Ubytování moc hezké a za dobrou cenu přímo v centru města.

Praktické ubytování v centru, poblíž krásného Starého města. Klid, čisté pokoje, pěkná koupelna. A vana!

Amazing Place! We were sad to leave and will happily come back again.

We loved the breakfast, dietary requirements considered and warmly catered for, great coffee. We especially loved the staff at breakfast. They were so kind and fun! The rooms were spacious and the little balcony overlooking the garden was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the evening sun. The shower was a good pressure and we particularly liked the ceramic kettle and tea cups! Great spacious wardrobe. We only stayed 2 nights but would happily stay here for longer when we come back to Bratislava! Thank you ☺️

It would be great to have the curtains cover the whole of the front window including the door for better privacy.

Náš pobyt v tomto hoteli bol veľkým sklamaním. Izba, ktorú sme dostali (číslo 202), mala neumytú vaňu a veľké škvrny na gauči. Fotografie nezodpovedali realite. Navyše, izba bola plná nezvyčajného hmyzu, ktorý sme objavili za posteľou, za gaučom a na posteli. Moja priateľka mala po celom tele viditeľné štípance. Ďalším nepríjemným prekvapením boli technické problémy. Kľúč v kúpeľni sa nedal pretočiť a nebolo možné zamykať dvere, rovnako ako prepnúť sprchu vo vani. Najviac nás však sklamala komunikácia s manažmentom. Na naše následné emaily sme nedostali odpoveď. Táto nedostatočná reakcia a nezáujem o riešenie problémov hostí je neprijateľná. Bohužiaľ, na základe našej skúsenosti tento „hotel“ neodporúčame nikomu, kto očakáva aspoň základnú úroveň čistoty a služieb. / Our stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. The room we were given (number 202) had an unclean bathtub and large stains on the sofa. The photos did not match reality. Additionally, the room was full of unusual insects that we found behind the bed, behind the sofa, and on the bed. My girlfriend had visible bites all over her body. Another unpleasant surprise was the technical issues. The bathroom key wouldn’t turn, making it impossible to lock the door, and the shower in the tub couldn't be switched on. The most disappointing aspect was the communication with the management. We received no response to our follow-up emails. This lack of response and disinterest in resolving guests' issues is unacceptable. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we do not recommend this "hotel" to anyone expecting at least a basic level of cleanliness and service.

Great place to stay, would come back again.

Wonderful and helpful staff. Convenient location and parking. Spacious room and nicely furnished. Breakfast is top notch.

Would have preferred one large mattress instead of two twin size mattresses put side by side during my single-occupancy stay.

Very easy to reach, just 5 minutes walking from everything! The apartment is spacious with a terrace. Everything is new inside. We loved the decoration. People at the reception was very helpfull!

Wonderful stay

Low key, low interaction, no un-needed facilities. The reason I don't stay in hotels much these days, and prefer rental apartments, is that I don't want to pay for all those things I don't want e.g. gym, room service, minibar. Virgo has very nice rooms, small complex, few and unobtrusive staff. It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

My room was over the front door which was rather noisy when it opened and closed during the night. The door seemed heavier and clunkier than it should be. It wasn't a big issue, but the only thing I thought could be improved.

2 rooms and the passage have view on our bathroom and no way that the small blinds cover everything. bad ventilation in the rooms so it stays very warm and humid the reception is not in the hotel but 100m up the street at their other hotel so you do the street up and down toch with all the luggages and there is no one staying in the hotel building after breakfast so you always need to walk the street if you need anything. the breakfast was below average for this level of hotel l, yoghurts and butter are not refrigerated. no elevator for getting to the rooms

Reception and breakfast staff. Good breakfast all in all! And you can have a coffe under the roof in the open air - great place. Will come again later.

Only location are good

No private. Access to the room from outside balcony. During our stay next to hotel was some street festival and we can’t use hotel parking(they offer to us parking 400m from hotel for 15 euro). Breakfast was terrible. In fact everything in this “hotel” was terrible. Definitely if you can choose other hotel. Not value for money

Very comfortable stay in a clean and warm room. Great shower.

Nice and clean . Shower with good water pressure. Great location. We needed to check out early and they had a keybox to drop off keys if you are leaving before 7am. Comfortable mattress. Mini fridge provided ( no plates or cutlery besides coffee mugs and teaspoons) Kettle in the room. Extra heater provided (but not needed as central heating was efficient even when it was -2 outside). Outside seating area / terrace just out of our room which must be lovely in the summer. Very nice receptionist.

No flexibility around checkin or an early check in. Our “double bed” was two twin beds pushed together, which would be fine if they were not constantly sliding away from each other on a hardwood floor. So if you are cuddly sleepers forget that. I would suggest maybe connecting the legs with something so it becomes a double bed. Very old and slow tv so we didn’t use it. Would be nice to watch Netflix before bed, but not a real issue. In our room we could only get 1-2bars on wifi so it was quite slow and we used our data instead.

A fantastic hotel in a great location with lovely staff.

The room was massive, clean and nicely decorated. The lady who checked us in was so friendly and gave us a fantastic list of recommendations which we used and loved.

Only complaint would be that the WiFi didn’t really work. It would maybe work for 5 mins or so here and there but for the majority of our stay it didn’t.

In fact, the apart-hotel is located on one of the floors of a residential building, the reception is located in a small room near the entrance. Good location, pretty close to all major attractions. There is parking - the parking place is paid extra, but it was important for us as we arrived by car. Tasty breakfast with good choice of food - scrambled eggs, fried eggs, sausages, yoghurts, bacon, cheese, biscuits, fruits. Friendly staff. Very quiet room overlooking the courtyard, no city noise. Comfortable bed, good linens and towels. We booked a family suite for 3 people: two bedrooms and living room, fully equipped kitchen - induction cooker, dishes, utensils, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine. Good choice if you like to cook and dine at home and are going to stay in Bratislava for a few days or weeks.

For such a room - a meager selection of hygiene items in the bathroom. The batteries in the TV remote did not work. Breakfast is served at a nearby hotel, you have to walk across the street.

A highly recommended accommodation!

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The apartment was very large and we highly recommended (303 is the biggest apartment from this accomodation). Nicely furnished and the beds extremly confortabile. There is a huge terrace 🤩. The appartment was equipped with everything we needed, dishes, TV and hygiene products. Breakfast was also very good and filling.

Staff very friendly and kind!! Breakfast had variety and eggs was freshly cooked. The room was spacious, the bathroom had a bathtub and a shower too. The only minus was that we asked for a double bed and we didi not even had a double duvet or blanket!

Parking costs 19 eur per day and it's at a different location (not far). You can't control the heating, it was so hot we had to sleep with window open.
