endroit calme et retiré, grand parking

TV trop vieille mais qui fonctionne encore bien à l'exception de la télécommande ou TV qu'il n'y a pas eu moyen de l'éteindre Réservation il n'avait pas été tenu compte de mes demandes alors que message email disait le contraire. Heureusement la personne à l'accueil a pu arranger comme elle a pu.

La disponibilité de l'employé venu en renfort pour les changements d'enseigne

De payer 3 fois mon séjour à la borne, qui n'est pas opérationnelle pour ce type d'établissement, la condescendance du personnel derrière l'appel d'urgence, le ménage qui n'est pas fait correctement par manque de personnel qualifié....

L hôtel est bien situé. Petit déjeuner correct.

L hôtel est vieillot. La literie n est pas confortable. Il me semble que les draps et housse ne sont pas changer après chaque client. La propreté laisse à désirer.

Parfait pour une nuit

Dernière étape de notre road trip en Belgique avec le retour en France. RAS pour un Ibis Budget. 1 lit double et 1 lit superposé. Cette fois ci pas de salle de bain a proprement parlé mais les WC bien séparé par une porte mais une douche dans la chambre. Franchement pour une nuit c'est parfait. Pas de bruit malgré le nombre de camionnette sur le parking. Un petit dej complet.

Un parking un peu petit, le 3ème lit superposé pas fait à notre arrivé, donc un peu rude de faire le lit encore à 22h, mais bon c'est partout pareil dans les Ibis.

Le connection wifi et le gardien de nuit ,sympa

Le code pour ouvrir la cambre ne fonctionnait pas Pas de chauffage qd je suis arrivée (- 5° dehors ) Un pauvre radiateur électrique qui ne marchait que sur maxi :ou trop chaud ou trop froid :résultat un bon rhume !!!! Un drap jaune et plein de nounous ses noirs

It's an ibis budget. It met the expectation and had everything we needed. Including a working airco. The bed was softer than I've experienced for ibis budget.

If you only need a place to sleep and don't expect more, this is the place for you

The beds where actually decent for the price.

I did know it was a budget hotel, but I still expected a hotel, not what I would define as an AI hotel, where you had to do everything by check-in machines and dispenser machines, there was not even a bar to drink something or where you could pay with plastic, I had barely some coins on hand so getting a drink was almost impossible.

Good for a one-night layover, but nothing else

The check-in manager was extremely helpful when the automatic check-in machine did not work. The rooms were clean.

This is not a full-service hotel: the rooms are quite small and the breakfast was OK but minimal. We did not receive enough clean towels, and the soap dispenser was empty in one of the showers. The hotel is in an industrial/commercial area that is not so savory and is partly run-down.

The staff didn't speak English. Breakfast: very little choice. Rooms very small, claustrophobic. No air conditioning. Neighborhood unpleasant.

ok for one night

We have stayed two times at this hotel during our trip to France and back. The first positive thing about the hotel is the price - relatively cheap - 64EUR for a room for 3 persons incl. breakfast per night. Another positive thing is that room was clean. There was even a working aircondition in the room. Personnel was helpful. Free parking. There is also a very nice bakery nearby - go there for fresh coffee and pastry.

There were several problems that we faced: 1. Long check-in time. I don't know how the hotel system is built to supports bookings from booking.com website, but it took personnel around 10 minutes to check us in. Both times that we stayed in this hotel, this issue was present. 2. Try to arrive to hotel while reception is open. They state that you can check in to your room when reception is closed after 9PM, but their system does not recognize booking reference if you book through booking.com, therefore you will not be able to check in. This is what we experienced. Hopefully at 22.30 there was still reception person nearby who checked us in. 3. Poor breakfast. Poor choice and very thin coffee. 4. I'd wish room size was a bit bigger, but i guess it's ok for 2* hotel

It’s simple and basic hotel. Nothing extraordinary. Self check-in screen works well.

Upper bunk bed wasn’t made before arrival. I think this is mentioned in the booking but it’s not convenient to make up the bed after hours of driving. Not a big issue though.
