If you love old rambling properties with plenty of character, this is the place for you. There was plenty of space for us not to feel on top of each other and the outside areas are beautiful with a variety of places to sit or play petanque or table tennis. Wherever you look there are stunning views. We also found lots of local walks from the farmhouse.
There was plenty of cooking equipment and 3 fridges - absolutely essential during the extra hot summer they were experiencing this year! The pool is lovely and a good size with views over to Crestet on the hill and Ventoux in the distance.
Its possible to walk into Crestet but a car is essential if you want to make the most of the area. However, don't drive a low bottomed car down the unmade road to the farmhouse, otherwise its ok.
The only other thing we would suggest is to make a couple of fans available for the upper bedrooms. They became very hot at night, but of course it was extremely hot this year.
Emma was very helpful meeting us and taking us through all the different aspects of the house when we arrived - thank you. We would certainly rent this lovely place again.
