Cero estrés

Excelente ubicación y sobre todo la atención del personal quienes siempre estuvieron atentas a que la estancia fuera placentera. Siempre dispuestas a orientarnos sobre qué lugares visitar.

buena relación calidad-precio. estaba bastante bien ubicado, muy cerca de la calle principal y la plaza. el personal muy amable, nos ayudaron sobre todo desde recepción, con las maletas, guardarlas hasta la hora de irnos, pedir taxi, etc.

el desayuno era poco variado y la ducha un poco incómoda.

La ubicación es perfecta, el desayuno súper completo y las habitaciones demasiado cómodas y Angela de la recepción súper atenta y dispuesta a ayudarnos, el baño de la habitación era con bañera entonces era perfecto para una ducha relajante después de un largo tour.

地理位置优越，走3分钟就到市中心了，房间很大双人间有一张双人床和一张单人床，枕头非常舒服，热水量非常大洗澡非常舒服。前台接待人员非常热情，我们早上等来接我们的车，她主动帮忙大电话询问车几点到，寄存行李也很主动做的很周到；早餐6点就开始了，方便大家出行，早餐是欧陆式的，水果品种丰富。

浴缸下水一点忙，洗脸池龙头出水量太大会溅出来。

Muy buena ducha con agua caliente y a presión. La cama cómoda y el servicio dispuesto ayudarte en todo momento.

Las ventanas no cerraban bien y podía entrar fresquito. Poca luz en la habitación.

Good hotel in very central Puno. Heater + hot water.

Asked for more money for early check-in although half of the hotel was empty. It was cheap and we could enjoy extra breakfast though.

Perfectly located for tour pick-ups and really well priced option in the centre of town

Very conveniently located to the main square, restaurants and bars and a straight walk down to the lake and marina area. A little dated but really well priced and the heater in the room was awesome too as it was super cold during our stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful in holding our luggage for no extra charge while we went on our tour and allowing us to wait in the lobby in the evening as we had a late bus departure. They even printed off some documents for us without any hassle. We were interrupted at the beginning of breakfast by our tour guide arriving 20mins earlier than we were told so didn't really get to enjoy that, but from what we saw it was a good spread!

Great hotel

Considering the political turmoil going on outside in the streets and most streets being blockaded by demonstrators, we had a wonderful stay here. The staff were fantastic, for a couple of nights we were the only 2 guests in the 6 floor hotel. Great restaurant on the 6th floor, it was rather fun having our own personal waiter and cook. Then a group from Brazil arrived in the middle of the night so the hotel felt more like a hotel. It was clean, staff were super friendly, we could walk to the main shopping streets and the plaza plus the wharf was only 20 minutes easy walk (of course we had no choice, no cars could get into town). Stay at this hotel, you won't regret it.

There was not one thing we didn't like.

really good hotel for this price

the hotel is build in the old colonial style and the location is top…a lot of good restaurants are nearby so only few minute’s by walk. the room was really clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast in the morning is good and you can choose between various meal’s. so we liked it so much that we stayed one more nights.

Good location and great breakfast but quite outdated

Really good located hotel right off the main square, the room was clean and the breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of choice and variety.

The room is very old and could be refreshed a bit, the bathroom was even older with the shower / tub sinking down into a crack which could be quite dangerous in the future. We tried to order a taxi for a certain time but the front desk staff forgot and we were delayed quite a bit.

Very central, very clean, with very helpful staff, great breakfast, hot water with good pressure and free parking for our car. What else can anyone needs?

The first night they didn't give us the room we have booked, but a worse one. The next day they changed our room and everything was fine.

I was suffering from altitude sickness and the staff were super helpful. gave me coca tea and oxygen

It had all we needed, was clean, we only needed a night, so wasn’t there for too long

Great value and service

Exceptional staff who were very service oriented. We stayed for two nights with a one night away in between on Lake Titikaka and they stored our bags. When we returned the bags had already been moved to our room before we even checked in. Delicious breakfast and comfortable beds. Our kids loved the hot bath tub.

Towels and bedding looked a bit worn with some stains. Our room on the fourth floor had some issues with insulation and so it was quite noisy.

Rustic hotel in the best location with amazing people! The breakfast is one of the best in Peru! This is a great value for the money!
