About this apartment rental
**Our condo has the best views, with lots of natural light, we are on the TOP floor on the HARBOUR SIDE of THE BUILDING, NOT the parking lot side of the building!** We are the ONLY condo in the building with TWO balconies, one off the master bedroom and one off the living room. FREE POOL PASS INCLUDED for our Guests and we provide a SEA PINES GATE PASS for our guests!
The free and fun trolley stops right beside our building from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Having a trolley stop right next to us makes access to South Beach as well as the Beach Club easy and convenient and kids LOVE to ride the iconic, red Sea Pines Trolley! Guests LOVE that they can park their car when they arrive and never have to get in it again until they leave (unless they just want to!).

We have our own trolley stop right outside our building. It is super convenient! It is free and fun and takes you to the new Sea Pines Beach Club which you have access to as our guest! The Trolleys (there are 3 different trolley lines) also go to South Beach where The Salty Dog, shopping, restaurants and live entertainment are. It makes getting to the beach easy and fun. You can also ride your bike! You can rent beach chair/umbrella set ups at The Sea Pines Beach Club for around $40 per day and $25 each day after. It includes 2 chairs, umbrella, table, complimentary towels, complimentary water and you can have food and beverages served to you right on the beach. Ahhhhh, heaven!
We are located right in the middle of Harbour Town above the Harbour Town Boutiques, next to the Harbour Town Lighthouse, Gregg Russell HT playground and Crazy Crab Restaurant.
It is at the Harbour Town Yacht Basin/Marina where you have access to ALL water sports (SUP, parasailing, kayaking, power boat rental, wave-runners, water skiing, fishing charters, shark fishing, deep sea fishing, dolphin cruises, dinner cruises, sunset cruises, pirate cruises, sailing) and just a VERY short walk to Harbour Town Golf Links, swimming pool and The Sea Pines Raquet Club. It is right next to the 18th hole that overlooks the Lighthouse and Calibogue Sound.
There is a little beach area right next to the condo, near the lighthouse and you will have access to the Sea Pines Beach Club, about a mile from the condo. You can take the free Sea Pines Trolley that picks up right outside our door or ride bikes.
There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, and the guest bedroom has 2 Twin beds that can be converted into a King bed. Each bedroom has a flat screen tv and dvd player. The living room has a sleeper sofa, 50' HDTV and dvd. There are 2 balconies with BEAUTIFUL views, overlooking Harbour Town. One balcony is off the living room and the 2nd balcony is off the Master Bedroom. You can sit on the balcony and watch all the people and enjoy a drink and/or snack while you listen to the live acoustic music playing below. We have the best location and view of all condos in the building, we are on the harbour side, NOT the parking lot side of the building! You will love the location and views! And of course, we have free Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is totally modern with all new appliances, quartz countertops, and open bar area to the dining room area with 4 bar stools in addition to the dining room table seating.
We have an elevator, and our villa has a keyless entry so no keys to carry around and no keys to lose! There are luggage carts available too.
You really can't beat this location; it truly has everything, and the villa is brand new with all the updates and upgrades we could think of! Our condo is thoroughly cleaned top to bottom between each guest.

Please know that during summer months especially, Harbour Town is one of the most popular destinations on the island. There are some reserved parking spaces for Mariners Way owners and guests (that's you!) or you can park in our smaller lot next to the building or the larger lot near the playground. Parking can be challenging during the summer months, especially during dinner time hours when there is live outdoor entertainment (Gregg Russell and acoustic guitar players). Your best bet is to use the fun and free Sea Pines Trolley and/or bikes. Sea Pines has the most beautiful bike trails all through the plantation, over 17 miles of bike paths. Our villa is conveniently located to most everything via foot, bike and trolley. Harbour Town has the best sunsets on the island since it faces west while much of the residential rental area of the island is oriented east, they don't get the beautiful sunsets that are enjoyed in Harbour Town!

We had a wonderful stay for our first trip to Hilton Head Island! Julie was incredibly responsive and sent along plenty of helpful tips and resources prior to our trip. Also loved the binder in the unit with logistical details, menus and things to do. The unit was as advertised and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to make a few meals and enjoyed the keurig to make our coffee each morning. Since we flew, we really appreciated the use of beach chairs, beach canopy and towels. We also loved the pool and appreciated that both the beach club and pool had food and drinks available for purchase (pins coladas and daiquiris anyone?) The proximity to Harbourtown lighthouse and all the cute shops and restaurants was amazing! We did rent a car so we could explore the whole island but I’d imagine if you just wanted to stay in sea pines, the trolley and bikes would be sufficient. We were really impressed by the whole sea pines community. It was clean, well-maintained and beautifully landscaped. We look forward to a return trip!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful property! Two balconies let in a lot of lovely light and gave us a great playground view. The location can't be beat! With a trolley stop off one side, the general store at the entrance, and the Crazy Crab and Harbour Town off the other, we could not have asked for more! Julie's communication in setting everything up and her recommendations for bike rentals and restaurants were amazing! We will be revisiting this property!

