Rapport qualité prix décevant.

La localisation du l’hébergement. Climatisation. Réactivité du propriétaire face à mon mécontentement.

Le propriétaire m’a proposé de changer de logement car celui initialement loué n’était pas propre et ce en plus du dessus de la cuvette des WC qui était cassé. Le nouveau logement était très propre et plus spacieux. Mais la literie n’était pas très confortable. Pas de tapis de salle de bain et des serviettes de toilette trop petites à mon goût . Logements dans les deux cas un peu vieillots qui mériteraient un rafraîchissement. La piscine n’était pas ouverte ou pas entretenu : pas de transats autour de la piscine ! Rapport qualité prix décevant.

Budget accomodation, quality on par with the price

I booked this apartment just because the other booking that I had was cancelled literally few hours before start of our stay. The information on how to reach the apartment was quite precise. The apartment is well located, close to the beach.

The apartment wasn't very clean, there was quite o lot of dirt in kitchenette area. The apartment seemed quite small for declared size (perhaps the terrace is included in area measurement). Equipment is very basic.

Okay for 1 night

Location great,lots of restaurants, cafes etc,pretty area,interesting architectural development. Terrace good size. Pool good. Kitchen we equipped. WiFi good.

No curtain on half the sliding doors so no privacy as bedroom is part of dining/ living area and woken at 6.30am by sunlight. Cobwebs,dust hanging down above bed. Dusty aircon made me cough all night. 2nd bedroom is bunkbed in corridor. Owner rude as we were out when he sent payment details, we said we'd pay after returning from dinner and he threatened to send his team round! Surely he's guaranteed via booking.com anyway as has card details on file! No need for rudeness!

Amazing property and 100% stay here again

Lovely apartment with excellent facilities, very clean couldn’t ask for more. The secure underground parking was great and meant there was no need to worry about our car overnight, the pool is a great way to spend the day if you don’t feel like going to the beach or exploring the surrounding area and just want a nice relaxing afternoon. The apartment itself was lovely and spacious, had a lovely balcony that got the evening sun which is perfect for sitting out on in the evening for a drink or a meal. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were all good sizes. Had a washing machine in the bathroom which was a plus and meant if you were there for a while you can do washing in the apartment, good size kitchen for the apparent with some good cooking equipment. The owner of the apartments is really friendly and will accommodate your needs, he also speak very good English, so if your french is a little bit rusty it’s all good. Overall we all throughly enjoyed our stay there and would come back again and I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Great stay at Port-Vincent

Great place, clean and tidy in an awesome location has everything you need for a good stay. Arnaud is a great host very helpful and welcoming, he speaks english very well too for non french speakers, i would recommend to anyone wanting to visit and stay in the area. A really nice part of the world.

Really nice, well located apartment.

I liked the apartment was clean and well equipped. It also had secured private car park.

Nothing really to say. Maybe the apartment was a bit too small for our 6 people family but it wasn't that bad. Definitely, not a problem for us.

Recommend for the family vacations.

It's a condo hotel in 10 min to the beach by car. We've ordered the smalest apartment but owner present us the bigger one. Thanks for that. You'll find all what you need for the short or long stay in the apartment, except salt, pepper, oil and coffe/tea, detergents for the dishwasher and washing mashine. The location is't bad. You can find couple of restauronts and cafe around a corner. The nearest supermarket that i've found was in 10 min by car. Free of charge gated parking is presented.

The apartment need some small renovations, basic needs for cooking, dishwasher and washing mashine should be add.
