Desde el principio me agrado el recibimiento del personal, el hotel súper limpio, me encantó! nosotros viajamos con mascotas y nos entregaron una cama súper cómoda para ellos. El personal aparte de atento nos proporcionó los aditamentos que olvidamos como pasta dental. La habitación agradable y la cama muy cómoda con muchas almohadas. No necesitas nada porque lo tiene todo en cuanto a la limpieza personal y comodidad. Restaurantes y todo lo necesario muy cerca. El único inconveniente para mí es que se escucha llegar y salir a los demás huéspedes. Pero todo lo demás súper bien!! Aire acondicionado a gusto para el calor que hacía.

Muy agradable, habitación amplia y perfecto para descansar.

El desayuno buffete esta bueno, solo que un poco frias las opciones de guisados. La ubicación sobre una de las avenidas principales estuvo muy bien para el proposito que ibamos. Me gusto que es pet friendly y el costo por mascota no es caro a comparación de otros hoteles.

La habitación sin ventanas no es muy agradable. Hubo problema con la llave de la regadera para el agua caliente. El estacionamiento es muy pequeño.

Excelente estadía

Desde que entras muy limpio y el check in rápido con personal servicial, habitación muy bien distribuida y cómoda, y aire acondicionado que algunos hoteles no ofrecen, excelente ubicación y precios de alimentos razonables, sin duda vuelvo a hospedarme.

Very pleased

Excellent staff. Room was gorgeous. 4th floor Dining was very nice with breakfast buffet at a good prices . Also had outside dining seating with overlook of the city 24 hour room service . Very clean. Had a gym available. Close to shopping and dining. Would definitely recommend. Very pleased

No bar. But several close amenities

Un hotel que vale la pena por su relación precio - calidad - servicio

La ubicación es buena, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero muy cómodas, tiene muchos detalles como la bata de baño, las pantuflas desechables, etc. El desayuno buffet es muy bueno, y tiene opciones para escoger a la carta. La comida del restaurante es buena y con buena relación de calidad / precio.

Las toallas están algo desgastadas, y en el desayuno pedí unos hot cakes pero me dijeron "es que se van a tardar 15 minutos":

Coffee good and hot. Tried the buffet breakfast.......too much food for a light eater in the morning for me.

4th floor not for me.......too much hall noise down the hall for the Restaurant. Not complaining....Just a Footnote.

Absolutely everything! This hotel was awesome!

Don’t stay on the fourth floor because the restaurants right down the hallway and there’s a lot of noise coming from the restaurant. I’m not complaining just a footnote.

My best option is to stay at Leon in Soleil Hotel, a comfortable place and easy mobility

I loved the place and location, excellent facility. I recommend selecting Soleil as your first option to stay at Leon, is near to the downtown, and easy to access the main streets at Leon. You will have lunch on the last floor and you choose between a seat indoors or outdoors... for me this experience was the best that I experienced because is very quiet, the personnel is very gentile and ready to support you. Double recommendation!

Everything was excellent, the facility is very well designed and Soleil's personnel is focused on client satisfaction. Probably the TV channels because you need more variety,

Business class option for family and pets in Leon

It was clean and well maintained. The bathroom was classy, well presented and clean. The shower was well designed and had excellent water pressure. Staff were helpful and friendly. The in-house restaurant for dinner were lovely and staff were attentive. The room service was excellent in they attentiveness.

The location wasn't optimal for a tourist and located on an busy street. Not directly close to dining. The buffet breakfast was good not excellent. Not intuitive to control the TV with the control remote provided. We order a white wine that arrive 30 minuets later and want cold.

DONT go to this hotel! Soo awful! Regret every moment ordering this hotel!

Nothing, every thing was just awful! Dont go to this hotel, the employees are just rude and will ask money for every thing!

No one corporated with me when tryed to cancel the order 5 minutes after was ordered. No one can speak English and no one know how to ise Booking app, they did not know how to cancel my order and it was charged because they didnt cancel my order on time!
