This property is in a very quiet area even though it is off a very busy state highway. It’s great being right on the water with beach access. Having the kayaks was a great perk. The cottage itself is very clean and decorated perfectly,.

Our family had just the best time staying at this charming cottage! The location was perfect for us, as we spent most of our time exploring the National Seashore and Outer Cape. The cottage was spotless and well stocked with all necessary items. Communication with the owner was effortless and very friendly. I just can’t say enough about how lovely our week here was. Thank you Janet for sharing, just a gem of a place! We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for one week. The cottage was clean, air conditioned, and beachy. We enjoyed use of the kyacks and paddle board for use daily. It was a perfect location for our family and easily accessible to local towns and shops. The community was quiet and family friendly. Highly recommend!

This cottage was perfect for my husband and I who are in our fifties. Even though the cottage sleeps six, I would say four is a max. We especially liked having usage of the kayaks (didn't have to bring ours) and launched from the sandy area rather than the dock. Overall, we wouldn't hesitate staying here again!

The cottage was just right for the two of us although a family of four would fit nicely also. Everything that we needed was provided including pillows and blankets. The short walk to the beach across a grassy area was pleasant . The kayaks and paddles were easy to carry and the beach was nice. Lovely porch to sit on. Everyone in the area was friendly . We had a lovely vacation. Thank you for renting out your cottage.

We enjoyed our stay in this cottage. Everything was clean and ready for us. We enjoyed watching the stars from the comfy chairs on the deck and exploring the area in the kayaks!
Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home.

Wonderful week on the Cape. The location of the cottage and cottage itself was perfect for the two of us. Kitchen and amenities were fine for the two of us and the bed was comfortable.it ended up being chillier than expected so it got really cold in the cottage at night. Plenty of blankets though and a heater in main living area. Cottage was a short drive to everything we wanted to see and do. Whale watching and enjoying Provincetown is a must! Many good restaurants in the area too!
Thanks for sharing your beautiful cottage!

Back to the Cape...
We had a great time here. Loved being on the water and back at the Cape. Rented small sailboat to take out, fished off dock, and enjoyed the property. Very nice community and great communication with owner. Enjoyed seafood and many dinners on the deck. Lovely time....
⛵⛵⛵ Thanks again Janet for sharing your house with us.

Great vacation cottage
We had a great stay and the cottage was very cute. The location was perfect for us, since we spend most of our Cape time around the National Seashore. The size was perfect for our family of 5, and we got to kayak as well. I do wish the kitchen was a little better stocked (ex. No measuring cups), but otherwise was a great space. Would definitely recommend and would stay their again if we weren’t traveling with our lab.

Serene
Quiet, clean, and well located on the Cape. Beyond being a great space during our week-long stay, Janet checked in to make sure we arrived safely and that all was good with our stay. We'd definitely stay here again.

Showering
We are in our seventies and were unable to use the bathtub because of its height. We showered outside but there was plants and weeds in the outside shower. Not pleasant

The cottage was so nice. The beautiful landscaping of riotous flowers, easy walk to the water of the inlet, and equipped with everything we needed and then some.

Nice cottage in Mid Cape
The old cottage is quaint -small but nicely decorated, has the basics needed for a couple or small family, and there's a lovely yard to enjoy. We liked having access to bikes and kayaks during our stay.

Very nice place
We thought we had a direct view to the Salt Pond, but trees blocked the view. However, the walk to the dock, pond is so close so we definitely enjoyed staying here. Would have been nice to sit by the fire pit and look at the water, but still loved our stay. Very clean, comfortable house. Owner is very nice. Would definitely rent this cabin again in the future.

Great house!
We absolutely loved our time here. The house is spacious, clean, and well appointed, the beds are comfortable (our kids appreciated the full size bunk beds), and the huge deck allowed us to eat outside every night. With the dock nearby we also enjoyed starting the mornings on the kayaks. After 14 years of living in Massachusetts, this was our first time renting a house on the Cape. Couldn’t think of a better experience! Thank you!

Lobster Tales
This sweet charming cottage (Lobster Tales) was perfect. The location was ideal and our local friends/family loved it as well. Plenty to do with the bikes (rode the trail to Wellfleet) and kayaks. Nearby shopping and restaurants were minutes away. We visit the Cape every September and we are really glad we found this ideal place. We loved the deck and enjoyed sitting outside. We have a very mellow dog who just wanted to hang out on the deck as well. We rate this place the top and will return in the future.

Lobster Tales Review
Wonderful property, kayaks and paddleboard with dock access a big plus. Minor inconvenience having no dishwasher or washer/dryer, but very comfortable and cozy. Beautiful deck with umbrella table, wicker chair and chaise loungers. Owner very pleasant and responsive.

Great little cottage
We enjoyed our stay in this sweet little cottage. Much appreciated was the kitchen stocked with plenty of food prep /cookware. The outside shower and deck area were really nice. One suggestion would be to add a screen door to the sliding doors to help get more airflow into the pretty sunroom. The wifi in the home is very fast which was important to our daughter. The overall size and layout of the cottage was perfect for the two of us and our adult daughter. It might be a tight fit for more adults. The bedrooms are very small... They do not have a lot of storage but do have very comfy beds and air conditioning that cools both bedrooms really well. We loved having the kayaks... Having them available to use is such a wonderful idea! The location of the cottage is perfectly situated in this area of the Cape and very easy to find. We highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a great Cape Cod getaway.

Perfect cape location
We had an absolutely amazing week. The location was perfect. We enjoyed paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing and swimming. The house was cozy and the perfect quintessential Cape house. The outdoor shower was such a bonus! Eastham is beautiful, the beaches near by are great. Numerous options in less than 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this home. Janet was great, the house was well stocked and the location was dynamite!

Great stay!
This property was PERFECT for our stay. Kitchen was definitely cozy, but we didn’t need much. Added bonuses of AC and dog friendly! The deck was spacious and yard was perfect. Directions to the bike path were accurate and easy to follow which was great for dog walks. It was difficult crossing the street with baby stroller and dog, but if you are patient, you will find openings in traffic. Best beaches up that way for sure. Amazing stay in the cape!

Cozy and Cute
My husband and I just spent a week at this property and fell in love with Cape Cod. The place was everything it is advertised to be. It was clean and comfortable and everything worked properly. The only negative thing I can say is that it can definitely be tricky to get out on to the main road if you are turning left due to the traffic, but that can’t be helped. We ate at some great restaurants most of which were in Orleans just down the road. Our favorites were Land Ho, the Rock Harbor Grill (get the seared cod), and The Hole in One (get the blueberry pancakes, make sure you go to the Orleans location). Whale watching in Provincetown is a must do as well! We hope to be able to come back but I already know it won’t be soon enough.

Lobster Tails
If you are traveling as a couple or small family and want a central location this might be the place for you! A hideaway neighborhood that gives you an old time cape feeling. Lobster Tails was a small comfortable house that met our needs exactly. Hope to go back soon.

We had a great time with our dog, and family of 5! Clean, cozy and on the water!! Can't beat it!
We had a wonderful time there. Janet was a great host, always quick to respond. The place was clean, a little tight for a family of 5, but we managed, on the water, the deck is new and big and great for dinners. We went to the beautiful beaches, got dinner, ice cream, mini golf in Orleans, 3 minutes away, fished and swam at the dock at the house. We kayaked, paddle boarded, went go carting. It was a great time. We highly recommend it.
