Have an unforgettable New Braunfels getaway in this lavish condo! With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 1335 square feet, this condo can comfortably accommodate 8 people. Tile flooring, flat screen TV in living room, fully equipped!
Unwind in one of the four community hot tubs, take advantage of the 2 pools, and walk to Schlitterbahn and tubing. The spacious, private balcony is a great place to kick back and relax.
With great amenities, excellent location, and charming style, we can guarantee that this condo will be your annual family vacation destination!
Condominium is located on the Guadalupe River and is walking distance to Schlitterbahn Waterpark!

On the DAY OF your check-in, you will receive your CHECK-IN DETAILS via email shortly before 4 pm (3:55 pm), to gain access directly into the property (no need to go anywhere additional to check-in). It is important that the Rental Agreement is signed and reservation is paid in full so we don't have any interruptions with sending your check-in details.

We are always available by call, text, or email. During your stay, we recommend to text for any questions or issues that may arise, as they will receive the fastest response after business hours! Our number will be provided following your booking. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns during your stay at our property!
*Monthly reservations during our popular winter months (January, February, and March) MUST be booked from the 1st to the 1st.
**Remaining off-season monthly stays must be booked for a FULL month (i.e. 1st to the 1st, 6th to the 6th, 27th to the 27th, etc)
We stock the property with all basic kitchen utensils (dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans). Our cleaning company provides a starter pack of toilet paper (2 rolls per restroom), paper towels (2 rolls in the kitchen), sponge (1), trash bags (3), dishwasher tablets (3), bar soap (1 per restroom), make-up wipes (2 per restroom), hand soap in the restrooms, and dish soap in the kitchen. We supply enough bath towels for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and half the guest count for hand towels and wash cloths. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for you to use at your convenience! We recommend for guests to bring any food, toiletries, and beach towels they may need during their stay!
The cleaning fee covers the cost for cleaning to come in, and flip the unit for the next arrival, especially during the summer when we have a four-hour turnover time. While the cost may seem high to some, this includes the starter pack of supplies in the unit, washing all of the linens and towels, and completely cleaning and sanitizing the unit for the next guests arrival. This is why we kindly ask you to remove all trash, run the dishwasher, and just put the linens and towels in a pile. If these items are not completed, it then causes the cleaning crew to spend extra time doing these tasks, which we have to charge the guest for. By the guests completing these tasks, and not leaving the unit excessively dirty, we are able to get cleaning in and out during the four hour turnover, and this is also how we are able to accommodate early check-ins! While this may not always be the case (sometimes we may have 20-40 turnovers in one day), we strive to accommodate guests and their schedules within reason, to allow you to have an enjoyable stay!
With any excessively dirty unit (excessive pet hair, vomit, stained sheets, stained towels, confetti/glitter, etc), we will have to charge the guest the additional cleaning. This happens very rarely, we just ask you be respectful of the property, as if it were your own home :).

-Renting party must be 23 or older (all members of the group must be 23yrs of age or older, unless there's a parent/guardian present during the entirety of the stay).
-Must sign Rental Agreement prior to receiving check-in details- please let us know if you'd like a copy before booking (we can't attach)
-If booked on the same day or weekend, please call After-Hours # provided, as we can access our phone quicker than AirBNB
-No day visitors (8 guests-max occupancy- occupancy includes children)
-Bracelets are given for the max occupancy of the unit. These are to be worn to use the amenities on property.
-Max parking- 2 cars (in designated spots, towing will be enforced by a 3rd party company which unfortunately we have no control over- please use parking permits provided upon arrival)
-For stays over 28 days- max 1 guest per bedroom
-Monthly reservations during our popular winter months (January, February, and March) MUST be booked from the 1st to the 1st.
-Remaining off-season monthly stays must be booked for a FULL month (i.e. 1st to the 1st, 6th to the 6th, 27th to the 27th, etc)
I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Condo was spacious and well appointed. The location was perfect for tubing the river, enjoying the water park or just relaxing at the pool. The unit was very quiet so it was easy to relax. We all had a wonderful time!

Very large space! Perfect for our large family, big bedrooms, lots of privacy. The kitchen was very well stocked, we had everything we needed. The property is great, we cooked outside on the grill and the kids went in the pool and the river! I would highly recommend the property and we will definitely stay there again!!!

The location was amazing, close to everything. A short walk to 2 pools, and the river just beyond the pool in the back. Condo was just as described. Kitchen was stocked well. My only gripe was I’m pretty sure the fridge was turned on right before our check-in. It took 6 hrs for our food to get cold. The other issue was the AC. The living room and smaller bedroom are freezing and the master and larger other bedroom were 10 degrees warmer. Overall good location and plenty of room to sleep 6-7 people.

Fun at Jack's!
We loved the location, and beauty of this property. The river access, pools, hot tubs and open field are wonderful perks and play areas for this property. Our unit was a great fit for our family size wise. A full sized kitchen and washer dryer were very useful. So glad to have an elevator as well.

Exactly as pictured. The grounds were nice with lots of trees and easy access to the river. The condo was very spacious and stocked with all the essentials. There were 6 adults and all of us were very comfortable.

Great place to stay. Comfortable beds and an amazing view. Patio was great for morning coffee. Proximity to river and shopping was great!! Would definitely stay here again.

Great Relaxing Stay
Great property! 2 very spacious bedrooms and a 3rd typical bedroom. Very comfortable beds. Comfortable couch and recliners. Awesome welcome bowl of chips, creamers, etc. the bathrooms had small soaps and makeup remover wipes. The pools were nice as well. The floors could have been cleaned a little better.

Great Stay in NB!
The location and amenities were great! We used the grills every night and access to the river was steps away! The pools were a little warm and crowded but the river was great. The floors of our unit were a little sticky so we wish there was a swifter or mop we could have used. This was our only complaint. Staying on the 3rd floor was great for noise control and the views!!

So Much Fun!
Condo and management are great! Probably the only thing I can say critically is there could have been a few more towels, or there could have been some laundry detergent. They had some dish washing detergent so I may just not have found some washing detergent. Either way, very cool place. Thank you!

Great Location!
The condo was really clean and very well kept. Bathrooms and kitchen stocked with everything needed for a home away from home. Plenty of space to hang around the condo if weather conditions don't allow you to venture outside. Loved the convenience of having the river right in the backyard plus simply minutes away from all the key locations in New Braunfels and Gruene. Definitely staying here again!!

Clean, well-equipped, comfy.
The property is very well managed and has beautiful shaded grounds which we used most nights to barbeque outside for dinner. Kids and adults loved the pool near the river. Inside had everything we needed and more. Nicely equipped and would definitely return if need 3 bedrooms in the New Braunfels area.
