Wunderbar, vom Anfang bis zum Ende!

Das Highlight war dieses, wie auch letztes Mal, der super nette Empfang. Aziz war super freundlich, schnell und zuvorkommend. Ein großes Lob.

Leider war der Aufenthalt diesmal sehr unerfreulich

Tolle zentrale Lage, gute Parkmöglichkeiten trotz Innenstadtlage. Fußläufig zur Zeil

Unfreundliches Personal, an der Rezeption war niemand in fähig, mir eine Rechnung korrekt zu erstellen. Fast hätte ich deshalb meinen Termin verpaßt! Klimaanlage verwandelte das Zimmer in einen Kühlschrank. Auch dies konnte vom Personal niemand auf mein Bitten in Ordnung bringen. Das geht gar nicht, kein annähernd ausgebildeter Service, nichts!

kamer zag er mooi uit.

bedden waren heel hard en oncomfortabel, wij konden er niet van slapen beddengoed, lakens en dekbedovertrek, was gemaakt van kunststof waardoor het plakkerig voelt aan de huid. 100% katoen was het zeker niet en dat verwacht ik wel en dat slaapt comfortabel. badkamer was incompleet, douchegel was op, geen tandenborstel of douchekapje aanwezig (bij de andere badkamer was dit er wel)

Buona esperienza, decisamente consigliato

colazione ottima stanza spaziosa e pulita buon rapporto qualità prezzo posizione centrale dolcetti e regalini per i bambini ad accoglierci in stanza prezzo della colazione più basso di quello indicato su booking e alla fine la colazione ci è stata offerta letto molto grande

La culla da bebè non era stata preparata nonostante l'avessimo richiesta nella prenotazione. Arrivati alla sera con i bambini stanchissimi ci è voluta quasi un'ora per riceverne una, che fra l'altro era rotta (era l'ultima rimasta).

Very nice place to stay for one or several nights, ideally situated in town.

previously, i wish to thanks Aziz for the registration and all explanations he does to us. The hôtel is ideally placed close to the animate part of Francfort. The room was very large, with a very nice bathroom. a marvelous breakfast, with very kind waiters. a very nice place to have a stop during a road trip between France and Prague.

La limpieza no es muy buena. Maté un bicho el primer dia en el baño frente al inodoro y al 2 dia seguía ahí. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, la heladera tampoco y la luz del escritorio tampoco. Evidentemente no hay control de mantenimiento.

מלון חדיש, מודרני ומעוצב מיוחד. צוות מקסים. המיקום מעולה, קרוב למדרחוב הראשי וכ- 10 דקות הליכה מבניין העירייה והנהר. ארוחת בוקר טובה ומגוונת והחדרים גדולים מרווחים ונקיים.

המיני בר בחדר לא עבד, דיווחנו על התקלה בקבלה אבל לא סידרו אותו.

Excellent breakfast! Wide choices and high quality on offer

Reception staff told me at 1200 noon : it's too soon to check you in, please come back later . What ?? If the room is not ready just check me in and give the key later at the published check in time. I was simply sent away with luggage in my hands This is very rude and unwelcoming. I had to insist to storage my luggage in the meanwhile. This new check in policy is CHEAP and rude. This would never have happened under the old NH management.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und von sehr guter Qualität. Ich hatte eine tolle Teeberatung. Das Personal, an der Rezeption, in der Bar und im Ftühstücksraum, war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.

Top eingerichtetes, modernes Hotel mit reichhaltigem, leckeren Frühstücksbuffet. Gerne wieder!

Das Frühstück hat mich sehr positiv überrascht. Die Auswahl war riesig, der Kaffee sehr lecker und die Qualität der angebotenen Produkte m.E. hoch. Kurzum: Hier stehen Preis und Leistung in angemessenem Verhältnis. Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder frühstücken!

Der Ausblick in den Hinterhof war eher nicht sonderlich beeindruckend. Aber das war auch nicht zu erwarten!

Excelente ubicación, buen desayuno.

Magnífica ubicación del hotel en la ciudad, muy céntrico, se llegaba muy bien a la zona donde estaban los mercadillos navideños, los desayunos muy variados y muy completos, el café muy bueno, fruta variada, la cama y la almohadas muy cómodas.

A veces se oía ruido del exterior, nuestra habitación daba a una zona donde había bares.

This is the sixth time at the Messe and we will back next year just not at any NHHitel

The common parts and our room were v clean . The towels and bed linen were also excellent . The shower room was good and plenty of hot water .

I booked a courtyard room it transpires there is no courtyard ! I also booked breakfast but although I showed it to staff they would not accept it . One of the ladies gave us a free break fast . The room was a the 5 floor and the traffic noise was very noticeable . If I had known that before I booked we would not have stayed .

Gerne wieder Avani Frankfurt City Hotel

Vom Check in bis zum Check out war alles perfekt. Höfliches Personal, super sauberes Zimmer. Unkompliziertes Parken im öffentlichen Parkhaus direkt gegenüber des Hotels. Hotel ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen Kurztrip nach Frankfurt. Die "Zeil" sowie die Konstablerwache mit ÖPNV, U, S Bahn sind nur ca. 200 m entfernt und auch die Altstadt ist gut zu Fuß in ca. 20 min. erreichbar.

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Abgenutzt und schmutzig

Der Zimmerzuschnitt war gut,das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Beim Einchecken uns hat nur der sehr nette Herr,der uns bediente ,gegrüßt. Alle anderen haben trotz Blickkontakt und grüßen unsererseits nicht gegrüßt. Der um 15.00 Uhr garantierte Check-in verzögerte sich um eine halbe Stunde,das Zimmer war noch nicht fertig geputzt Das Zimmer war abgewohnt und nicht sauber!Flecken vor dem WC,extrem vergilbtes kaputtes Waschbecken,schwergängiger Wasserhahn,klemmender Schrank mit Schubladen,die fast rausfallen.Sofapolster mit größeren weißen Flecken und Fingerprints an den Chromteilen. Stark verschmutzter Saum am weißen Verdunklungsvorhang neben dem Bett. Die Tische im Speisesaal zum Teil noch schmierig mit Haaren drauf,die Sets nicht ordentlich abgewischt,Krümmel unter den Sets
