Voor herhaling vatbaar !

Alles behalve wat tegen viel (cfr. infra).

War ok, aber ich würde es aufgrund der schlechten Luft nicht nochmal besuchen

Checkinn war auch spät in der Nacht gut möglich und ging schnell. Zimmer war groß und die Betten waren komfortabel. Zwei Wasserflaschen und leckerer Nesspresso Kaffee waren netterweise im Zimmer inbegriffen.

Leider hatte das Zimmer nur ein Fenster zum Essbereich im Innenhof und war nicht zu öffnen. Das Zimmer roch leider sehr muffig und die Klimaanlage hat uns drei über Nacht leider sehr ausgetrocknet.

Ausschließlich für Messeübernachtungen geeignet.

Die direkte Lage an den Messehallen.

Insgesamt machen die Zimmer einen sehr abgewohnten Eindruck. Das Restaurant im überdachten Innenhof bietet zwar ein sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, aber keine angenehme Atmosphäre (kaltes Kunstlicht). Ich buche dieses Hotel ausschließlich nur deshalb, weil es direkt auf dem Messegelände liegt und man ansonsten sehr weit fahren müsste. Das Fenster in meinem Zimmer war defekt und ließ sich nicht richtig verschließen. Vermutlich nur einer von vielen Renovierungspunkten…

Great location, friendly staff but with that everything is said.

The breakfast is ok for the price, staff is friendly and helpful. Location is very good if you need to be at the exhibition center.

Totally outdated hotel, needs renovation, the rooms are old, not very nice to stay but ok for one night.

La proximité pour prendre le bus pour le centre ville de Gand. Déjeuner très varié et bon Le resto sur place était bien

Goede locatie om te verblijven.

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en het ontbijt was goed verzorgd.

Langzamerhand is er behoefte aan renovatie van 'mijn' kamer. De lade hing los in de kast, kortom even aandacht aanbesteden.

Ontbijt was volledig ok super keuze en vriendelijk Personeel avond was ook heel vriendelijk en gedienstig Was plaats genoeg ondanks wielerploeg

Personeel balie…bij aankomst vroegen we tot welk uur ontbijt was…of mijn man eerst kon blijven ontbijten voor dat hij terug naar huis vertrok…blijkbaar kende de jonge man de uren niet…want we zijn dan vrijdag direct naar beurs gegaan en achteraf op de kamer gezien dat we nog een uur hadden. Dame die er stond alleen Engelstalig ik gaf eerst antwoord in het Nederlands maar ze ontweek dit deed geen moeite om mij te verstaan…vind ik spijtig…ze wou nog ontbijt aanrekenen terwijl alles al op voorhand betaald was. Stuffy room

Good location beside the Expo and quick access to regular tram in to town. Large rooms and good shower/bath (A little moldy and used by the tap area).

Room was very hot and stuffy. (It was -1 degree outside) Windows could not be open to let in fresh air. The chiller on the AC was centrally turned off so I couldn't cool the room down. Complaint to staff went unactioned. No bottles of water in room - just expensive ones available behind reception. No egg options other than scrambled. Bizar white sausages.

The location next to the trams is ideal for visiting Gent, prices are OK.

Vegetarian selection at breakfast nearly Nonexistent and vegans appear to be a forgotten breed. Long term cleanliness in our room was questionable,dead mosquito in the curtain and corners in the bathroom have been holding dirt for some time ...needs a deep clean,we stripped our bed on the last morning to find old stains on the duvet,mattress protector and a pillow. There were teams from various European countries taking part in a hockey tournament staying in the hotel, some teams were courteous and respectful whilst others were arrogant and in need of a decent upbringing. The hotel did not make this known prior to our trip and upon arrival at breakfast we were directed to the dark dull far corners of the restaurant ,whilst the teams had the sunny atrium to enjoy. We have enjoyed this hotel for around eight years now an will stay again next year, I could have spoken to staff about these grievances but have found around the world that social media gets to the heart of a problem quicker, and not one person is at the centre of the complaint, just everyone missing the ball a little each day.

Zeer vriendelijke personeel in een aangenaam hotel doch relatief prijzig

de vriendelijkheid van personeel viel mij enorm op , zowel aan de receptie als 's morgens tijdens het ontbijt van de "oudere" heren, de jongere dames waren norser en minder met glimlach aan het werk. het was aangenaam om het geluid van de drukke autostrade niet te horen, de spelende kinderen in de gang was iets minder leuk positief is dat er plaatsen zijn om elektrische auto op te laden

de trappen van parking naar de receptie, de eerder vuile tapijten in de gangen - vernieuwing lijkt echt aangewezen want ze geven een onaangename geur, tapijt in kamer is ook niet meer van deze tijd gezien , afwezigheid van wc borstel,

Ich bin bei meinem Aufenthalt bestens versorgt gewesen

Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich und sehr gut. Die Küche des Restaurants hat vorzüglich bei meinen Abendessen hervorragend gekocht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

kurzzeitig im Lift steckengeblieben, wurde aber auch zügig behoben.

Needs lot of improvement in terms of maintenance

Location, close to a Tram station, friendly and helpful staff

Old fashioned rooms, just a single Charging point. Refrigerator and intercom not working. Parking area looked in bad shape.

Disappointing

Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good.

The room was like a sardine can. We reserved a family room. The family room was a standard room with a pull out couch bed, which was horribly uncomfortable. The fridge had standing water in the catch tray that had all kinds of sludge in it. Could, nor would I want to use it in that state. The shower had mold. The hair dryer did not work. The toilet paper roll was broke. Overall this room was in bad condition and not worth the associated cost. The location is very challenging to navigate, as you have to go around this crazy loop system. They charge parking for a dirt lot outside the hotel. I would never stay in this hotel again.

An okay-ish stay for the night

The rooms were spacious, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was really nice. Our kids loved the glass elevator.

The air conditioner was broken and dripping hence the carpet was soaking wet. There is basically no hot water unless you let the water run for about 15 minutes.

worst night’s sleep I’ve had in a hotel

not much

tired building in a remote location. the air on stopped working and it was sweltering. phone in room didn’t work, so I had to call reception on my mobile. had to open window for air but that let flies in.
