The room and pool were great and the quality of cleaning.
The room and facilities were good but there were a few things that stood out that weren’t great. I often found people would come into the garden area of my private pool room without knocking to clean the pool or push a hose over the fence. I wasn’t very comfortable with that. Also the in room amenities weren’t great - nothing in the mini bar and not enough water for the high price paid. I also found the food to be pretty bad. Also, I’d asked an off the boating/water activities like the boat and catamaran but because I was a lone female traveller the response as dismissive. For this reason I didn’t do much.

The buffet for my family was just perfect, many options to choose from. Everyone were happy about it. Kids really loved the swimming pool, even though we did not have enough free time to enjoy it. Only able to swim the last night of our stay, and it was a blast, before getting our dinner from the buffet. Appreciate the welcoming staffs and the service, highly recommend for family & work stay!

Friendly staff and a wide selection of food.
Originally booked a pool villa however it was doubled booked and was given a water view villa as a replacement, free of charge.
We were really looking forward to having a private pool as a treat while on holiday, we felt disappointed.
Wifi was paid for however we were unable to use it in our room.

The hot breakfast was very nice and a good start to the day the coffee however there at the buffet was a shocker
Each night they have a buffet theme except for the three nights we were there which they didn't decide to open so we were forced in the main restaurant on the other days we went into town not happy about that

Friendly welcoming staff, ideallic location which the complementary watercraft is great to explore on. Lagoon view room is superb to wake up to.
When not out exploring, pool deck and swim up bar are the perfect spot.
Day Spa offered a luxurious couples package at good value.
Price of meals a touch high, but expected for resorts.

Wifi cost exorbitant!!!!!!

We met some wonderful people and thoroughly enjoyed Port Vila overall! The Warwick had a lovely feel with a spectacular view over to Erakor Island!
I personally really needed WiFi, especially around the pool area but I got nothing. Even though I paid the WiFi fee I kept being bumped off with only a few seconds of connection. Frustrating! That really needs to be sorted, it's kind of a game-changer for me. Just make it free and build it into the cost of the stay.

The large pool was amazing and the staff in the bar area were lovely, the breakfast was great and wild ginger food was beautiful
We stayed in shefa pool villa, it definitely doesn't look like what it does In pictures, the gate was broken for privacy, the pool pump was broken so just kept draining away and the bath was broken I got in it and thought the whole whole bath was going to fall through the frame and when looked closely the whole bath was cracked... So that was disappointing for the amount of money we paid. It Definitely needs attention. Would of been nice for a discount or maybe move our rooms but they weren't easy to deal with at the reception. And they kept saying it will all be fixed but obviously wasn't.

The hotel entrance is great, the outlook to the lagoon is lovely and the pools and pool bar was good and is similar to what you would see in these type of resorts. Got the room at a discount so it was cheaper compared to other hotels in Vila.
Wifi charge - this is just ridiculous for this hotel chain. Food was such a let down. - $45 AUD for a buffet meal where the desserts looked like they came out of a packet. If you decide to stay here, take a taxi to other restaurants which will be less expensive and probably tastier.

The buffet at night times was terrible food. I would not eat there and had to go to restaurants around Port Villa to satisfy dinner requirements.

The facilities were wonderful- a holiday within itself.
Actual room was pretty small. mattresses uncomfortable- understandable, probably lost them all in the cyclones! Didn’t matter, we were all so exhausted from endless adventures we slept anyway!

Staff were amazing, the property was very comfortable, however the resort was being used by non residents of the hotel and this was not ideal. Except for an average breakfast the food and options were definitely not worth the price !

Facilities and rooms were great. Whole resort is kept clean and tidy. The staff are amazing especially Inneth in food and beverage, she is a massive saving grace for this place. Extremely warm and welcoming and always excited to see you and help.
The price of literally everything. You have to pay outrageous prices for Wi-Fi (on top of what you already pay to stay at the resort) and the price of all of the food and drink is ridiculous. The food quality for the most part is pretty average, however, all would be good if you weren't paying twice what you should be for it, you would simply get on with it. Be prepared to also go without pool towels, often there are not enough - again crazy for the amount of money you pay to stay.

