Safe, fun and comfortable stay!

The owner is very nice and he gave us the instructions in person to get into the property! We very satisfied with our stay! The property is very clean, secured and we just felt like living at home!

Superb

Art decor decorations, Australian aborigines art in the bedroom brought fond memories of my visit to Australia. Very pretty and clean accommodations. The ultra violet light in the bidet was interesting.

First time I was requested to throw out the trash. The water filter in the kitchen needs replacement.

Beautifuly decorated place and spacious for 3 persons.

Spacious, nicely decorated and clean place! The kitchen and bsth room facilities are complete and enjoyed our stay here.

Would highly recommend as place to stay.

Both bedrooms were good size, larger than expected. Loved the decor and colors. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Even though off of Merdian, was quiet. Very comfortable and clean. Thoughtful gestures by the Host in that there was oatmeal and variety of teas; and so to pass it forward, we left some hot chocolate and decaf tea for the next guests.

The only thing, and its really minor, is that there were three of us and we could only find two washcloths. Not that it was an issue for us but should mention the property is a single story home which is separated into two living spaces. To get to the entrance you have to go through the gate. The parking is in front of the gate. The driveway in front of the garage is for the other tenant. Did not hear the other tenant during our stay and respected the no loud noises from 10pm to 8am. It may not be for some but we enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

This is not a standalone house, this is a part of the house where the owner lives permanently. So you can not expect privacy. You would always hear the voices/noise from the main building. Also owner tried to charge us $200 for: "The property informed us that you brought a 2-3 year old they expose dippers on their marble table, the whole floor is full of water. We kindly ask you to make this payment as soon as possible." which is obvious lie.

I felt at home

I really enjoyed the time I spent here. The host makes a great job by giving the visitors all the privacy they need. He makes everything so easy for us. He sent us the codes we needed to open the doors by email, gave us all the instructions and sings, and the wifi password. The rooms were so comfortable, the air conditioner was great, perfect illumination, full kitchen and bathroom, we had teas and plenty bottles of water. The host is really kind and polite. I have no complaints at all. I actually think it was a great decision to choose this place to spent those days.

Exceptional

That the owner does no spare expense for nice quality amenities. It was comfortable and very charming to relax in. I felt secure with gates and security. So clean and organized. Truly a beautiful place. I travel a lot and am a titanium elite member at Marriott, Diamond with Hilton, and Genius with booking (lol) I know my lodging. This by far is a wonderful place. Andrew really paid attention to details for extra comfort. You can tell they really have the customer in mind. I will always recommend and I do hope that future travelers will be kind and not damage or trash this gem. I also hope they are kind to Andrew. Thank you once again. Jocelyn

There where a few too many signs posted. Also maybe a bowl of fruit they can provide from the trees so we can enjoy and not disrupt the tree and garden itself?
