Breakfast good
Fire alarm going off at 1am in the morning for 30 mins
Water running noise every 5 mins throughout night in wall
Fire door banging thought the night as we were situated by this door
Guests arriving back at 3am with walls that are so thin we could hear them snoring in the room next door.

Beds were small, room was very hot.

Silver foil paper in the mashed potato when we had a meal in the restaurant so had to send it back, noisy room at night with guests coming and going

Thin walls. Had to wait for the couple next door to finish their coupling before we could sleep and for the man to cough up the hair that was obviously stuck in his throat!!!

Breakfasts was great.Good choice to select from
Dinner was superb
Beds really comfortable
Room was far too warm and no way to regulate the heating within the room.
Would have expected some entertainment within the hotel on Saturday night.
When we arrived in the room we found milk was sour to make tea although in fairness they quickly rectified this oversight.

Very good again. (My third visit in 6 weeks!). Very Comfortable accommodation, with it's own Restaurant and bar. Friendly Staff And the food was very good. Very Close to the town Centre.
No real complaints.

The location was very good.
The hotel was very dirty.we were asked to wait an extra hour before checking in and when we finally got into the rooms they were still dirty. No towels or anything special in the room.

Lack of hot water for showers for two days. Hot water should not have to be "boosted" to work.
Beds were two single beds pushed together to try and make a double or queen. Ended up with a hard ridge in the middle of the bed which is not able to be slept on.

Was only there for 1 night but had a great stay, had a great meal in the evening and the breakfast menu was outstanding well cooked and plenty of it.
Nothing

The staff were very friendly.
The bedside light was half hanging off the ceiling. The leather headboard was torn and visibly scuffed. The room needs a thorough clean as there was rubbish and a hair bobble beside the bed and cobwebs around the light fittings. The floor boards were incredibly noisy - I'm glad we weren't in the room below.
