Very unsatisfied.

We did not sit on the couch. It looked worn and dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable. We both got sore backs from sleeping on the bed.

Great stay. Will visit again!

Breakfast was amazing. The activities organized by the hotel was fun like painting, karaoke etc. It was a great location too. Absolutely loved it.

Really nice hotel with big rooms

The room was nice and spacious. The bed and the pillows were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was huge and had plenty of towels. There was also a fully equipped kitchen. The pool is nice and the gym was quite well equipped. There's some event going on every evening and food trucks just outside the hotel so there's always something to do.

The breakfast didn't have many healthy options, just porridge and bananas but not other fruits or yoghurt.

Terrible room condition that forced me to checkout immediately as no adequate solution provided by staff

Dirty room and nonexistent service. Had to leave hour after checking because room floors were dirty, debris in form of small rocks and plastic bits, were sticking to my feet. Found hairpins from previous guests, as well as hair on towels. No other rooms or cleaning staff available and property offer was free parking for one night to compensate for room conditions. Was rejected sleepers.

Glad you had "ZERO" products in market.

The facility for dog use and dog bag to clean up.

Can't think of anything as far as hotel staff and operation. Just a bit annoyed at the mannerism of guests when it came to breakfast time.

Climatisation hyper bruyante La chambre n’était pas du tout bien insonorisée on entendait les roues des valises des gens sortant de l’ascenseur depuis la chambre ainsi que les personnes du dessus. La chambre se trouvait juste au dessus de la zone de barbecue et toutes les odeurs sont rentrées toute la journée une vraie infection

apartment-like setting good; convenient location. Happy there were food trucks to compensate for lack of hotel eatery. Breakfast offering was fair. Our check-in with Anthony was smooth and seamless. He was pleasant and a pleasure to deal with when changing our requested room type.

they charge tooooo much for laundry facilities. $5.00 to wash & $5.00 to dry is ridiculous ; room was musty & damp

Most likely the worst Residence Inn I ever stayed at

Worst breakfast selection and quality at any residence Inn ever, many soulless employees (nobody cared whether guests like their experience) and terrible price-performance ratio including a ridiculous 30 dollar parking fee. I don't recommend this hotel.

clean place to stay if you don't care about staying at the beach.

Not good breakfast.When we checked in they said here’s the rotating breakfast menu, but then it was the same every day! Eggs and sausages, waffles, toast, and rice.

Worst breakfast.Should add more menu.And the $30 parking fee everyday,I stayed for four days,not worth it

the size of the room, breakfast and facilities and location were great!

the staff at the front desk were very rude and unprofessional. They do not embody Marriott customer service. Especially Kanohe ! She had a very unpleasant attitude!

Room, kitchen, living room very neat and clean, ample plugs for our cellphones, IPAD, 2 CPAP Machines etc, Love the balcony!! TV needs Hallmark channels

No other selection but eggs and sausages. Would like to see omelet, bacon, spam, cinnamon rolls. Love the oatmeal and the nuts raisins and chocolate pieces. Coffee, tea and waffles very good . Need more waffle
