Relax in our 1st floor end unit direct oceanfront and beachfront studio condo with balcony- Located in the town of Surfside Beach @ Windswept Villas condo where all condo buildings are limited by zoning regulations to be no higher than 4 floors, so no high risers here! Perfect romantic get-away spot for a couple. Also suitable for a small family with young children, as Surfside Beach is noted as being "The Family Beach."
Enjoy unobstructed, awesome ocean views and the sound of crashing waves from the bed and sofa! Comfortable foam mattresses on both the queen-size bed and the full-size sleeper sofa with bedside USB outlets for charging your phone while you sleep. Lighted computer/work station with USB wall outlet. Watch TV, DVDs, online streaming or listen to music on the 55" rotating wall-mounted TV with high quality Bluetooth-enabled soundbar. Free wireless internet provided.
Newly renovated bathroom with walk-in shower and beautiful custom-made ocean themed mosaic tiling throughout. Washer and dryer in bathroom.
Private beach access and oceanfront communal swimming pool. Enjoy a late afternoon walk on the beach, then cook up some hamburgers or seafood on the charcoal grill down by the pool.
The optional linen package is available for an extra fee (sheet sets and bath/kitchen towels). It is automatically charged at the time of booking so if you prefer to bring your own linens- let me know BEFORE you book and I will remove that fee from the booking costs. Please bring your own beach towels. Beach chairs and umbrella provided. Convenient storage closet available on the balcony for beach items.

This condo is exactly as advertised. Perfect for the two of us. Loved being right on the beach and walking down to the Pier. It is close to many restaurants and golf.

We loved staying here again! I highly recommend this one bedroom condo right on the beach! Beautiful view! Condo is adorable and comfortable, with a nice balcony where you can sit and feel like you’re already on the beach! We had the full moon - gorgeous view of the blue super moon! Relaxing stay!!! Wish we had booked for a few more days!! Look forward to going back! Very clean, private and quiet! Pool also in the property!! Love it here! Close to some very nice restaurants too. Thanks!!!

What a beautiful condo! We stay in Surfside Beach every year and try to stay in the same condo building, it’s a great location. This unit is decorated very nice. The bathroom is nice and updated and they have a great view of the ocean. Unfortunately, we only got to stay two nights because of hurricane Debbie, we were forced to leave 😞 ,I would highly recommend this unit.

We come to Surfside every year and this was our second stay in this condo. The space is perfect for our family of three. The host is very easy to communicate with. The condo is clean, in a great location, and has everything we need. We will look to book again next year!

This condo is perfect for a couple or small family. It is clean and well stocked. Having the kitchen and washer/dryer is very nice. But the best part is the view and how close it is to the ocean. I am already planning to book a mommy/daughter trip here in the future.

This condo was very detailed with decor, the bathroom tile work was artwork, stunning! It was very clean, plenty of linens provided, kitchen was stocked with cookware, the washer and dryer were a life saver (we went there to play softball). The area was perfect, you could walk to dinner or ice cream, the beach was quiet and clean, showers by the pool to rinse off sand, pool was nice as well. This would be perfect for a couple or couple with 1 child (we went with my 13-year-old daughter, and it was just right). If you are looking for a clean, cute place to stay, book here, you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful condo right on the beach! Pictures and words can not describe how fantastic it is to watch the sunrise over the ocean. Close to many restaurants and the Pier is finally open! Be sure to get ice cream and have a few orange crushes at Neil and Pam's!

A wonderful condo in a perfect location. Nicely decorated and furnished. We were very comfortable here in this quiet setting. The beach is beautiful. The sound of the waves coming ashore was music to our ears. So relaxing. It is close to stores and restaurants, everything you need is nearby. I wish we could have stayed longer.

We really enjoyed your beautiful condo! Very clean and great location. We've stayed in Myrtle Beach for many years, but really enjoyed Surfside Beach. We agreed with your favorite restaurant recommendations...Pacino's and Malibu of Surfside! We also enjoyed delicious meals at Conch Cafe and River City...being able to walk to them was a bonus!

This is the best condo I've ever rent. The layout of the unit, the ample closets, full kitchen, nice size bath, comfortable deck furniture and that walk in shower is by far the nicest I've ever seen. The 2 shower heads are awesome. And the owners have a notebook with detailed instructions on how to operate the tv, sound bar and all the other accessories and features of the unit. Best communication from owners I've ever experienced.

The renovated bathroom was lovely and the view was stellar. Very nice and confortable for 2 people. There are alot of remotes to work with to watch tv and the directions were helpful but we didnt find those until day 2. Communication was great with homeowner only suggestion is to mention ahead of time linen package is by door and you will need to make beds and put towels away. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This condo is not just a safe place to stay; it is also clean and pretty. The ocean and other natural attractions lift body, soul, and spirit, and if you need any further blessing, there is a small but well-stocked library for quiet moments. I love to read, and it is such a joy to me to lift my eyes from a good book to watch the sea for a time. The weather was very good (November) so that i was able to take walks on the shore every day. This is my second year staying at this condo, and I would not hesitate to return.

You will not be disappointed by this condo. I loved waking up each morning and using the remote to open curtains and look at the ocean. What a great way to start your day. The condo is decorated nicely and WOW for the bathroom. Love the tile work and awesome shower. I will definitely book this condo for another stay.
