amazing location, lovely views

Views and pool were nice but very steep incline to walk back to hotel from town
Staff wouldn't give us the air conditioning remote until our second day after we had convinced them that we had paid for it as part of our booking, had to pay to borrow their pool towels €10 per towel for 5 days when could have bought new ones for less. Reception desk was often empty so standing around for ages to book taxis.

sea view room was excellent
the hotel was closing as we arrived - every day something was removed e.g bar by pool closed. chairs by pool bar removed, outside furniture removed, we were looking forward to the advertised hotels own organic food and wine. we only experienced one buffet breakfast and then it stopped. there was limited food choice at night. the pool water was slightly cloudy. the experience of the last visitors should be as good as the first. it was a shame as the hotel, room, staff and pool are great.

Pool was nice. Staff friendly. Wifi was ok.
Bar food was mediocre and tiring after a few days. Rooms could do with some cutlery and plates for those wishing to self cater whilst there. There was a mini fridge in the rooms. Air con was an extra of 7euro/night.

clean, friendly, excellent staff

What a hotel! The views are exceptional and everywhere immaculately kept. Food at the pool bar was delicious and staff were pleasant.
The hill leading to the hotel is really steep and would be inaccessible to most. We hired a quad bike to access the hotel and used taxis on an evening which worked out to be very expensive.

Very very nice apartment. Spacious and super view. Pool was wonderful, beautiful grounds around the pool area. Helpful staff - we had a ferry boat problem, and the reception lady helped us alot. Super friendly.
Everything was great. We had a car, steep road to reach it, it was fine by car. Quite a hike on foot.

We stayed here for one week and enjoyed every minute. Hotel was lovely and clean, comfortable beds and friendly staff. It was quiet due to covid so breakfasts were made to order rather than the buffet but were good. Beautiful pool area. Many of the holiday makers at the hotel have been there before who said even when full there are no shortages of beds around the pool. Set on a high location the views are stunning and you can watch the sun set each evening. We will definitely be returning to this lovely hotel and beautiful island.
Unfortunately due to covid the restaurant was not open on an evening and we were told the food is really good, hopefully it will be when we return in the future.

The standart room was big enough and clean. The pool area was very big and clean, very good view on the see.The hotel is located on the hill, away from the main road, about 15 min from the beach. A very good sinset view!!! If you walk from beach to the you have to overcome a steep climb…. not for everyone.

The resort is such a comfortable and peaceful place to stay. The standard of service is always excellent, the grounds and the accommodation are well maintained.
The walk up the hill at night! but we regarded this as a challenge!

Pool and bar were great!
Breakfast selection could have been better, rooms are a bit basic but acceptable

Lovely stay, the staff was very considerate and helpful after we came last minute after some problems at another hotel that added a lot of stress to our limited holiday time (2 days in Lassi). They let us place luggage in the room a bit before checkin so we could make use of our last day and tried to help us find what we wanted to do, which we appreciated very much. Modern and very clean, breakfast was the best we've had on the trip. The view is exceptional. Initially chose different place because of a health condition mobility issues and there being a steep hill to climb, but anywhere can be reached by car and there is parking for most beaches which I didn't know beforehand.

Breakfast was good. not prepared in time the one day but they were gracious when we showed up on the first day at the last minute
No TV. when we asked to have it repaired they acted as though they would fix it, however when I phoned to ask about it being repaired they said they would do it. then another employee stated it was like this in the entire complex. I feel as a 4 star hotel it should have been taken care of immediately. front desk was always in a hurry to finish their conversations with me when asking general information, etc.

non-existent cleaning.
very uncomfortable bed makeshift sofa bed
many ants in the room
very disappointed

We loved this hotel and location, the views were amazing. The staff were very helpful and our rooms were very clean, we had a 2 bedroom villa with a lovely big balcony overlooking the beautiful view. The pool and surrounding area were beautiful, the hotel had a relaxing atmosphere. We were told that if you spent 20 euros in the local shop they would give you a lift to the hotel, this was wonderful service. We did walk up and down the hill several times, it took about 15 minutes. We would definitely come back to this hotel.
