen, dog med store vinduer ud til haven.
Gode nye madrasser, håndklæder og sengetøj er inkluderet i prisen.
Der findes 4 sovepladser i lejligheden fordelt på 2 værelser (4 senge). Enkeltsengene kan slås sammen til dobbeltsenge. Eget badeværelse og køkken, skal ikke deles med nogen.
Alle værelser har vinduer med udsigt til den smukke have. Haven må gerne nydes og der findes både solsenge, spisebord og stole som kan benyttes.
Villaen ligger i et roligt kvarter, med flotte parker i nærheden. Zoologisk have ligger
tæt på, derudover er der massere af gode muligheder for offentlig transport ind til centrum af København. Der findes både bus (150 m), tog (350 m) og metro. Ca. 25 min. ind til centrum i offentlig transport.
Der findes 3 supermarkeder 150 m fra huset.
2 km afstand til butikker i center "Spinderiet" med gode muligheder for parkering og offentlig transport.
Der er mulighed for at parkere gratis ude foran villaen.
Når du booker med os vil du have privat indgang til lejligheden, derudover privat køkken og bad. Vi acceptere kun en gæst/gruppe af gæster ad gangen. Derfor vil du ikke skulle dele lejligheden med andre.
Fra lufthavnen kan du tage metroen til Flintholm station (35 min) og efterfølgende tage bus nr. 21 (10 min) lige til døren.
