The facilities is good
The staff did not really tell us in detail what’s available for hotel guest. We have to figure out ourselves. The transport could be more well explained like a written note how the public bus work instead of having us ask and they may not be patient to answer how the transport work. Where to wait , have to flag and ask about the direction.

Breakfast was vgood with a great variety of both local and western food; Japanese spa area was beautiful and great to use; Property and surrounds was stunning, and relatively easy to get to. Staff were generally helpful.
One or two restaurants were not open, which could have been communicated a little better. Cocktails and beer selection wasn’t particularly extensive. Some of the common areas smelt of cigarettes, although the room was OK.

spa facilities are amazing and the spa pool is really really good
breakfast provided on the 1st day was a set breakfast and not a buffet and was very limited in choice. We understand that there were less number of guests which made them do it but big resorts like this has to manage and still provide same level of service. Food options for lunch and dinner were limited since some of the restaurants in property were not open.

The hotel has wonderful outdoor spa facility with views of guanyin mountain

We love to visit the hotel and its facilities. Sulfur hot spa is what we need when it is cold. Great! Definitely we will go again and again.
Somewhat expensive but it is worth it.

The food is excellent! Very tasty, and the choices are plenty. The rooms are wonderful. It is an old resort, but the management has done a great job maintaining the rooms and facilities. We love the various kinds of hot springs it offers.

Great location, between mountain and sea. Hot springs are fabulous. Overall good quality hotel with numerous facilities.
A bit overpriced, but this was close to lunar new year.

The room (no. 2507) was not good, there was neither a great view nor cozy amenities in the room. Overpriced for what the quality of the dated facilities and the equips.

Access with Elevator to pools is not up to 4 star at, you go through garages.
Many activities are broken, alley not accessible, you have to go outside to reach the dining area.
Cleaning in the room is so so: don’t look in the corners.
Staff is nice but no one speaks English.
Food at diner and breakfast is scandalously expensive, veggies not cooked, meat untasty.
Overall the price is up to a 5 stars resort, and you barely got 2.
Accesses are not to the level expected for such a resort.
Kids area are closed with no substitute, no warning during booking process.
Food is scandalous.
Staff is nice but no one speaks English.
