Wir kommen wiederr!

Tolle Lage oberhalb und nah vom Fährhafen von Ancona. Perfekt für eine Zwischenübernachtung und auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Mitten in den Olivenhainen der Farm. Das Essen im Restaurant war fantastisch und das Frühstück überragend. Die Marmelade, der Honig und die Nudeln im Shop richtig lecker! Unser Hund war willkommen und das ganze Areal für eine Gassirunde perfekt.

Posto incantevole in mezzo agli ulivi e alla natura. Stanza tripla nuovissima, spaziosa e pulita. Staff molto disponibile e organizzato anche per un check-in fuori orario. Colazione buona e abbondante. Purtroppo ci siamo potuti fermare solo una notte ma se torneremo in zona sicuramente prenoteremo di nuovo qui

Wir kommen wieder und versuchen dann rechtzeitig im Restaurant einen Tisch zu reservieren.

Sehr nettes Personal, phantastische Lage in der Natur. Keine Problem mit Hund zu reisen, gut ausgestattete Suite, es fehlte nur ein kleiner Tisch.

Als Hotelgast bekamen wir am Abend keinen Tisch im Restaurant, obwohl man uns 24 Stunden vor Ankunft gefragt hatte, ob wir dort im Restaurant essen wollten. Auf meine Antwort kam dann leider keine Reaktion. Eine größere Gesellschaft hatte dort im Restaurant wohl reserviert. Das fanden wir als einzigen Kritikpunkt einfach schlecht. Das Abendessen, was wirklich gut war, konnte ich im Restaurant abholen und in der Suite genießen, allerdings hatten wir dort keinen Tisch.

Great location, friendly, with fabulous restaurant

Great stop on the way down to Bari. Near Autobahn but quiet with great views and an amazing restaurant. Staff friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place.

The location is beautiful. The pool lovely and the rooms very nicely decorated. It a very clamming atmosphere to be in after a drive from the south. Very nice shop and very good service in the shop.

We were very disappointed with the restaurant. Very ambitious dishes. But no attention to detail and there was a lack of taste. One really good dish and 5 that didn’t work. Our waiter was not helpful and we didn’t feel welcome at all. He was very bad in guidance regarding wine. He was almost arrogant.

Amazing!

The room was so beautiful and super cozy. The mini fridge was full of free food when I arrived (sándwich, water, chocolates) and the bed was super confortable. The view from the bungalows is just insane. The owner Leonardo is super friendly and always willing to help you with everything you need. I definitely recommend this place!

Very nice suites to stay in and dog friendly. Excellent on-site restaurant and friendly staff. Convenient stop before ferry from Ancona.

A little hard to find but found country lane route easier and quieter.

The hotel is in the midlle of olives plantation wich is very nice. The restaurante has a great food.

The facilities are in general great. . However I was expecting more from the room. The beds were not so confottable and the walls were not so clean.

Wonderful setting, fantastic hosts, amazing food

The property is well laid out with super facilities. We stayed in the duplex apartment and I loved the furnishings and layout. It was huge! The swimming pool and sun deck were great, and the hosts very welcoming of our family which included two dogs. We are in the restaurant and the food was incredible…an gastronomic journey into paradise! We will be back!!!!!

Exceptional

A clean and aesthetically beautiful room in a wonderful agricultural development - highly recommend for those that seek for peaceful holidays by the nature. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is superb.

The location is difficult to find (unless you call the host that helps on the spot) while the main road that leads there is quite complex.

Relaxing, spacious, excellent service!

We have stayed at A3passi multiple times and have received consistently high level of service. Everyone that works at A3passi has always been very professional and friendly to our family. The location is very convenient for us, with easy access to many interesting sights, but also tucked away enough that we are able to relax. We really enjoy having our own private patio to enjoy the beautiful outdoors at the location. We love having such a good restaurant on site, it is very convenient and the food is delicious. We look forward to returning!

The air conditioning works, but it is not as strong as we would like it to be (July). The bathtub on the larger apartment could use a glass door or curtain to block the water from spraying all over the bathroom floor.

Very good

The owner was very friendly! We bought some local olive oil as a souvenir. Breakfast was good (mainly sweet items though, as usual in Italy). We also enjoyed the pool and the general surroundings. It's a very nice place to walk around in the early morning.

It's a shame that the restaurant was not open during our one-night stay (Sunday evening), but we knew this beforehand.

I had a really great overnight stay at the A3Passi hotel, great clean room with good facilities, excellent evening meal and breakfast. I would recommend the A3Passi hotel

Very enjoyable

The room was very good, the surroundings are quiet and the bed was great. The shower is also great.

On Booking wasn't clear enaough that the option i choose was without breakfast. Anyway, the breakfast is definetly worth the little supplement. The staff could be warmer.
