Great staff and location but could do with some TLC.

Number one is the staff. Absolutely superb and couldn’t do enough for us. Great location on the beach.

Very enjoyable stay, lovely hotel and lovely

Lovely hotel and perfect location. Our pool access room was like a two bedroom suite. The staff were lovely. On the last night my partner asked if they would make up the bed in the second room for him as the Aircon was too cold for him but I liked it on and the staff did this for him no problem.The bathroom was beautiful and I loved the robes and slippers. Would definitely stay again

Wonderful getaway.

Lots of pool swimming options for kids. Beach access. Wonderful long walks in the morning. Amazing sunsets and shell collection sites. On site restaurant and beach bar.

Amazing stay for a much needed R&R

The staff were incredibly helpful and the views from the hotel were stunning. We stayed in a villa which had an incredibly large, comfortable bed and a plunge pool for all our lounging needs!

Villa mit Pool war klasse! Housekeeping war tadellos, eigene Strandhandtücher in Strandtasche stehen jedem Zimmer zur Verfügung Lage direkt am Strand mit Liegen/Bäumen/Sonnenschirme Anreise von Airport Trang war unkompliziert möglich (880 THB mit AC Minivan, spontan am Flughafen organisierbar)

Geräte des Fitnessstudio kaputt, (Spannung des Laufbandes zu niedrig, es stoppt bei jedem Schritt, beide Spinning Bikes defekt) Frühstück vor Ort günstiger buchbar als online

Nice, quiet resort.

The staff were very good and very helpful, great for rental of bikes and booking travel with them. The place was very chilled, nice pool area and beach view at the back of the hotel. The balcony area in the room was nice with comfy chairs.

Our room felt quite dark because the bed was near the door side of the room with no natural light coming through.

Un excellent hôtel à koh lanta , très bien placé.

2eme séjour ici , toujours un plaisir , bien situé , belle plage , l’hôtel est moderne et le personnel très sympathique. A l’année prochaine 🙌🏼

Malheureusement, indépendamment de l’hôtel , mais une invasion de méduses sur longbeach …. 1ere fois que j’en vois autant en Thaïlande a cette période de l’année.

A bit pricy for what you get

The resort itself is very nice. We absolutely loved the massage at their spa and we can really recommend this to anyone staying here. The beds in the room are also nice.

The rooms are outdated and absolutely not sound proof. We could hear the neighbors yelling at their kids at night and it was very annoying at times. Given the photos we saw before we expected more from the room itself.

It was good value for money in a nice location.

It’s right next to the beach. Three pools to choose from. Big rooms with everything you need.

Not always enough sun beds near the beach area and people are allowed to reserve them and go for hours. Staff don’t come around much to take order at your sunbed and lunch plates didn’t get taken away until evening.

Aufgrund des Gestank kommen wir nicht wieder.

- direkter Blick beim Essen aufs Meer, - tolle Massagen im Hotel, - Poolzimmer (Villa) waren sehr schön, direkt von der Terrasse in den Pool, - sehr großer Standabschnitt, - Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden

- die Liegen und Auflagen waren stark abgenutzt, - aus dem Bad (Abflüsse) hat es nach kurzer Zeit im gesamten Zimmer stark nach Kloake gestunken. Da halfen auch keine Duftlampen vom Hotel... Auch in der Anlage war der Gestank zeitweise wahrnehmbar, - die Getränkeauswahl an der Bar,

Schöne gehobene Unterkunft

Upgrade war vor Ort zu buchen möglich. Anlage in gepflegtem Zustand. Massage am Pool sehr gut. Personal freundlich. Zimmer in gutem Zustand

Plastikstuhl im Zimmer Reste toter Moskitos an den Wänden Frühstück recht teuer, sind meist in der Umgebung in Cafés für weniger Geld sehr gut frühstücken gegangen. Housekeeping lässt Türen bei Reinigung dauerhaft auf, so gelangen leider viele Moskitos in die Zimmer. Haben unser Zimmer daher nicht reinigen lassen und Handtücher und Müll zum Wechseln vor die Tür gestellt.

Very good

We had a lovely stay at Lanta Sand Resort. We were able to make great use of the pools and beach. They upgraded us to a villa with a plunge pool which was a lovely surprise. We also used the spa and it was perfect. The staff were very friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay.

A lovely stay, would definitely come back!!

Property was located right on the beach. Room was nice and spacious and the outdoor plunge pool was a lovely bonus to have. The restaurant served nice food. I cannot praise the staff enough as they went above and beyond to cater for all our needs during our stay and after when we had left something behind.

Property was a bit far from local restaurants and bars therefore we needed a bike or taxi to get us to and from.

Plunge pool villa has no water pressure, staff ambivalent to guests, lots of mosquitoes in room, 4 night stay, late July, Lanta low season = very, very quiet. Manage expectations

Great value for money, so worth staying if you want luxury without splashing on some more expensive places on Lanta. Sta

• Beautiful beach bar • Spacious room with a walk in shower • Easy to book transfers and tours • Pool was not busy and a good temperature • Plenty of local restaurants around the resort • Great value for money • Breakfast was okay but nice to have a buffet • Taxi from the dock was really well organised by the reception and the staff

• The water pressure is hit or miss • Above our toilet there was a grate in the roof that you could see into the roof through • Food was pretty average given the price • Aircon also was a bit weak at times but I’m fairly sure that’s my fault so not faulting the resort there

All the facility in a excellent condition. Clean. Peaceful place. Access to beach. They provide island tour & car rental. They have more than 1 pool & big pool. My room have a pool at balcony. They have alot of choice of pool can access through our own door.

Nothing. I would suggest to have a muslim food prepared in hotel so we also can enjoy the moment at the beautiful restaurant.

Absolutely loved our stay...serene, beautiful, extremely relaxing and pleasant. Wonderful staff.

We loved the beach and having lounges every time we went to enjoy the beach view. Grateful to have the smaller pools there so we could take a dip. Didn't have breakfast.

Grateful to have Fitness Center, but it could use some improvements. Machines didn't always work; AC was sometimes a problem. No yoga/excercise mats on floor. but still, nice to have a place to work out!

Stuff was friendly and also provided first aid kit when i needed it. Rooms are large and AC is good one Beach Restaurant was excellent and again stuff was so friendly and helpful

Pleasant resort on Long Beach Koh lanta

The hotel has been upgraded in recent years and provides Clean and spacious bungalows and rooms. Bugalows have a great,hot outdoor shower and plunge pool.Accomodation is cleaned with fresh linen and towels. We had Tuk a very pleasant woman clean ours. All staff were smiling and helpful.Merry in reception does a fantastic job welcoming people to the hotel. A good breakfast with varied choices. A very pleasant stay to thank you

Nice stay if you want to be close to the beach.

The lcoation of the hotel is the biggest adventage, given that it is just a 1 minute walk or less from the hotel rooms to the beach front.

The toilet was smelly and very hot throughout the whole stay. The stewer stank and there were aunts everywhere in the bathroom.

Room Service, Breakfast, Beach, Reception, Friendlyness, Cat on reception!!! We liked each other very much, a lot of good restaurants on the beach.

AC was far too loud but hotel resolved the problem by puting a Ventilator in the room which was sufficient.

Welcoming, clean and great location.

The hotel was great, the staff were all welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean and large. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with a lot of choice. The beach was beautiful. There were ample of restaurants nearby right on the beach so we were never stuck for choice. Before we arrived we noticed some recent reviews about the pools but when we were there they were clean and not green. Great place, great staff and great views :)

Nothing to dislike this property was great.
