Relaxing Vacation Rental
We had a nice time at Richard's vacation rental. There are 3 floors with lots of nice bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms so be prepared for some good calf workouts. Richard and James were very responsive and happy to help with anything we needed. Short drive to beach and bring your own fishing gear to take advantage of the pier!

The private night fishing
Honestly this condo met our needs perfectly. The private deck for night fishing was such a cool experience for our 5 year old, she really loved it. We even saw some sting rays. Really neat place, recommend renting a golf cart to drive to beach, it’s the perfect distance to ride in a golf cart to!

Spring Break
Property is far enough away from the middle of town that it is quiet and relaxing, but close enough to town to enjoy the public beaches and other events in Corpus with just a short drive. Fishing and crabbing was fun with the kids on the pier. Kitchen is fully stocked, making meals done there easy. Family enjoyed our stay very much. Staff on property were very helpful with questions and super friendly.

Great place for family vacation
We came here for a family vacation during Labor Day weekend and Richard was very friendly and gave us tour of his property even though we arrived late night. This place was huge and you can definitely relax because it’s very quite in the area. Pier was clean and we definitely had a great time fishing. I would recommend this place to everyone who will be traveling with big family and we will definitely come back for next trip!

The location with private lighted pier was wonderful and the fishing was great. Our unit had plenty of room and the A/C worked very well - no problems with keeping cool even on the 3rd floor. Washer & Dryer were a huge plus.
We had a problem with the disposal at 10:30 pm & the maintenance man James, who lives on site, was there within minutes to fix the problem.
Do not expect to park in the double garage pictured in the photos. We only had limited space for ice chests, canopy, chairs, etc. as the garage was filled with "stuff" being stored there. The limited parking issue others have reported was not a huge problem for us.
All in all, we had a great time. Would I stay here again.....yes.

Great location, living space and amenities. Small issues with ants in kitchen and WIFI but we spent all our time at beach or eating out so did not effect the trip at all. Overall experience was good.

We stayed here (8) 4 Adults 3 Teens and 1 child and had plenty of space. It was nice to have 3 functional bathrooms with the # of people and the teens had fun on the pier at night fishing…lots of action no BIG fish being caught, but they loved it. There was plenty of room to enjoy the nights outside sitting around the table, just spray yourself for mosquitoes! If it’s breezy none came around :)
House itself was great, but there was ALOT going on with the properties and owner actually lives onsite and I have to say it was not like our typical or usual VRBO experiences. The garage was full of their belongings, as were all of their garages and they needed to clean it out so that there was room to walk thru to get into the house, but they couldn’t do that until the next day. We didn’t have a working door lock to the garage and had to ask him to fix that, so our first evening there the garage had to stay opened. We asked what they were doing with all of these things and they told us they were getting some other VRBO properties ready for rentals. They were loud at some points and had some bickering going on that you couldn’t help but overhear….everything is pretty close quarters so you’ll hear others and their conversations if on the balconies
We came from AZ & TN to grieve and heal after losing our mother unexpectedly and this sort of put us in a weird and awkward situation. There is no digital key code system and you have to ask for the WIFI passcodes and stuff! We had strangers walking into our garage and into the house looking for the owner! We used the pool but we also had an issue with not being able to use the pool on day 5 of our stay due to all the sand that was blown into it from the wind and them trying to do work on the property…I tried contacting Richard to ask they clean it up and we were not successful in getting him to respond until late the following day, and it still hadn’t been fully cleaned by the time we checked out to leave.
I feel the Owner was genuinely nice but has a lot of organizing that needs to be done around the place to make it a more professional VRBO experience.
Overall we did enjoy our stay and the rooms and beds were comfortable, but not a place I would come back to, unfortunately. :(

Great spot on the water and one block from the beach. Plus we caught a TON of speckled trout off of the pier at night. The whole family had a blast.

Great Place to Stay
It was very clean and nice and everyone was very attentive and friendly. Needs a little more parking, but that’s really the only minor thing we could find to critique.

Minor items
The property was fine and the people who we worked with were also great. The only two things we would not rate as high were parking and the fact that one of the bedrooms did not have a closet or dresser for people to use. The parking is not sufficient for the amount of cars. It made parking every day difficult.
Otherwise this property was a good one.

Enjoyed Our Stay
Richard, the property owner, is one of the nicest people. He was very friendly and accommodating. The inside of the condo has a great floor plan and was very clean. The fishing decks outback are wonderful; our family fished each evening.
