Pastures Barn is a wonderful barn conversion resting on the outskirts of Leek, Staffordshire. The property hosts three bedrooms: two king-size, one with an en-suite shower room and one twin (zip/link), sleeping up to six guests and served by a family bathroom and ground floor cloakroom. Downstairs has an open-plan kitchen/diner, as well as a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside has an enclosed lawned garden and patio area with furniture, as well as off-road parking. Pastures Barn is the ultimate choice for a countryside break with your family.
Amenities: Oil central heating, woodburning stove. Rangemaster induction cooker, electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board, food processor/blender, wine cooler, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer and hair straighteners, Smart TV, fibre broadband, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen, towels and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Ample off-road parking. Enclosed lawned garden and patio area with furniture, Green Egg style BBQ, hot tub and sauna. Two well behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.3 miles and pub 1.9 miles. Note: This property has a chargeable dog sitting service and the owner can provide home cooked meals, both are at additional charge and are subject to availability. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £125 for this property.
