Propreté incomparable, très très satisfait, tout le reste est super...

Je n'ai pas pris de déjeuner..

Pas de personnel à la réception à 20h-20h20..Le code d'entrée n'a pas fonctionné..j'ai dû attendre que des gens sortent pour que je puisse entrer..Le code-casier OK, écriture manuscrite pour N° chambre..609..509..S530..j'ai cherché pendant 1/2 h pour bon n°..vérifié avec ma réservation imprimée ( heureusement )/mis ma voiture au parking..comment s'orienter..j'ai dû ré-attendre que des gens sortent pour rentrer à nouveau..Idem le lendemain à 11h matin..personne à la réception à mon retour hopital ST Luc..vraiment nul..

Hotel was top! Kamer was erg ruim en schoon. Airconditioning werkte zeer goed. Binnen het hotel zelf valt er genoeg te doen en er is zelfs een supermarkt. Personeel is ook erg vriendelijk en hulpzaam. Mijn partner en ik hebben last-minute (2 uur voor check-out) een nacht extra kunnen bij boeken met de hulp van de receptionisten. Geen klachten.

Het enige wat miste was een Smart-TV in de kamer. Dit zou de kamer een complete 10 hebben gemaakt.

Muy bien! Tal cual es en las fotos, tanto el check in como el check out online súper fácil. No se escuchaba ruido de las otras habitaciones, hay un supermercado abajo que te permite comprar cosas para cocinar, muy buen acceso con el parking.

Excellent stay for a solo traveller, well equipped, hi-tech, calm and safe !

i liked the well equipped kitchen and tv with good closet all in single room, clean room and bathroom , good stay for a person overall. There is a Delhaize right under the building and two restaurant as well. Can take a bus towards Woluwe shopping centre and rodebeek metro also just 1km away. Good calm neighbourhood ,felt calm and safe.

there was no hot water both days I stayed and calling to reception dint go through. So if you need anything you are on your own because there is no other services provided. Instruction to room QR code was not working.

A perfect experience!

The staff is very kind and efficient (especially Hilla). The studios are really comfy. The location is perfect, next to the Metro M1 which leads you to the city center and the EU quarter in less than 15mn. The neighborhood is great. I had a long stay last year and Iwas very pleased with Roxi Residence, since then I can't think of any other Hotel when someone asks a recommendation for a stay in Brussels.

Maybe the weather, but we're in Belgium, right? ;)

Nice and quiet place

Nice room, good location, excellent stuff and very comfortable.

Studio à Woluwé , proche cliniques UCL

studio confortable et calme . Facilité apportée par la supérette Louis Delhaize sur le site . Arret de bus , permettant de rejoindre métro Rodebeek et Shopping Center Woluwé. Proximité arret bus De Lijn pour rejoindre aéroport ( ligne R59 ).

Nettoyage et ménage tres sommaire , cuisine tres tres peu équipée pour y cuisiner . Pas d'éponge . Au fil des années , cette location que j'utilise régulièrement fournit de moins en moins de produits ( fini les capsules Nespresso ou de lait concentré ...après , pas tres grave vu la supérette .

El check in es muy malo por la noche, no hay isntrucciones claras de como realizarlo. La ubicación esta muy alejada del centro y el metro queda lejos, por lo que no es buena opción para turistas.

Gute Alternative, wenn man in der Nähe zu tun hat

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit guter Aufteilung. Küchenzeile und kleiner Tisch, so dass man sehr gut sein Frühstück selbst zubereiten und verzehren kann. Vollkommen ausreichende Ausstattung mit allem Notwendigen. Kleiner Supermarkt im Erdgeschoss hat alles was man braucht. Schöne Weitsicht vom 6.Stockwerk (wo die Hotelzimmer sind).

Geräusche (Gespräch) vom Nachbarzimmer bzw. Lärm vom Flur in der Nacht. Ziemlich deftige Essensgerüche im Flur. Umgebung ist nicht sehr vertrauenswürdig in der Nacht. Schlechte, unzuverlässige Anbindung mit öffentlichem Verkehr (Bus); U-Bahn/Metro-Station knapp 1km/15-20‘ entfernt.

