Расположение на первой линии набережной у озера. Хороший завтрак. Бассейн с инфинити видом на озеро и горы вокруг озера.

Старый отель, требуется ремонт номеров, замена сантехники, мебели, электропроводки, мусор на карнизе.

Pleasant

The view was amazing

The interior of the hotel was very tired and dated, and the corridors were awful. TV didn't work Breakfast was very basic. Would rate it at a 1 to 2 star hotel at best, but definitely not a 3 star

Location excellent, Staff although very polite no one except the manager spoke English and 70 % of the time he was not there, I had emailed to asl for a kettle in room[Over 70] love my bedtime cuppa but none provided Disappointef in breakfast no eggs first day only CHEESE as protein, no fruit at all shocked as oranges are so cheap in Turkey so i requested yoghurt as protein and suffered no fresh fruit Very basic so i thought it was little over priced for Turkey so next time i will use booking .com but not return to hotel

Poor value for money. Convinient location

Nicely located on the lake front. Beautiful view of the lake. Centrally located, close to the center

Great location on the lake’s edge.

Lovely views of the lake, though if you arrive at night and leave early it’s not worth the extra money.

Little choice at breakfast.

One night was enough

Our room had a view over the lake which was lovely. The bathroom was modern and clean, with nice quality towels. The dining area was open for use all day, and the hotel supplied free tea and coffee.

Overall the hotel is rundown and shabby. The walls in our room had dirty marks on them, and the tables in the dining area were not clean when we came down for breakfast. The breakfast selection was OK but the instant coffee was terrible.

Great location and good value in winter but renovation much needed

I had a nice warm welcome from Fehmi, the manager who spoke excellent English and who I understand, also speaks fluent Russian. I was surprised to see key operated rooms at the hotel which was a bonus. The room was well equipped although the ensuite shower room was small. I had one of the lake view rooms with a balcony which was absolutely superb even in the middle of winter. So a great location indeed. As I had an early departure I did not stop for breakfast and again because it was winter the hotel was very quiet. Certainly in winter the location represents very good value.

As many other guests have been saying (for some years) the hotel is desperately in need of renovation and decoration both the rooms and the communal areas. In winter, all rooms should be provided with a full duvet cover rather than a single sheet which is inadequate. Tea/coffee facilities in rooms wouldn't go amiss either.

Stay at Koycegiz

Very nice hotel. Koycegiz is a lovely small village, city center nearby. Wonderful rooms with lake view!! Nice breakfast

Very beautiful stay

We stayed for one night, the view and the pool were incredible. The town was very authentic and very nice. Prices are great.

It could do with an update, still the view from the window compensated for everything. The room wasn’t very clean also.

Established hotel in great location

The staff were friendly and very helpful to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Nothing was to much trouble. The hotel itself could benefit from an upgrade, but this is reflected in the price and we felt it was great value for money. The location couldn’t be better, the beds are comfortable, the hotel is kept very clean, outdoor swimming pool and gardens are well maintained. They can also provide free parking if you have a vehicle.

If your a light sleeper you might hear some noise from neighbouring rooms.

Quiet place with beautiful view

Our room was upgraded for free to a one with the view to the lake. The manager Fahme was very friendly and helpful. The view was very nice, we came in times of lockdown and stayed for 1 night after the flight on our way to Pamukkale. It was a great decision. Long night walk on the promenade in front of the hotel, bright moon and total peace. Was a great start of our vacation!

The breakfast was ok, but not as fresh and abundant as it usually is in Turkey.

Disappointed Double Payment

Location of the hotel right at the beach in a small and quiet remote area

I paid double for my stay. Full amount online for 4 nights at booking.com. I was charged again full amount on my check out date after a long argument at the reception by the manager, because they couldn't take their payment from Booking.com. I still haven't been refunded my money from booking.com.

View was stunning. Great location for restraunts n bars...but still very quiet n laid back.

Stunning location...couldn't fault it. Rooms comfortable and clean, pool area amazing....views to die for! Town has a lovely laid back vibe! Staff very helpful, Femia the manager was lovely, he goes out of his way to be of assistance.. Hotel has a lift which is a bonus! ps: Very stringent with current covid regulations, which was very welcome.
