Keller Apartment, keinen Cent wert! Sehr Schmutzig!

Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Das ist gut.

Auf Booking voll das schöne Apartment, aber in echt war es ein Albtraum! DAS APARTMENT IST IM KELLER!!!!! Leider wurde das auch nicht angegeben! Es war sehr sehr SCHMUTZIG!!!!! Spinnenweben überall, Badezimmern sehr dreieck und Schimmelbildung!!!!!!!! auf der Matratze sind Haare und Flecken!!! Unter dem Betten sehr viel Schmutz. Tisch war nicht abgewischt! Kühlschrank DRECKIG und hat sehr gestunken! Überall staub. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht! Nie mehr wider!!!!! GASTGEBER haben sich nicht ein mal blicken lassen!!!!! Auf die Nachricht das das Apartment nicht geputzt worden ist, kam keine Antwort!!!!! Sehr unverschämt!!!!! Rate jedem davon ab. Das Apartment ist keinen Cent wert!

Location

The apartment is located on the lower ground of the building, and we could smell dampness. The fridge was not cleaned at all. Linens were very old, and pillows were beyond uncomfortable. The bathroom tiles and taps had water stains all over. The sink in the bathroom didn't look disinfected.

Totally unprofessional

The appartment they took us without asking was a nice 3 bedroom appartment, near Kneza Mihaila. The 3rd bedroom was really small

Totally unprofessional. We booked this 3 bedroom appartment, then 2 weeks before arrival the owner proposed another appartment with 2 bedrooms in Dositejeva str., which we turned down. Upon arrival, they took us to another appartment in Marsala Birzuzova str. the other part of centre!!! No information about that, we had to agree or stay out...

Great stay in Beograde

Great place in the center of the town. Very comfy and with big rooms. everything was as in the pictures. Will come back again for sure. The communication was perfect and without any issues.

everything you need!

it was an amazing apartment and the host was very kind. the kitchen has quality cooking supplies and utensils. the location has everything nearby groceries atm restaurants. in the center of the city as well. parking is on the street a bit difficult to find but we just drove around a bit. plus the host helped us by sending us the link to pay. payment is in cash so just a note in case you’re traveling soon to prepare.

one of the windows doesn’t close so it got a bit chilly and the central heating wasn’t on, but the host showed us how to use the ac for heating which worked great. there was only 4 towels/blankets/pillows although we said 6 people. next time I would just message them to remind them a head of time.

Leider sehr enttäuscht!

Sauberkeit, Ausstattung Wir haben diese Wohnung gebucht aber eine andere für unseren Aufenthalt in der Dositejeva str. bekommen, da es laut Gastgeber einen Wasserschaden gab. I’m sorry for the bad feedback, that I have to give to you: the apartment was dirty, dusty and not clean at all, the floor and the nightstands also… 👎🏼 The beds are creaking very loudly, so the kids are awaking every time someone just try to sit on the bed… 😳 The pictures that you’ve upload by booking.com are unfortunately far from the look of this apartment. Also I now saw this one apartment is cheaper than the other one, but despite this we paid the initial price... Sorry but after a long trip it’s not the thing that we have expected. It is NOT suitable for family with kids. I would say a bad experience, please notice this for your next guests or you could expect a further negative reviews and feedback from other guests too… Location is good, but it’s not everything!

The 3 of us experienced a very cramped 4 nights with poor facilities (especially in the kitchen).

Shower worked well. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioner worked.

The apartment was very small, dark, and obviously newly renovated. In our opinion it was not ready to be rented out. There were no power outlets in the kitchen - just bare wires sticking out of the walls (we hope they were not live!!). So, it was not surprising that there was no microwave oven or electric kettle! There wasn't even a cezve to make coffee or boil water for tea. We had to buy one from a store. The toilet seat was broken. The bedroom has no windows to the outside. One major complaint was that there were no photographs of this apartment on the web site. The photographs shown are of a different, much larger apartment.