Very good

Little studios with all essential comfort. Clean and functional.

Curtains don't protect from outside lights. Many lights from oven, television and so on. I like to sleep in the dark and didn't sleep well

Great value for money. Very clean place

No breakfast provided by the hotel, but there is a small supermarket nextdoor. There you can buy breakfast if you want with coffee and bread and much more. Also next door, there is a lunch rooms which opens at 10 am. The hotel itself was perfect with a small but clean room. Kitchenette available as well. Quite place at a good price.

Parking is paid in a parking garage for 7 euro per 24 hrs. Nothing else negative to think of really. Perhaps it is a bit out of the center, but we didn't want to go there anyways

Do not go there after 1600, you will end up sleeping in the lobby

This is a student home that rents out their temporary empty studios as a side gig. Location is good, crowd is good. It embraces the digital nomad vibe with lobbies and cubicles with large seats etc.

Air in room is super dry. All windows were bolted; no fresh air is allowed. You have a complete coffee machine in your room but no coffee. Worst: there is no reception after 16.00; and they have a system with access cards in lockers that only works if you get the mails on-time. I booked during working hours on the day that I arrived, but they could not handle that. I arrived before 23.00 as indicated in my reservation. The door was closed I could not get in. I sneaked in together with a resident and ended in a lobby. I called some numbers as noted on the doors but no one picked up. After a while, I got approached by a resident student that experienced so many issues with stuck travellers that she had saved a phone number of building staff. She started to make a call with someone. The staff member [i guess] on the phone needed around 5 minutes to find my reservation of Booking.Com. Finally, I got a PIN to a locker wall in the lobby in which there was a pile of envelopes with access cards, one was mine and I could have taken simply any one of these keys. If arbitrary residents start to save phone numbers of staff to deal with irritated & stranded guests, i can only assume this happens a lot! If that resident student had not approached my, I would have had to sleep in the lobby on a chair.

unbelievably unbearable

not respectful to the clients. second time having a bad experience with the service there. first time last week they didn’t send us the room access code so we were locked out until 11h30 and only accessed because other guests helped. this week I got to the room to find out my request for baby cot was not respected and no one could do anything about it. i had to find a way to make my baby sleep out of a bed abd that meant being awake the whole night.

the lack of organization and how they are not able to solve problems when they appear.

Perfect choice if you would like to stay next to the campus.

Very good location for UNI campus. The room was clean with comfortable bed and enough space. The heating was very good. There is a supermarket in the building.

A microwave would be useful.

it was overpriced and not worth the money. I could have booked something Better at that price.

it was close to a mini shopping center and various restaurants so you could walk.

The rooms had paper cups with no spoons and the milk was so little that you could not have a decent cup of coffee. the bar and restaurant was so overpriced which is a rip off to tourists. they were instances when rooms would get cleaned but toilet paper and water was not replenished ?

Overall, very good value for a clean, simple, basic stay. I'd happily stay again next time in town.

To set expectations, this is basic yet very comfortable accommodation. Simple room with en-suite bathroom, large TV and in-room kitchen facilities. There is unmanned security in place with pass access. The games room was an unexpected bonus. The communal area was good for eating or study, The self service laundry was fitted with quality machines that all worked for a reasonable price and were easy to use. The adjoining supermarket sold a good range of products, and adequately compensated for the lack of a restaurant. Overall, very good value for a clean, simple, basic stay. I'd happily stay again next time in town.

No complaints. Just be aware that it's near a park so great during the day but can be dark at night. The reception is unmanned in the evening.

Comfortable bed, temporary accomodation for migrant families.

Aircon or vent on the room ceiling was on for 2 days, couldn't turn it down and couldn't sleep because of it. Then finally it was turned down by someone. This is not really a hotel. I think that more wealthy "refugees", whole families are waiting here for their apartments granted by the state. Lots of little children and complete families staying for months, even knowing each other and the cleaning staff. You also feel a little out of place there, if you're not from the arab speaking part of the world. But if you are, you may make some new friends.. who knows? :)
