Quiet and comfortable stay in the heart of Cagliari

Spacious room with a double bed and one single bed, a modern and spotless bathroom, and a complete kitchen with great coffee and tea just outside the room. Because the room has its own hall, it is very quiet. The host is kind and proactive: he gave all the directions needed to access the building and checked whether everything was alright. The location is superb because the Castello, restaurants, and university locations all can be easily reached.

Very good location, friendly staff. It's possible to borrow a sun umbrella to go to the beach.

It was difficult to open windows - they were opening to the outside and with blowing wind I was afraid they might break. I'm not a big fan of air-conditioning and prefer to open windows even if it's warm outside.

Perfect and very friendly staff

With everything you need like desk, hair dryer, coffee maker -with coffee :) , fridge, and there's a lift to get to the flat. Good size room and bathroom and very clean, recommended. It's right in the old town, with attractions, restaurants and coffee shops near by, and close to the bus and train station.

I had a very pleasant stay in Cagliari.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The bed was very comfortable and the location was ideal since it was close to the many attractions, restaurants,shops, etc. The host and staff were very friendly and very helpful. Would stay there again. Thank you Andrea and Mary

decent accomodation, GREAT host!

The host (Andreas) is SUUUPER helpful - he checked a couple of times before my arrival to provide me with all the details required to check in, he cared a lot to be sure I'm comfortable and have everything I need, and responded from early morning to late evening, quite fast. Huuuuge love, I wish all hosts were like that!

- hairdryer seems to not work - room door is 0 soundproof

The hosts were amazing and incredibly helpful. The room was very clean, fully equipped and cosy. The same with the bathroom. The room is in the city centre and only 7 minutes walking from the train station. When I will be back in Cagliari, I'll definitely book my stay there again!I

I’ve stayed only 2 nights but have quite mixed feelings about the place. Let’s start with the pros: good located, few steps and you’re in the center with many restaurants, bars and shops / communication went smoothly with the owner via Whatsapp

The room i’ve stayed in is definitely asking for a renovation, i’m not saying it wasn’t clean but very old and used, also the bed was very hard just as the pillows, no natural light in the bathroom, the wardrobe smells inside. However the cleaning lady put my clothes in the wardrobe so thank for God i opened it before i left the place, otherwise my jacket and few tops should have been left behind (pls don’t do it to travelers, we leave our stuff outside on purpose)…i know they just wanted to be kind but still. I really don’t like to leave a negative feedback but honestly I didn’t like the accommodation

Andreas / the staff was very welcoming and also shared several recommendations for things to do, restaurants and other nice spots in Cagliari. The location of the apartment was great and the room was comfortable enough to stay 1-2 days in Cagliari.

The shower was a bit small.

Excellent apartment!

Lovely bright rooms, kept very clean (cleaning staff were lovely and very helpful). Little Filipo dog was the cutest!! Shower was great. Convenient entry system and lift which is great! Communal kitchen was great too. Would definitely recommend!

Happy with my choice and would stay again if I go back to Cagliari

The BnB is very clean and very cool with the digital key access (1st time experience). The whole space is quite clean and large, exceed my expectations, we love the espresso machine, and I wish I stayed longer. Location is quite close to busy restaurant area and 7 mins away from train station

The street is a little frightening at night and the stairwell is not lighted. Check out was very early

Window was facing the balcony, where people could walk through. I couldn't open the windows, just had to use AC.

Excellent service and quality

I highly recommend 👌 Very good location in the city centre, a nice room, the huge common area for the breakfast and delicious Italian coffee. Excellent service, a friendly approach with the best quality of the housekeeping. I'll choose this place definitely again. Thanks Mary and Andreas for such a fantastic experience!

Excellent location, large rooms and very friendly host

Excellent location, great host. For a single person, the room was bigger than usual, and bed was larger and very comfortable.

Everything was great. I personally don't like running AC all night unless its very hot, so if there was a small fan in the room, it would have been perfect for me.
