Week-end ski

Tout était parfait ! Logement propre et très spacieux, draps fournis, kit de nettoyage à dispo. Grande salle pour les casiers à ski avec un grand casier également. Personnel serviable. Possibilité de prendre les remontées mécaniques depuis Vaujany pour ski à l'alpe d'Huez. Bref, rien à redire !

Clothes dryer in bathroom not working. Kitchen lacked sponge and dishwashing liquid. Ordered a maintenance kit from the odalys website but did not receive

Very good

Great location and view, with friendly, helpful staff. Great value for money too.

Slightly uncomfortable beds and pillows. When we were there the swimming pool was allegedly broken.

Terrible nights in a rock mattress.

Location and parking were good.

The mattress is simply not acceptable for the level of price asked. The experience of having to make the beds and undo them at the end is "camping" like and not what was expected when you pay over 200 eur/night. There were a lot of things not working - the rope to put stuff to dry in the bathroom, the ventilation in the toilet....

it was a bit out of the way

very disappointed that there was no pool. the fitness @suite” was a joke - 3 pieces of equipment. very poor that there was no towels

Pleasant

good location. easy access to ski slopes and close to little grocery shop

not really clean at arrival. no swimming pool or wellness available.

Convenient

I liked the location, staff was incredibly kind.

It wasn’t clean. The previous clients didn’t clean well (cutlery bathroom and floors) and this was not checked by the hotel. We were only two nights day so we decide to spend as little as possible in the hotel and to go to restaurants.

Overpriced, small, but new and clean

New furniture and very clean room. The staff is helpful and polite. Easy parking.

It is a typical eye-candy residence. Beautiful pictures and in reality as well, but watching from close the details make you slightly disappointed. There are rooms facing to the rocks the building was cut into with no landscape at all. The price of the apartment is already very high, but it does not include: TV, Internet, towel, unlimited wellness usage and final cleaning. If you want to include all of these, finally the price end up at a 4 star hotel with at least breakfast, but here you need to cook on you own and clean the kitchen and bathroom anyhow. The house is a bit far from the ski lifts, walking uphill at the end of a day is part of the exercise. Garage parking is free and easy if you arrive early. The most annoying is the limited spa area use and the very early close time: 7pm. The hammam would need a water pipe to clean the sweat of the previous user, there is no soap and paper at any public toilet, and only 1 shower at the spa area. I saw guests just entering the pool without showering due to someone else was using. Wellness area is a little room with 3 cardio machines and that's all. Not enough to be called wellness. In general it is very overpriced and the existing services is just for making more benefit for the owners in the snow shortening times. We were 3 in a an apartment for 6. Just was enough.

Disappointing

Needs to get with the times. Nothing is supplied (cleaning products etc). Beds not made. Extra fee for changing. Typical for a french chalet but compared to rest of Europe poor value for money.
