Walk to many Nashville hot spots which include Mas Taco and Pharmacy Burger or take a 5 min. or less Uber ride to 5 points or DOWNTOWN! Less than 2 miles from downtown in a quiet neighborhood really makes our spot ideal!
2 bedrooms both with queen beds and a comfortable queen pull out sofa. Free WiFi and Netflix available as well as local stations!
A full kitchen with complimentary coffee, all of the luxury amenities include high end towels, soaps and sheets await your stay.

I was staying here with 3 girl friends for 4 nights this May! The place was absolutely perfect - super clean, perfectly decorated, well stocked (coffee, towels, face cloths), comfortable beds and a perfect amount of space. The check in process was incredibly easy and we had a great stay!

Decided to go to Nashville to celebrate our 25th anniversary with friends. Wanted to be close to the action without being in it 😀. Was in a good location to not rent a car. Uber was under $10 to get downtown. Would definitely recommend this location.

The place was very nice and convenient to shopping and restaurants however at night when you wanted to sleep the neighbors were very loud and like to party at all hours of the night even during the week and they also have a annoying dog that barks alot at night and early in the morning, theres also a train u can hear all hours of the night and early morning, so if u don't like sleep or your a hard sleeper the place is nice

The property is perfect in every way. Tons of towels and washcloths (hate when you're only given 2), place is spotless and decorated super cute, Heidi even had K cups for us so we didn't have to buy a whole big box for just a few days. She not only gets the big stuff right but she absolutely nails the little amenities that make a world of difference. I can't wait to be back and stay here again and would tell everyone I know going to Nashville to book here.

We stayed here for our kids performing arts trip to Nashville. Easy Lyft ride into and out of downtown, only 10 minutes, unless there’s a concert at the stadium. Very clean & just what we were looking for!

This was our second time staying in this place. The communication from the owner is amazing. The coach house is excellent for our family, has parking, is easy to find, and located where everything is within 10 minutes of here. We will be back!

My husband and I brought my parents to Nashville for a long weekend and this was the perfect place to stay! It had all of the amenities we could have needed and it was just the right size for 2 couples. At times it was difficult for Uber drivers to find because it’s above a garage in an alley but you just need to specify exactly where they’re going and it’s not a problem. It was only an 8 minute drive from Broadway and less than 20 minutes from the airport which was super convenient! Heidi was very responsive and accommodating and we enjoyed every minute of our stay! We would definitely stay here again.

The garage apartment was very nice, comfortable and very clean. Parking was very limited. Luckily we had a small vehicle that could fit in the parking area. Very close to Nashville on the outskirts of the city. Seems like an area that is being improved with new construction and the cutest homes. We were expecting a coin laundry on site, but there was none. We went to a local laundromat.

Great place to stay for our family of four. Short, easy drive to downtown and surrounding neighborhoods. Clean and as described. Enough seating for four to watch tv. Large kitchen table. Host quick to reply and very communicative. Highly recommend!

I found the owner to be very helpful and checking in was very easy. There was much available info on the area. Location was very convenient to major attractions. My only issue was the height of the bathtub and sink, which are lovely, but I am a short older person and getting out of the tub after my showers was tricky. A grab bar would be helpful. The facility is as featured and is lovely and very quiet.
