Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer wurde ohne Zuzahlung upgegradet mit Zugang zu Gemeinschaftsterrasse. Ausstattung im Zimmer für 3 Sterne Hotel sehr gut

Betten etwas hart, aber noch ok. Nicht gefallen haben uns die Stühle im Zimmer und im Frühstücksraum, sehr flach und unbequem.

Super location and staff and great service!

Fantastic location, overlooking the old harbour, across the road from Lake Garda. Surrounded by bars and restaurants. Close to ferry for trips across the lake. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Hotel in centro a Desenzano, città incantevole! Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Posizione fantastica! Buona colazione dolce e salata con buona varietà di frutta. Buono il caffè e ottimo il pane integrale. La camera al primo piano molto piccola, cosi' come il bagno, quest'ultimo senza finestra. Tuttavia era tutto molto pulito.

La vista dalla camera dava su un cortile, tra edifici, pertanto panorama da dimenticare; la stanza per niente insonorizzata: il riposo notturno è fortemente disturbato da rumori provenienti dalle stanza accanto. Non ho chiuso occhio!

Lovely hotel

The location was lovely beside the old port and just a few minutes to the lakeside. There were plenty of choice of restaurants and bars. The hotel is right on the waterside and our room had a small balcony which was nice for sitting outside during the day or evening

Nothing in relation to the hotel. The only thing was that most restaurants served the same type of food there was no difference.

Breakfast excellent and location overlooking the harbour with a terrace. Very clean room.

Booked two twins in advance but was not possible when we arrived. However double bed was made up with separate bedding.

brilliant location, super friendly and helpful staff

the location was fantastic. The little terrace on level one was brilliant to enjoy a drink whilst watching the world go by in the harbor below.

the only minor thing was that the air conditioning kept turning off. and when the weather is 35C+ it is nice to come back to a cool room, but totally understand energy saving.

The hotel has a nicer relaxed atmosphere. The staff were calmly efficient and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and our bedroom was quite spacious and a kettle and fridge were provided.

Close to train station (20 min walk), very close to lake and restaurants, good breakfast, decent size room and bath, cozy little balcony overlooking marina, very nice staff. Good internet.

Lovely location, nice breakfast and staff. We were upgraded to terrace room which was nice, staff were very nice.

Very small room, barely room for suitcases on floor. Teeny shower also, okay for myself but my partner (6ft 3) really struggled as it was narrow. Bed wasn't very comfy.

We enjoyed our stay at Desenzano , But this Stay was very crowded, every where.

Staff friendly and helpful. We have stayed at this Hotel in the past booking directly. the twin bed room we had was quite small. is this because of the deal we had with Booking.com?

Picturesque location and very comfortable

Great little gem. This was my second visit here this year. The location is perfect and very close to the ferry. The staff is amazing and friendly and the place is very clean. The water view room and veranda are amazing.

Everything is all good. The breakfast is simple and sufficient. It is a 15-20 minute walk from train station and uphill on the return but we like to walk and plan luggage accordingly.

Romantic Location

Had a wonderful view of the harbour. Very nice family staff and good breakfast. Perfect room and good modern bathroom with big shower. Great location for restaurants and ferry etc. Tea & coffee making facilities. Lift. Nice little bar right next door for the Aperol Spritz time. Would be nice for a honeymoon.

The staff were great, they were extremely helpful and very friendly which was lovely to arrive at Lake Garda to. The location is brilliant, it was a short walk from the train station and very easy to find. The view of the harbour from the balcony was so lovely to wake up to!
