Our stay here was okay, for the price I was expecting more.

It was by the beach, some restaurants were pretty good, waiters and waitresses were very polite, and friendly.

We didn’t like the Mariachi buffet, we didn’t get house keeping everyday, we had to ask for toilet paper, we had to make reservations for restaurants and they couldn’t accommodate us because we were 6, lights went out, AC wasn’t cold enough.

Everything very clean, I liked the food , the Mexican dance and my favorite the mariachi.

We love it, my family and I will plan to go back with more family members.

My only complain was my reservation was with 2 beds in the room and I surprised to see only the big. Bed.

Although overall we enjoyed our trip, I would not stay at this property again.

Supposed to be a non-smoking property…it was NOT. Woke up to cigarette smoke coming through vents every morning. Around the pool, people would hide ashtrays or paper cups under their chairs. Management was alerted, and nothing was done. Lounge chairs around pool could definitely be better and cleaner. Pool deck area was not really cleaned at night (lime slices, pistachio shells were laying around in the mornings).The gym was not clean. The equipment was adequate, but layers of thick dust on treadmills, towels were often absent, water machine was broken. The staff were extremely hard working and polite. The food was so-so. There could definitely be more atmosphere at night. The nightly shows were very amateur.

Staff very good

Buffet food could have been hotter. Snack bar was advertised. Non existent. Pool rules not being adhered to, difficult to find a pool chair without a towel on it. We noticed many chairs with towels on them not used for over 6 hours. Need to rethink distribution of towels.

Overall a wonderful stay...a quaint hotel centrally locatedd

Food was very good at all buffets and Italian restaurant. Room comfort ie bed, room size), wifi signal, staff

Tokyo restaurant was a disappointment the second time around...lack of pool towels. Miss the bike tours and kayaks

Not given accurate information regarding the specialty restaurants. I didn’t want to order off this free menu and order one of the special and pay and I was told i couldn’t This should be spa explain when they’re making reservations for those restaurants what you can and cannot do and by then.

the location

They shut off the air conditioner every night at 3 am to “save energy” I had to call down every night for them to turn it back on because the room gets extremely hot and I was covered in sweat. the walls in this place are also paper thin and you hear everything. I would never stay here again. the only redeeming thing about this place a the staff, they are all very friendly. I would honestly stay anywhere ese, for example. I’ll La Estancia is in a worse location but it’s WAY better than this place. The good in the buffet is also pretty much the same every day.

Good, but I wouldn’t come back.

I really like the beach and the distance to the airport. All the staff is super friendly, but I think there’s a shortage of personnel. The food its nod bad, The Mexican restaurant has the best food, followed by the Asian.

It’s a very small hotel, the rooms are small and without balcony unless you pay for royal level, only one pool, the restaurants are also kinda small. Our friends room was dirty (the towels and sheets had stains and took 6 hours to change them), of 6 days we only had refill of the minibar 2 days.

We enjoyed our stay but wish the restaurant reservations could be made online.

We enjoyed the amenities and the friendly staff. It was a bonus being able to take our covid tests at the hotel to get back home.

We wish the hotel would have given us a heads up about making reservations at the restaurants. It was not ideal waking up and having to wait in line to make a reservation with no guarantee of getting in to eat.