Our private bungalow was very spacious and comfortable with all the necessary ammenities. The pool area was big enough that you could keep your distance from other people. The activity centre, while a bit rundown, was fun to have a game of table tennis. The buffet breakfast was great. Generally, a very well-kept place.
Pre check-in communication was quite slow (no response for several days) which made it a far longer process than it should have been to book the shuttle bus from the Airport. Dinner in the main restaurant was very expensive and options at the smaller Wild Ginger were somewhat limited. None of the staff ever smiled or seemed like they had any interest in helping, which made it feel like we were burdening them for ordering food or asking a question. They have so few towels available for the pool that every time we went, there were none left (the pool wasn't even particularly busy). I organised a shuttle to the airport as well over email but had to re-organise when we arrived as they hadn't booked it, then had to re-organise it twice more as every time we went back to reception they had completely forgotten about our previous interactions (even though it was the same staff member each time!), so we had no confidence waking up at 4am for our flight that we would actually be picked up. Thankfully we were, but that was after a night of unnecessary worry. WiFi is not free and the daily rates were very expensive. We stayed in much cheaper places across the islands and all had free WiFi.

Food was fairly good, staff were lovely for the most part, and you can tell that with love and attention, the resort would be a beauty.
Ive stayed before - definitely gone downhill since then, but in saying that, they had only recently reopened after COVID so were still getting the hang of things I suppose. We arrived at about 2am, and didn't get into our rooms until 4am, because they had issues with their key machine, so that was a bit frustrating that early in the morning!

no Buffet dinners. basic lunch menu. very expensive food and drinks. dirty pool.

Great setup and plenty of activities to do without leaving the resort. the pools were great and not over crowded, the staff were friendly, and a huge area to explore.
There were notable run-down things around the resort, however, you could see the staff working hard to get everything back to what it was pre-lockdown. the breakfasts were good, however, the buffet dinners could be improved.

Great location. Beautiful pools. Lots of kayaks, boats paddle boards etc to use. Room was comfortable. Good spa.
Food was a bit average although we didn’t get around to trying the a la carte restaurant. You have to embrace ‘island time’ which is perfectly OK as long as you don’t have hungry children 😋

bed was really uncomfortable. the amenities were not all available and menu of restaurants was not all available.

Room, view and facilities were phenomenal. Staff were very friendly and accomodating.
Firstly, I understand that due to Covid, it’s been a struggle which I am empathetic about. My only negative which was a big deal for me because I loveeee good food, was the food was appalling and very limited. I honestly don’t think they have chefs onboard yet. Example being, tried to order a burger but they said no buns, tried to order a sandwich but they had no bread, tried to order a ceaser salad but they had no lettuce or egg… Ended up ordering a pizza at resort rate prices and it was a frozen cheap margarita pizza garnished with frozen peas, corn and carrot. I have never seen anything like it in my life!? My mother ordered a seafood platter and everything was over cooked and a lot of it burnt black. It was so bad she couldn’t eat it. I think they shouldn’t charge resort rates for food if they have unqualified people making it or defrosting frozen pre-made meals.

The breakfast is included in the price and is excellent - it has everything that you might want.
The location is peaceful and spacious - the pools are clean and have great views.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The only thing that I did not like was the loud music coming from the pool bar. It would have nice to have had some peace and quiet to enjoy the surrounding at some times of day.

Due to the international pandemic of Covid - 19, we left back to our country early
Despite assurances we would not be charged the full 9 nights, we were, we stayed 4 nights.
A little disappointed no response from e-mails replied to.
It is a beautiful spot, however no bikes were available, and very expensive,, no wifi,

The location, Views, Facilities
If I am paying massive money for a night, the least I would expect a complimentary WiFi
Breakfast had everything but tasteless
7.5 / 10.0
Staff is the most professional in whole Vanuatu. Trained, polite, helpful. In other hotels - simply unprofessional. Territory of the hotel is good.
Rooms are not nice, too old. Too many people on breakfast, but breakfast itself is OK.
