-Location - Staff was great! - Breakfast was ok

- The room had very few furnitures, all reduced to a rack and few other things basically - Bathroom was very very small, hot water was coming out after roughly 10 minutes - Overall the room was a disappointment, ok for 1-2 nights max

Mistake in the booking, never go back again

People at the reception were very nice. Location in the center of Riccione. Private parking (if there's space available).

Hotel was old and dirty, most of the equipements were damaged or broken in the room. When we arrived in the room, we found a cockroach under the bed... Bad smell in the corridor. Breakfast was just OK

Very warm welcome when we arrived at the hotel. Luca is very kind and warm and he gave us all needed information. the room was big with baby bed for our boy. the breakfast is faboulous and if you are on a diet dont go to this hotel, because the cake and everything was delicious😋😋😋 i am sure we will come back. and they have a parking space. that is a plus. the beach is across the street.

Good value for money, comfortable and clean and centrally located, close to the train station.

The size of the room was very good, quite and clean. The owners and staff are extremely friendly!

the family who owned t were really friendly, always happy to help along with the staff. Breakfast was amazing, along with all the pastries and cakes , really nice hotel , in fact been three times too Italy and by far the best, loved it and we will use it again next time too, thanks you all at the hotel, amazing stay .

Superb

Top location, only a few minutes by walking. Separate parking facilities (10Euro). The staff was very friendly and helpful! I would come back again.

Never felt more welcome

Let me start with the only thing that was not perfect, cause everything else was. The rooms can use an update. The bed size and comfort of it is ok and the room size was good enough as well, but it’s all slightly outdated. Having said that, the staff and owners compensated our rather small shower, with their warm sincere friendliness and excellent service. They even apologized for any discomfort and paid back the money for our parking and invited us for drinks. These guys take hospitality to a VIP level! :) The location is fantastic! You cross a street and you’re on the beach. The promenade is right behind the hotel. The breakfast is great, as the pictures show and they’ll make you anything you like if the buffet isn’t what you feel like. The town and area are touristic and can be a little snobby, which makes this place stand out even more as a warm nest to come home to. Much love to the lovely people who run Garisenda!
