Good for the price.
They forgot to give us the main door’s key, so we had to wait for around 15min or more for them to open the door at 4am after we knocked several times :/

The owner and her son was extremely sweet and considerate.
They were extremely polite and helpful
No Blinders for the large windows in the bedroom. It used to get too bright for my taste

Nice owners, i had safe parking for my motorbike, grocery store right downstairs, all good!
Not really a "negative" but it should be noted that it's not a hotel per se. It has more the feeling of a workers dorm, i think most people live there longer term. I was also a bit surprised that the bedroom was in fact shared, not private. I didn't mind because aside from one night, there was no one else in my room, but if all 6 beds were to be occupied, then it could get uncomfortable.

Incredible value for the money.
The resulted score 6.2 it's unfair. This is incredible value for the money.
But, on the other hand, a higher score would be unfair for other listings.
The place is something you expect for 12-15 eur/night.

The location is a little bit away from the hotel where I have had a meeting but it was all right I used city buses that are very frequent.
I liked all of it! But it may be needed more info about how to get to this house by bus and other transports because a taxi is the as usual way too expensive for the hostel liking people.
