Clean, designed and great location

Excellent location, right on the underground ”tower hill” station (green and yellow lines), the hotel and room are clean and comfortable. The lobby is inviting and beautifully designed. Also have a late check out.

Goed relax en onbezorgd

Goede locatie, underground zit om de hoek. Erg makkelijk te bereiken in de drukte van de stad. Ontbijt was ook er goed en vers.

Dit hotel zit in het zakelijk district. Dus er is niet heel veel keuze als je leuk wilt eten of wilt shoppen in de buurt. Wel weer prima voor een zakelijke trip.

Amazing just AMAZING.

Staff were amazing especially Chloe! Room was really well kept! Food was good! View was spectacular! Walking on Tower Bridge. Roof top bar and DJ. Nice room coustomization. The decor of the lounge!

Location is great Check in / and out process are great and seamless

Cleanliness - my pillows smelled like they had not been changed from the prior guest. When I asked them to clean, nothing happened. The rooms are tiny, which will bother most guests. I had the particular issue that i needed to iron some clothes and the rooms are too small to have an ironing board. The iron they had in the ironing room was not useable. A fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, which brought all guests out onto the street. There was no staff to manage the situation and guests had to inform each other about the ongoing. Later on, we were informed that there had been a technical defect, which caused the fire alarm, overall a frustrating experience.

Will forever remain my go-to hotel in central London.

There's a reason why I return to this hotel every single time I'm in London - whether on business or with partner/son - and it's because it ticks all the boxes. Clean, funky rooms, good shower. Ideal location for both work and pleasure, and a gorgeous rooftop bar (which I only discovered on this visit).

I think the price could be a little lighter, but offset that against all of the above - and given you're in central London - it could be a whole lot worse.

A typical budget hotel experience with self checkin and checkout

Rooms space was limited. Location was in proximity to my office.

A typical of a budget hotel. Arrangements like water, iron and Tea kettle were not available in the rooms. Work desk was not ergonomical

Something a little different that’s fab!

Completely different to any hotel I’ve stayed in before, the room was fab and being able to control everything from the iPads entertained us thoroughly!

Marvellous location with a direct view towards the Tower of London combined with access to the tube station Tower Hill literally at the hotel’s doorsteps.

I’d wish a better quality of bedding. Else the room was overall clean and well arranged for my stay.

VERY nice hotel to stay in

The room was very comfortable. Having everything controlled from one point is a very clever idea.

Lack of refreshment facilities in the room meant that I had to go downstairs to pay for a hot drink in order to take my medication. Not an ideal situation.

It was like living in a caravan for two days

The location was superb near the tube line and the view of the Tower of London was amazing

The rooms were tiny - it was like sleeping in a caravan! The bed was wedged between three walls so could only get out at feet end. The bathroom was in the bedroom right next to the bed and the sink was outside the bathroom. There was no privacy, with glass cubicle for shower and toilet and a flimsy net curtain Worst of all there were no tea and coffee making facilities- abysmal

Fabulous modern hotel with lovely roof bar. Very comfortable beds, very clean. Great location and good transport links.

The room was too small. The bed was very large but was against the wall meaning one person had to climb over the other to get out of the bed. Very high tec lighting system which was silly as you could not turn on the bathroom light without illuminating the whole bedroom which during the night.

Rundum super Hotel für Städtetrip

Das Hotel hat eine absolut super Lage. Die direkt anliegende U-Bahn Station ist die perfekte Verbindung in alle Bereiche Londons. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof und waren zufrieden. Es ist wirklich klein aber fürs Schlafen und die wichtigsten Dinge wie Duschen und Zähneputzen völlig ausreichend. Die Spielerei mit dem Licht ist eine angenehme Sache, es macht das Zimmer noch stillvoller und lässt es somit im individuellen Glanz erscheinen. Das Frühstück ist wunderbar und ausgezeichnet! Volle 5 Sterne. Der Check-In und Check-Out ist absolut unkompliziert am Terminal machbar. Das Personal ist immer für Fragen greifbar und sehr freundlich. Highlight ist die Bar im 7. Stock mit wundervollem Ausblick auf London.

Excellent vibe to it Great lounge /dining area . Great view from the bar on top floor Great breakfast and coffee. 50 metres from Tower Hill tube so easy to go anywhere in London 5 minute walk and you are on Tower Bridge

Pity drinks are so expensive for the bar/lounge on top floor Should at least offer some reasonably priced beer. !

Super Lage. Frühstück mega lecker. Rooftopbar unschlagbar

Zimmer sehr klein aber mega praktisch. Für alte Menschen sicher schwierig. Bad sehr hellhörig. Man solte nur zimmer mit Blick nach draußen nehmen. Fenster nicht zum öffnen aber Klimaanlage ok.