The condo was very convenient in the center of Harbour Town. Even though it was in the middle of everything, the condo itself was very quiet. We enjoyed the convenience of the Trolley to give us access to the Beach Club and other Sea Pines locations.
The condo was clean and comfortable. It was very helpful to have so many charging blocks and ways to plug in multiple electronics. The condo was stocked with several beach chairs and beach towels. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to Greg Russell’s family show at night.
We enjoyed our stay and had a great family vacation. The property owner was very good to work with, too!

Lovely top floor condo in the heart of Harbour Towne! The location was amazing - so easy to walk to everything or catch the Sea Pines Trolley just around the corner. The condo was spacious, very clean, and everything was in perfect condition. We had no issues on our stay. I reached out one time with a question about parked and the owners were so quick to respond. We look forward to staying here again the next time we come to Hilton Head!

679 Mariner’s Way made our stay in HHI so easy! Loved being within walking distance of everything we needed. Pool, food, shopping all in one place. We are already planning to book for next summer!

Our location was the best there was on the entire island. Having two teenagers who wanted to do different things all the time made it so easy and effortless coming and going and we were in the most convenient spot in the entire island. Everyone got to do what they wanted to do on their own time because of our location. The condo was fantastic and the host was so easy to work with, it was effortless and the best family vacation spot we’ve had in probably a decade. We want to come back every year now!

Everything you read about this place is absolutely true. It was such a beautiful place to spend the week at our favorite place. Location, amenities, cleanliness, couldn’t be beat. Having the Aldi g doors open at night and being able to listen to Greg Russell was one of kids favorites things during the week. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Julie was fantastic to work with and so responsive for anything we needed.

This year we had a great time staying in the heart of Harbour Town.
The listing was perfect for our 4 night stay. Our favorite spot was the sweet balcony!

What a wonderful convenient place to stay. Fast access to the water taxi over to daufuskie. Good restaurants. I would be sure to go to CQ‘s and the links if I was staying here. Also, there’s an ample supply of activities to do during the day. Or maybe just drive around Hilton head or other parts of the low country.

We had the best time! The location was fantastic for the Harbour Town festivities. Short walk to the pool and the trolley rides were so fun to the beach club and south beach. The kiddos thought it was so cool! We will be back!

We enjoyed our first trip to Hilton Head and Julie and Brian were fabulous hosts… everything was communicated well and the condo was exactly as described. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy, nice and relaxing living are and an extra nice touch of games, puzzles, and a few books.
We enjoyed staying on Harbor Town very much and loved being able to walk or bike everywhere and the beach was a quick trolley ride. Thanks for a great vacation!

Next time we will spend more time at the condo and take advantage of the trolley system so we don’t have to move our car and look for parking. Even though it was mid October there were still a lot of tourists there. It’s a beautiful area and everyone wants to be there!

We loved our stay in Mariner's Way. The condo was clean and stocked with all our needs. We enjoyed the beach chairs and extra beach items to use for the week. The Trolley was literally steps from the condo and super convenient to use. We loved being in Harbor Town at night to walk around, eat at some of the restaurants, and listen to live entertainment. Julie was great and accommodating with our mix up at check-in and ensured we were in the right condo and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Do NOT rent this unit if cleanliness is a priority.
Prefacing everything with-
Just got off the phone with the rude owner who accused me of “having renter’s remorse”. No apologies or any attempt to make things right, talking over me, hanging up on me and saying: “There’s nothing wrong with our unit.”
She is - in part - correct.
We regret having spent the money we did on this unit.
From the second we arrived, nothing was as it was explained. The pics. aren’t current. and we ended up only being able to use a fraction of the space, because of the deep cleaning neglect.
We were unable to initially enter the unit- having to speak to the owner to remotely let us in as he had to reset the keypad. Not ideal after traveling 14 hours to get there…. and yes- we did press the #sign after we entered our code.
One bedroom was unusable as the mattress had a huge stain on it resembling blood… a lot of it.
The sheets clearly weren’t changed as there was hair on them.
The master bath would not drain, so we couldn’t use it. Upon further investigation we discovered it had also not been dealt with in awhile.
The sleeper sofa’s mattress was stained and needs to be replaced- as does the master bedroom mattress.
The owners do not communicate well.
They did not respond to a message sent through VRBO, and requested my signed renter’s agreement - which they admittedly had overlooked when it had been sent in months prior.
I had sent SEVERAL texts with pics to the owner, who chose not to respond.
We visit HH often, and have always had a lovely vacation. We made the most of a terrible situation, but I would not want anyone to experience what we did.
