Un piacevole relax salentino

La prima colazione è davvero eccellente, sia per quantità che qualità. Il personale ad essa addetto, in particolare, è professionale, cortese, paziente e decisamente simpatico! Mare e spiaggia sono a circa 150 metri dal residence, che a sua volta è non troppo distante dal centro-paese vero e proprio. I ristoranti ed i negozi sono raggiungibili con una passeggiata. Bello il balcone della camera, ottimale per il relax di fine giornata turistica o balneare

Esalazioni sgradevoli spesso occorrenti in bagno. Fatto comunicato al personale del residence, che senz'altro provvederà in merito. Desideriamo però evidenziare che ciò non ha influito sul livello generale della sistemazione, che comunque consigliamo a tutti

Very nice, clean and new appartment, location was on a quiet street, parking was in a yard or in the street in front of the hotel, breakfast was OK, receptionoist was kind and helpful

Pleasant stay with very welcoming staff. They have a good breakfast 👊

Location and Staff. We had room with two beds, proper for a family with one child.

Balcony is open therefore there is no private if you wanna rest outside and enjoy the sea view

Perfect location, not to far from "must see" places, like Ostuni, Alberobello Polignano a Mare or Torre Guaceto beach.

Kitchen poorly equipted, no vine glases, no such little thigs like sugar, salt, pepper... sofa-bed not very to confortable, but super easy to spread/unspread.

Could be a great stay if there was not for limited breakfast and no WIFI/TV (even if promised)

Easy access from the highway. Had a nice terrace with view on sea. Bed was good. And it was no noise from street or other rooms. Good parking place.

There was no WIFI nor TV, we got it only on the last evening, but was promised for the whole period. We asked especially for this before we booked, as well as during the days, but there was no reaction nor good reply. Limited basic Breakfast. Needed to ask for blankets as it was cold evenings/nights. No drinking glasses in the room. Could be good to have a gas heather in the breakfast room or some pillows on the plastic chairs.

Clean and simple

Friendly staff and perfect accommodation for our needs and budget. Will definitely stay again. It's situated on the edge of Santa Savina, an easy walk into town along the sea front and access via car to the stunning coast line.

It is very good compared to what you expect!

The complex is white, clean, has a very generous terrace on the 2nd floor from where you can see the sea admirably and where there are deckchairs and a shower. There is no swimming pool. The sea is 100 m away and from the rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors you can see it from the balcony. If you want to go to the middle of the resort to the restaurants recommended by the hotel, you have to walk for about 10-15 minutes. They have the best prices in the area for the end of September!

You are asked for the room number. Although it is a kind of Swedish buffet, you do not serve yourself. I think the offer is the same every day (we only stayed 2): Especially puff pastry and cakes. However, you can also find few bread, salami/ham/butter. The fruit juice is in a box. They also have american cofee, italian cofee and hot tee.

Great staff and awesome breakfast- breakfast lady was amazing. Allowed us to park our Motorcycle right beside the office

Not a good location for us:-( but good breakfast!

They had a good breakfast, there were a lot of options, this is not typical for an Italian breakfast. The nice lady who served us at breakfast was so nice that my husband tiped her (not standard in Italy). The size of the room was good and the bathroom was nice. Very clean!

The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The location was not good. The beach near by was not nice so we had to leave the hotel to find good beachs. We were hoping to walk to the beach during or stay. Also the restaurants we went to for dinner near by were some of the worst we've been to in Italy.

Excellent location for a quiet vacation

The room and bathroom are spacious and equipped with everything you need. No slippers but we didn't consider them necessary since we had our own slippers. Large balcony with sea view. Very good breakfast: variety of products specific to both continental and Italian breakfast. Very clean both in the building and surroundings. The room was cleaned daily and towels changed based on our wish. At the end of the street there is a wild beach and for the bath you should have appropriate shoes because there are stones. Very clean and pleasant water. If you come by own car the I recommend to bring umbrella, sunbeds and big towels as you cannot find them in Torre Santa Sabina.

The fact that the hotel does not have a landscaped beach and were not presented alternatives for rent sunbeds and umbrella. The sunbeds on the terrace of the building are not attractive without the possibility to take a bath. The lack of glasses in the room, which I consider to be among the mandatory equipment. The bathroom door handle requires lubrication to eliminate the noise produced.

Calm and relaxing stay for family

Comfortable and calm location

It was all very good. However, if I have a remark it is about the breakfast. The buffet choice was excellent but we had to wait someone to serve us one by one and lost some time. I would have preferred if we can serve ourselves.

Everything was nice and clean. The stuff was friendly.

Nothing specific, but a beach with sand is a bit further from the hotel. Since we traveled around, this was not a problem.
