My stay was awesome.

The unit was self contained. I liked the location. It was on the bus route which was pretty good.

The availability at short notice.

There was no hot water. at all. It was difficult for two people to watch tv comfortably given the living room set up. The promised view of the sea did not live up to expectations - one has to stand on the small landing and peer over rooftops in order to get a tiny glimpse of the sea. A short person would probably not be able to see it at all.

Excellent beach front position, but a reason why Annabelle's is priced as competitively it is.

The location, with direct access to the beach is excellent. That said however, the property itself (we had the upstairs apartment) leaves a lot to be desired. It is badly in need of modernisation.

The cleanliness could have been better and the whole apartment requires modernisation.

The great beach makes up for the negative points of the apartment.

Perfect location, based beach side on Paynes Bay. Good sized apartment which was larger than it looked on photos. Very good outside space, although we used the beach as it is literally through a gate Very comfortable beds

Very tired, facilities need updating Eg: very random cutlery, crockery, glasses & pots n pans. We had to go out and buy wine glasses, any cleaning products, bin bags etc. only one tea towel was provided although there is access to a washing machine Decor is in need of makeover Busy main road, which is very noisy- problem solved by wearing earplugs This accommodation could be amazing if updated and it would attract repeat customers

Traffic noise apart….it’s a blissful place.

Classic Bajan building right on the beach. Beautiful. just beautiful! It’s not a modern building, it doesn’t pretend to be.

Location. Agent was wonderful and very accommodating.

Balcony was too small. Outside shower had no tap for feet.

Sadly disappointing.

The staff were lovely and helpful when our plans changed, and the beach is a beauty.

We had to leave early as the noise from the road was overwhelming and impossible to sleep through. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and conditions pretty basic (example: bedside lamp but no plug socket)

Great location

Excellent location and Donna was very helpful and friendly.

Cottage needs some renovations and if you attract mosquitos then take lots of repellent! My friend suffered quite a bit

Ideal beach location if you enjoy noise.

really handy for the beach, down the stairs and about 40 metres to the sand. staff we’re friendly and helpful. bed, big and comfy. Close to amenities.

The apartment was poorly finished and very tired looking making it look and feel grubby even though it was clean. Although ideal for the beach it’s also ideal for the main highway just outside and the yellow buses seem to have had their exhausts modified/removed for maximum noise which starts around 5-30 AM. We moved to another apartment further South after 1 week which was immaculate, quiet and half the price.

Could be amazing with a bit of TLC, such a shame as it’s such a wonderful place to stay and staff where delightful.

Its a disgrace that customers will arrive there expecting reasonable accommodation

There is nothing to like , apart from proximity to the beach, it is little more than a hovel

The fact that I flew half way round the world to be confronted by substandard accommodation. We did not stay there it was so bad

Delightful home away from home

Delightful, cozy loft apartment right on the beach. We felt very at home and comfortable. The staff were wonderful and the location could not have been better. Everything worked properly in the apartment and the bed was comfortable.

Everything was perfect apart from slight lack of furniture. Needed a bedside table and a coffee table and a chest of drawers.

Our stay was wonderful, loving and peaceful.

They were able to accomodate us on short notice and allowed us to occupy the apartment prior to check-in time. We also like the location and the easy access to the beach. We also like the privacy of the property and the calm which was refreshing.
