¿HOTEL Transylvania?

EN GENERAL UN DESASTRE DE HOTEL!!!!

LA ATENCION DEL PERSONAL, EN ESPECIAL LA RECEPCION, DEJA MUCHO QUE DESEAR. NO TIENEN PARKING, sino un trastero donde es SUPER DIFICIL ESTACIONAR!!! (15euros por dia)... te sale mas a cuenta buscar otro... La habitacion algo justa, pero aceptable. Baños, bien. Desayunos escasos... Comidas bien pero desorganizacion por parte del equipo de sala. MUY SINCERAMENTE NO VOLVERE NI RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR

Good for 1 night

Good location, comfortable beds, 1minute walk there is big and cheap car park and shop.

Very thin walls, we heard neighbours with screaming child till about 1am. Doors from bathroom broken, did not close at all. If you want use bathroom, take showers at the end as after one shower all bathroom is on Water which is not comfortable to use IT after shower 🙊 No air con and no kettle (room description said that IT will be kettle) in overall 3/5. For us good only on one night, not more

Hotel muy antiguo y que necesita una reforma ya! La habitación bastante sucia, antigua y con un olor extraño. La colcha de la cama daba un poco de asco porque se notaba q llevaba tiempo sin lavarse. No volveré a este hotel nunca.

El olor horroroso que habia en la habitación. Ponía que se podía fumar y era mentira. Ponía que al llegar encontraríamos agua y fruta y fue mentira. El recepcionista de la mañana del domingo fatal. El colchón muy duro , tal es que me levanté con dolor de espalda. El sofá de la habitación sucio.

location was great

very outdated!, poor standard, no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, bathroom door would not stay shut, beds were like rollouts- no comfort factor, patio door just slid shut no lock and drafts

Relatively expensive hotel but cheap food

3 course meal in the restaurant (excluding drinks) was only €15 The hotel is a bit older but the rooms are clean and they seemed well maintained The staff was very helpful even while some of them had a hard time with English The wifi and internet were good which helped because I longer had mobile internet in Andorra

It was the most expensive hotel on my trip and you got not so much for that price there is no free parking unless you are lucky enough to find empty blue spot on the street This was the most basic breakfast of all the hotels on this trip There is nothing to control the temperature in the room

perfect place to stay if you go to Andorra for ski and spa

Clean and comfortable hotel. Rooms are in good condition, bathrooms are clean and looks like recently renewed. Everyday cleaning done very qualitatively. Close to Grandvalira

Good Budget hotel, with easy access to Andorra la vella & the nearby slopes

Good breakfast, plenty to choose from. Staff very helpful & friendly Games room had enough to keep our kids happy

Dinner options not good for vegetarians but the chef did manage to knock up some food when requested. No kettle in the room

Good breakfast. A little outside Andorra la Vella, but this also made it cheaper than the centre hotels.

It didn’t matter us too much because we had plenty of time, but the traffic situation was terrible. For example, the drive from the ski area (Arinsal) to the hotel took like one and a half hour.

early check in and accomodating and friendly staff

too far from the center, and it's an old building. woke up with some bed bug bites on my arm. outdated beds and furniture, the room smell bad when we got in.
