宿泊自体全体は良かったですが、朝食がいままでの内容より品数等が減っていたり変わっていて、東南アジアの団体がいてまともに朝食が食べれなかったのが残念でした。ただホテルのスタッフさんが皆優しかったです。

いつも美味しいのでアートホテルに決めています。

3日目に東南アジアの団体がいて、いつも食べる朝食の食材が取れなくて諦めたのが残念でした。

Schönes Hotel mit tollem Frühstück

Gut ausgestattetes Hotel mit tollem Frühstücksangebot. Besonderes Plus waren der Pool und der Onsen/Badebereich.

Die Lage war etwas abseirs, aber das Zebtrum war in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Convenient location, good standard

Big hotel with a good standard. Room was nice, view of Ishigaki and the sea. Good walking distance to the city center and the ferry terminal. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Free shuttle to the beach. Best thing is the restaurant adan-tei in walking distance.

Cleaning could be done more properly. There were a lot of long hair everywhere in the bedroom and the bathroom. English of the staff is not as good as one would expect.

Main hotel on the island so good for tour pickups

Evening restaurant was good once I was able to use it on the second night.

Not advised at check-in that the evening restaurant requires reservations (after being given a coupon to use it) so I couldn’t get in. Room was very expensive for its size. Breakfast was very disappointing, especially since the front desk gave me a discount coupon but the girl at the desk refused to let me use it. There isn’t enough parking at this hotel! You have to be back at the hotel by around 5pm and not use your car for the rest of the night otherwise all of the parks get taken and there’s nowhere else to park.

Superb

Breakfast buffet was excellent, huge range of options for all tastes. Hotel staff were kind and helpful in all situations. Can borrow beach towels for the day from reception and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. There is traditional Okinawan music every night at 8pm in the hotel. Room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. It’s a little walk to the main port but only 20 mins or so, good restaurants around the hotel and a little hotel shop for your snacking needs. Would stay again! We booked a snorkelling and hiking trip through the hotel and there were both really good.

Lovely comfortable hotel, great breakfast and excellent for getting the bus

Breakfast is huge, very tasty and will satisfy all guests - really good. The room for 3 people was the right size and overall the room was lovely with comfortable beds. The hotel feels modern and spacious, clean and smart. Live entertainment was nice and the tour booking office was great. The biggest bonus of the hotel is that it has its own bus stop! And most buses stop here - this was fantastic as we used the buses to get around the island. If you do not have a car, it is worth staying at this hotel for the bus convenience.

The only things we could fault are the pool and onsen opening hours. The onsen is only open for 2 hours in the morning (closes before 9am) and 6 hours in the evening which is inconvenient if you want to visit during the day. This isn't so bad, it's the fact the pool doesn't open until 11am, and again closes early. We barely used it because ideally we wanted morning swims, around 8-10am! Very annoying when we partly chose the hotel for the pool and in the 6 days we were there, only 1 of us went to the pool.

Self-contained & family-friendly

We booked with breakfast and were very glad that we did! It was nice to not have to worry about how we were going to get food before our day got started. We loved our hotel-provided pajamas (despite one of us being over 190cm). The in-house restaurant was good and all of the staff were exceptionally friendly.

Honestly, the only slight "complaint" was how firm the mattresses were. There were 2 different styles of pillows that were great and the comforter was nice, but the bed itself was almost painful.

Nice place to stay at for a couple of days

Nice hotel, cleanliness everywhere. There is a very nice pool with a small slide. Buffet breakfast included in our room rate.

We previously stayed for 5 nights…. Same buffet breakfast daily wire us down.

Family holiday in Ishigaki

Art hotel is a good hotel for a family holiday. They have a outdoor pool with a small water slide and a kids pool. They also have an onsen, a laundry room and some shops on the first floor with the basics you’ll need for a day in the sun. The breakfast and dinner buffet in the hotel restaurant is good and the staff is friendly and service is great! They also have a great tourist center that can arrange car rental or plan trips to the other islands close by. There is also a free shuttle bus to Fusaki beach resort.

There wasn’t many gluten-free options at the breakfast/dinner buffet.

Very good

Even though we did not use the outdoor facilities due to bad weather, the indoor public bath and multiple options for the meals made the staying very convenient. Ground floor restaurant offers a great value for money in their buffet lunch.
