Soggiorno Disnyland

Abbiamo soggiornato presso la struttura per andare a Disneyland Paris, colazione varia e buona, struttura a fianco di un centro commerciale con molti ristoranti aperti la sera, a 5 minuti dalla RER che in due fermate porta al parco. Personale cordiale e reception aperta 24h

La cama era cómoda, desayuno muy completo. Amabilidad del personal

La explanada del parking exterior no daba mucha confianza. Vimos pasar ratas, aunque en el hotel estaba todo muy limpio. La habitación tenía moqueta.

Le était confortable. La salle de bain ok. Une bouilloire, mais même pas un sachet de thé ou café

Nous avons séjourné avec un groupe ! Tout était correct ! Propre ! Un super petit déjeuner ! Le seul bémol c’est la salle pour déjeuner en groupe trop petite .

Nooit meer.

Goede uitvalsbasis naar Disney.

Er was van alles mis. Geen fatsoenlijk Engels sprekend personeel is toch wel het ergste. Je kan niet met goed fatsoen communiceren met het ongeïnteresseerde personeel achter de desk. Bij aankomst wilde de man achter de desk ons wel te woord staan, maar had het fatsoen niet om zijn voeten van de desk te halen. We hadden 2 kamers en allebei waren ze niet schoon en erg warm bij binnenkomst. Vooral de douche was erg vies. Hele kleine kamer, waar je niet eens je koffer kwijt kan om kleding eruit te halen. Kamers zijn erg gehorig, zowel voor geluid van buiten als gang of aansluitende kamers. Helaas werd deze negatieve ervaring nog eens extra verstevigd toen bleek dat onze jongste zijn lievelingsknuffel was vergeten mee te nemen. Direct het hotel gebeld en met de gebrekkige communicatie uitgelegd wat er aan de hand was. Moest de volgende dag maar terugbellen, want dan was er iemand die het wel zou weten. Volgende dag gebeld, maar degene sprak geen Engels en er was volgens haar ook niemand die mij te woord kon staan die wel Engels sprak. Nog een mail gestuurd (vertaald naar het Frans), maar ook hier een bot antwoord op terug gekregen. Het lijkt erop dat dit hotel (onder deze keten) erop uit is om veel geld binnen te harken, maar hier niet iets fatsoenlijk (personeel/onderkomen) voor terug wil geven. Al met al voor ons nooit meer.

Cercano de Disneyland Paris

Lo mejor del alojamiento fue su personal. Súper amables y dispuestos a ayudar. Viaje con mi bebé y cuando lloraba ellos buscaban cosas para ayudarnos a entretenerla. Al momento de la salida nuestro transporte no asistió y ellos diligentemente nos buscaron un taxi para ayudarnos a llegar a nuestro vuelo a tiempo.

No está cerca de Paris pero si cerca de Disneyland Paris si ese es tu destino lo recomiendo mucho.

Diese Bewertung schreibe ich im Namen meiner Tochter,die dieses Hotel für Ihren Aufenthalt in Disneyland nutzte. Es liegt sehr zentral,sodass man Alles gut erreichen kann. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Können dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen 😁👍

Very good stay overall, staff made you feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble

Location is excellent for Paris and Disney via the RER which is very close. Excellent restaurants very close by, and a huge supermarket within walking distance.

Size of the room was a squeeze for three

Very nice hotel near many restaurants

Very clean and modern décor. It was great having two elevators instead of having to go up stairs. It was also very nice to have a shower with doors so that water did not spill all over the bathroom. There was plenty of free parking. A block away was a promenade with restaurants from many different cuisines and nationalities. At the end of the promenade and across the street was a grocery store. there is a shoe and handbag store adjoining the hotel and a clothing store just beyond that.

It was difficult to get a snack from the hotel. There was a dispensing machine but did not have a lot of products. I also wish we had had a small refrigerator in the room. It was not listed in the description. But still would have been very nice to have.,,

Avoid!

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights towards the end of May 2023 and wow, was it a terrible choice! The only pro is the location. It is very close to the Torcy station where you can take the train to either Paris or Disneyland. You are in Disneyland in less than 30 mins and the station itself is like 5 mins from the hotel. The hotel itself is in a shopping center so you also have quite a lot of shops and restaurants nearby.

Otherwise the hotel was terrible: dated look, super small room, quite dirty, noisy area and very poor breakfast choice. No vegetables, only a few slices of salami and such, some single wrapped cheese blocks, some usual butter and spread varieties, yogurt, cereal, cold hard boiled eggs and some breads. There’s also some fruits (about 3 pears and plums and I think I saw oranges the last day) and then some very not fresh croissant varieties, the kind that come frozen in bags and you just reheat. I complained about the lack of vegetables or any warm food or any vegetarian options and I was told initially that “there is bread”, followed by the gluten free bread. Then, I was told that there is soy milk too. I was literally shocked at this response and I did not insist on it anymore as it was obvious the girl did not actually comprehend why I was so annoyed. The coffee is terrible as well, I mean, it doesn't even taste like coffee but very watered down. On the first day we had breakfast a bit later than the other days so the coffee was a bit better than when we were earlier, so I think they literally did not have enough coffee available for all their guests. And on the second day we had to wait for a table to become available in the breakfast area (which is next to the reception), because they had a larger group that they had to sit together and they also did not have enough tables for all their guests. We did not wait long and they were apologetic and acted fast, but this should not even have been a problem in the first place. And we were not the only ones, several other people after us (and maybe even before?) had to wait as well, some quite some time. The room as mentioned was very tiny, so was the bathroom and the shower. But it was just dirty overall as well. Cannot understand why it is scored so well on hygiene. There was dust on the furniture, dirt on the floor, the shower had scum, the curtains and rails were broken.

Superb

Small room with a big, comfy bed. Nice rainshower and plenty hot water. Soft towels. Location is amazing! It is close to the train station, so you can easily reach the center of Paris or Disneyland. Also the area around the hotel is full of restaurants and shops. Loved that the breakfast buffet had vegan options like different plant milks and soya yogurt! The hotel stuff was very kind and helpful, both in person and from the booking message platform!

The only minus points of our stay were the very dirty room window and the handheld showerhead that was full of calque.

Good value for money if you are here to visit Disneyland

The location was great. It was a quick 15 min train ride to Disneyland. It was decently comfortable for 2 people.

The wifi didn’t work so we had to use the mobile data throughout our stay. The kettle in our room didn’t work.

I called the reception prior our arrival for some queries. The receptionist lady didn’t speak any English at all, she was talking to some other guests while I was trying to communicate with her and rudely hung up the phone on me. Upon our arrival for check in, she had an arrogant attitude and it looked that she is disturbed by our presence.
