Buono ma poteva andare meglio

La vista, la struttura in sé è una bella villa.

Il parcheggio stretto e in posizione scomoda se ci sono più di 3 auto, la struttura il lunedì può non essere provvista di acqua pulita, ci è capitato di avere l’acqua marrone, in quanto non c’è una distribuzione di acqua corrente, e l’acqua viene fornita tramite cisterne, visto il prezzo della camera per notte non è ammissibile. Avendo soggiornato per quattro notti non è stato fatto il cambio della biancheria ne di asciugamani ne di lenzuola.

Gemütliches Zimmer mit wunderschöner Aussicht aufs Meer

Das B&B liegt ausserhalb des Dorfes in ruhiger Lage. Das Zimmer war gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Aussicht auf das Meer war wunderschön, am Horizont sah man Korsika. Es stand ein Wasserkocher zur Verfügung und im Kühlschrank standen 2 Mineralwasserflaschen. Die Dusche ist super gross (begehbar). Ausserhalb des Zimmers gab es einen Frühstücksraum, wo man sich jederzeit mit Kaffee oder Tee bedienen konnte. Ausserhalb des Gebäudes gab es viel Fläche mit mehreren Longues, wo man gemütlich sitzen konnte und zum Beispiel am Abend bei einem Gläschen Wein die wunderbare Aussicht und den Sonnenuntergang geniessen konnte. Das Frühstückbuffet war nicht riesig, aber es gab alles, was man benötigte, von Brot, Wurst , Früchte, Vitaminsaft und Müsli. Uns hat es vollständig gereicht. Santa Teresa Gallura ist ein schöner Ort, den man unbedingt besichtigen muss. Es hat viele Restaurants und mehrere Supermärkte. Um an den Strand zu kommen, braucht man ein Fahrzeug. Was auch noch toll war ist, dass im Kleiderschrank eine Strandtasche mit 2 Strandtüchern zur Verfügung stand.

Das Wlan war schwach und war sehr instabil.

Beautiful but car or scooter required

Unbelievable views and setting. So peaceful and romantic. Good breakfast and super helpful staff.

Unfortunately we don’t drive and travel was very tricky. Taxis were hard to get and expensive (€20 each way). It was a nice walk of around 40 mins into town but it was very very hot in the day and dangerous due to the country roads at night. The staff tried to help as much as possible but I wouldn’t recommend without a car.

The location/pin was difficult to find. If you put the address it takes you to a wrong street so you need to ask before.

Quite peaceful location, definitely need a car, host was great, responsive and friendly.

Nice location over looking the town and the inlet. Marchella was great!!

Beds were a bit uncomfortable. Had to drive to get anywhere, bit out of the town. So if you like real privacy then this place is for you. If you want to walk in town , then this is not the place for you.

Must see, must feel!

Villa Elena’s location is just stunning, the tranquility and views are absolutely amazing. Be aware you need a car to get there though!

Breakfast was okay, but can easily be improved with some veggies. WiFi is slow in the shared breakfast area and non existing in the rooms. We were fine with it, but it might disturb some guests. Easy to fix!

The best place to rest and the best caring staff ever

I spent a week with my partner in Villa Elena and it was one of the best vacation experiences in my life. The staff of the hotel was extremely helpful and friendly, it felt like visiting family o friends - Marcella and Cinzia made us feel comfortable in all possible ways. The breakfast was amazing, every day everything was very fresh, and Marcella would always remember what are our favorite croissants or type of morning coffee. I used to spent morning hours working in the lobby on my PC and it was very comfortable and peaceful, would absolutely recommend. The Villa is very beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the rooms and everything else are spotless. We would definitely come back again!

Not Value for the money.

The view from the Hill over the Sea is nice! Staff is helpful. The apartment looks new.

The whole apartment looks quite simple and plain. The facilities for example the chairs and sunlounger on the terrace are not in a good-quality. The apartments and the breakfast room are very sterile and clean (f.e. white walls, no pictures). It’s not a very Mediterranean feeling. Moreover I was disappointed about the breakfast. The bread was tight and not fresh, jam and juice was packaged and not fresh. Around the area is no supermarket or shop so you definitely need a Car. We were obligated to leave our room exactly at 10am.

IMAX Sunsets!

The property’s perch above the sea with views to S. Teresa and Corsica are breathtaking and a perfect theater for watching the sunset while sipping a good Cannonau with your amore. In addition to a short trail down to the granite shoreline for swimming, Villa Elena is within minutes of a number of beautiful beaches.

It’s a few windy kms to town (S. Teresa Gallura) for aperitivo or meals and no on- or near-site options.

Exceptional

Absolutely stunning location, beautifully clean and comfortable room and B&B overall. Very easy check in with friendly staff to show you all the facilities as well as those that prepare a lovely daily breakfast. The grounds the B&B sit on have many places to relax in and out of the sun, hammocks, deck chairs, sun lounges, not to mention a private path down to the water when you can swim in the beautiful water off the rocks. Only a 5min drive into town with plenty of shops and restaurants. Lots of amazing beaches to choose from in a very short drive away. Staff were very accommodating allowing us to check in when it suited us and check out late in the afternoon as the room was not booked for the following night. Highly recommended.
