Stacey at reception is a really hard worker with a lovely attitude. She arranged an early breakfast for my transfer and changed my room to something more comfortable.
Probably the most overpriced accomodation I’ve stayed at in this country / region (but also it was Easter/ Semana Santa weekend so I had limited options). My first room was a dungeon next to a shared bathroom with no windows (for $70 usd per night…). They moved me the second night to upstairs and the second room was actually beautiful with lots of windows. It’s not a quiet property (on the main road and can hear neighbours).

The hotel is super! The location is very good, the breakfast very tasty, the staff very friendly 😊
Our stay there was too short 😉

Staff is friendly and helpful.
I reported a water leak in the shower that was not taken care of.
It was a huge leak that when the shower was in use it waisted more water than what could be used.

The location in town was convenient.
The rooms were very small and the two rooms that were assigned to 4 of the guests had no windows and were not very inviting. It would have been nice to have some pictures in the wall to make the two rooms more attractive. The upstairs room was nicer but very small. For the price compared to other hotels in the area it was not too bad though.

the bath, location
bed and pillows were hard. worse thing was the ‘hot breakfast’ was served stone cold - as though it had been cooked earlier, plated and left on a bench until ordered. cold scrambled egg, cold hash brown and 2 slices of over salty rubbery ham!

Overpriced for a small local hotel.

The staff were amazing, helpful and always there to offer advice and answer any questions. Checked in early because room was available.
Decent WiFi.
Hot shower.
Over $100 per night, breakfast included which was a selling point for us but we noticed its conveniently arranged to start at 8am when tours also start so we never got to have it.
No food or bar on site, no fridge so you can buy your own food or drinks. No cooking facilities. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept on and woke up with horrendous back ache both days.
Guys with guns seemed to always be there, not sure if that's a good thing or bad.
No kettle/tea/coffee facilities in room. Seriously need to up your game to keep up with your competition.

Room was nice, a basic room but very clean! Staff was friendly and helpfull. They have a jacuzzi in the garden:) Location was max 7 minutes walking from town, easy walk. Breakfast is very good and enough to start a hike.

Hotel was very clean with friendly staff. Bed is twin bed so you should remove bed dimension in your property info while making a reservation because it's confused. If you could put Jacuzzi inside hotel that's much perfect and lessen energy to warm it up. We can not taking jacuzzi outside with windy and chill weather.

The hosts were very kind and helpful. They organized a great trip to the volcano with us.

Friendly staff, helped to organize a hiking tour to the lost waterfalls. Laundry service is available for a fee and there is a coffee shop connected to the hotel. Not far from the center of town.

Great location, comfortable beds
Uncomfortable room layout, bad quality shower courtains and noisy bathroom ventilator

The women at the reception, Noemis, was so friendly and helpful. She makes the stay there beautiful. The Breakfast was also very delicious and a lot.
During night it was very cold in the room.

Clean room and breakfast
Noisy, because the isolation is poor, you can hear everything in the surrundings (other guest, cars, etc).

Location, coffee
The noise of cars passing by and a dog barking from a nearby house..all night.

Clean room. Good breakfast. Warm water. And the most important is a helpfull and friendly staff.
Nothing.

Super nice staff, very helpful and comforting. Nice balcony and terrace to chill. The larger rooms have a nice interior and good beds.
At least the single rooms with shared bathroom are just not pleasant, small and uncomfortable. Generally a bit noisy due to proximity of street and the thinness of the ceiling - you can hear guests above you walking and talking. Rooms above are better, however, it's simply too expensive for what you get. If you can, invest $5 more and stay somewhere else.

the property is very homey, the room was small but had everything we needed. the staff was so, so nice, helped us with everything we needed and did it with a smile!! thank you Naomiseis (really hope I wrote it correctly…). the breakfast was really great value and tasty, and overall our stay at this hotel made our time in boquete really successful.
our room was small - we were warned about it in advance. maybe if the window was bigger it would be nicer. but it wasn’t such a big deal…

Gracias por un maravilloso desayuno.
The room was near the road, with traffic noise.

the young lady working the front desk was excellent. Friendly and helpful.
Not the hotel’s fault, but it is close to a bar that plays music fairly loud until after midnight. I spent the night in order to participate in a half marathon the next morning, so I slept very early. the guests in the hotel were very respectful and quiet.

good location, great coffee, great breakfast.
Breakfast starts at 8 and so do most of the tours. would be good to have a takeaway or start breakfast at 7.
