Nothing I like on this property. House from outside look nice and tidy but when I step into the house, quite dirty for us. Got alot of spider web on the cooking area and inside our room. Furniture all are too old and toilet have alot ants 😢 it’s very bad experience with this price
Everything we don’t like 🤣 the only good was you’re the only one. Staying at there with the staff , a lot of mosquito too. BBQ place is 🔒 if you wan to BBQ have to rent it , water too slow for us to take a shower . Bad experience

We loved the Mt. Kinabalu view from terrace. Location close to golf course, in nature. All worked well. Beds were comfortable.
There is fungus on walls in all rooms. Ventilator in kitchen is broken with enough space for moscitos to come in. Very small bathrooms with shower 50 cm from toilet.

The best view of Mt. Kinabalu I’ve ever had so far. Although the amenities are pretty basic, it was an incredibly comfortable stay. The mattress and duvet were so comfortable that I slept like a baby. Lots of activities for kids are nearby like the Strawberry Farm, Alpaca Farm and Desa. Great place to bbq or have hotpot; just make sure to bring a gas stove for hotpot and bbq as electrical appliances aren’t allowed. Also the yard is very nice for kids to run around, explore and enjoy.
Firstly, the drive from Nabalu was slightly farther inward than other properties that I’ve stayed at before. Although the road was quite steep it was a doable drive. So personally driving out for meals wasn’t the most convenient, would recommend instead bringing food for bbq or for hotpot instead However the drive was completely worth it for the view of Mt. K. Secondly, the stairs are a bit creaky so it might disturb light sleepers who have to sleep in the bottom room. Finally, the bugs outside did become a bit annoying but it wasn’t a big issue.

The privacy, superb location and view. As if im staying just for the view but hey, if u loved the view and privacy, have a go!
No heater, the house is looks old, not fixing some of the decor, too moist since theres no heater. Didnt know that you have to pay for the barbeque pit for rm60 (or more), they didnt stated in the description.

Nope at all
Totally a run down property, no proper outside light, not even a signboard with proper street lights, weak security, not even have main gate, weak water heater, too many things to be improved, the view from the property also so so only

Location

The location here is great for viewing part of Mount Kinabalu. Just right in front the house. The cool fresh air in the morning with a cup of hot tea while sitting and watching the mountain certainly makes my day.
The water heater system. Need to turn on the water smaller in order to enjoy the hot water from it. If slightly bigger, the water will become cold.

The location was very quiet and had a very nice view of Mount Kinabalu from our rooms. The place was clean and well maintained as well.

Owner and staff are helpful and friendly, answer my many question. Generally the house is clean, location is good, we saw Mt kinabalu during sunset and sunrisr
The house has the potential if the owner can do some refurbish such as the mould wall and ceiling, one of the toilet pipe is leaking, some light bulbs are not working in living room.

open view to mount Kinabalu with no obstruction, complete cooking utensils, BBQ facilities was awesome but need to Pay RM45/- with your own charcoal. But still worth it.
Need more Power points in Bedroom, regular cleaning of cobwebs at verandah and room.
