Loved the location! Perfect size for 2 families. We'll definitely be coming back!

Spacious, cozy and tranquil is what you’ll get at this quiet and comfortable cabin in the quaint town of Franconia. The kitchen was easy to cook in with it being mostly stocked with everything you need to prepare most meals. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms to spread out and all the wooded trails to walk or hike! We even spotted a snowshoe hare on one of our hikes!

We absolutely loved this place it was a fantastic location to visit all the attractions in the area ,peaceful with plenty of room

The house itself was beautiful and spacious. Unfortunately, when we arrived, there was a strange odor. All the doors inside were closed and the main floor bathroom was locked. There was a bag full of trash in the basement and it appeared none of the rugs had been vacuumed. We informed management of the locked bathroom door but by the time we received a response, I had already picked it with a bobby pin.
The hot tub had no chlorine tablets and there was an old bandaid floating around. So gross. There seemed to be little pride in caring for the property.
Pros: House was big enough for us and kids enjoyed the basement. Location was close to great hiking and grocery store.
Cons: Kitchen appliances really outdated. Need to replace oven or at the very least, clean it. Update cutlery. Lighter did not work to use the firepit. We had to go buy one. It would be nice if management thought of guests and the details that count. We would not come back here.

This is a beautiful, comfortable, spacious home. We love this property and this was our third year staying here with the same group of friends. It is just the right size for the eight of us, with almost everything we need. Unfortunately, we have tried to give useful feedback during the last two years which seems to have fallen on deaf ears. There are small things that would make anyone's experience there more pleasant. It has been frustrating to receive no response and even more frustrating that the same small things continue to be an annoyance when every other part of our experience here has been stellar.

Property had nice backyard and nice furnishings but it was not taken care of well. It had a musty smell in much of the house especially the basement. The linen in the basement room was moist b/c of the humidity, and the smell was especially strong there.
Some other issues: There was a sock left under one of the beds, I saw a mouse running through the living room and one of the rooms was missing a window.
The management company was very responsive and they moved us to a new place for the rest of our stay.

Walked in and there was a strange scent. We kept the doors open for a bit and then it was amazing. I would stay here again. It was exactly like the pictures. BEAUTIFUL

Great cabin that is bigger than it looks! Hot tub under the stars didn't disappoint, and the kitchen was well-stocked (with gadgets, not food), even though we didn't end up cooking. We loved how convenient it was for Franconia center of town, but still very secluded, no hint of neighbors. 3 bathrooms for 4 bedrooms was also generous. I think there were 2 full size beds and 1 queen, not the other way around, but we managed. Fan was necessary to keep cool, but this summer has been warmer than usual. Overall, great stay for the weekend!

This log cabin was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. The home was very clean, and had a fully stocked kitchen. The bathrooms even had a few toiletries. The hot tub, games, and fuse ball table were really nice add ons!
However, the landscape was completely overgrown and the yard was not useable. It took 3 calls to Vacasa to get the lawn mowed, at which point our trip was half over. Also, as advertised, there is no air-conditioning, and it does get VERY warm in the house. Not all the windows have screens, so you can't fully open up the house. 3 box fans were provided and that does provide some relief. We weren't there on super hot days too.

Beautiful log cabin in a peaceful, quiet location yet minutes from I93. Love the separation of living spaces so older teens/ couples can have privacy and yet the main living area is big enough so all can enjoy time together also. Floor to ceiling windows off the main room make you feel like you’re always outside. Great deck.

Clean, comfortable and well stocked
( except missing a hair dryer) with everything else we needed. The yard needs some attention as the lawn was not mowed and the grass was high. We could not enjoy the outside lawn seating area.

The house was nice. However, there was a sewage backup smell upon arrival, basement bathroom was not usable and the advertised washing maching ended up flooding the basement floor and causing the sewage smell to increase. Plus the kids bedroom with the bunk beds was in the basement where the smell was which caused them to not want to sleep in there (I don't blame them). I notified all of the proper people promptly upon our arrival of the smell and again the next day immediately after attempting to wash towels when the basement backed up with water.
They acknowledged my notifications but made zero attempts to contact us again about the problem either to fix it or make it right the entire time we stayed there. We were a group of 4 adults and 4 kids hiking and exploring for 5 days. Laundry was an essential part of why we booked this cabin instead of a hotel. We again emailed the company after our stay ended trying to address this issue and they never even bothered to reply to my email. I would not recommend using this company for rentals at all after this experience. I am only even leaving a 2 star review because the cabin was in a nice location and would have been great if it didn't smell disgusting, have no laundry capabilities and if the basement level was usable.

Stove front left burner not working
Stove back left difficult to turn off. Turning knob a little to the right of the off position seems to get it off. Test with a splash of water.
Upstairs bedroom air conditioner is useless. It is not connected to a vent to push the hot air out, so the room actually gets hotter when you run out.
Mice droppings were in the kitchen yea drawer with evidence of chewing on some of the bags.
Foozball table is a little messed up.
Otherwise, lots of good things. Very roomy. Great layout for large family. Hot tub was great. Plenty of kitchen utensils and cooking items. Great location. We would stay here again.
Vacasa, fix the stove and upstairs air.

Every year we cut our tree down at the Rocks Estate and this house was the perfect home away from home for the weekend! Perfect location and very clean! We will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful log home with all the comforts and fun you need! Everything was clean and made our stay perfect. The hot tub was excellent for star gazing, morning soak and after hike relaxation. We enjoyed the games and a great fire pit as well. I will say the beds may not be the most comfortable however I never sleep well on stays away. Great place for a quiet escape!

Beautiful cabin, great mountain view, and convenient location.

This property offered everything our family needed, was perfectly located in the Franconia Notch State Park, so we had quick access to The Flume, Cannon Mountain Aerial Tramway, The Old Man of the Mountain historic site, and a bunch of trails and nature scenes that our entire family could enjoy. Seeing a family of black bears stroll by the property was the cherry on top! Def recommend to others, and would DEF stay again!

Beautiful, spacious cabin with large dining table for a group, outdoor grill, fire pit, and hot tub. Lovely surroundings, private, and lots to do nearby. We especially enjoyed hiking the Flume Gorge and hanging out at Echo Lake Beach.

Loved the location and privacy. Hiking was spectacular. We grilled one night and had dinner at Dutch Treat the other. Would definitely come back.

The private location, beauty of the house and cleanliness were absolutely wonderful however there was an issue with the bed in the master bedroom which caused my stay to be less than ideal. I ended up sleeping on the floor all week because it was never fixed. Hopefully next renter will have this resolved because there is nothing worse than not sleeping on vacation. I will say the house is perfect for a “get away from it all” stay as it’s very private, but still close to a general store, and only minutes to 93 and 302 to get you to attractions easily. Hot tub is perfect when the sun goes down and there was ample room for everyone in our party. There is a hiking trail if you walk up the street so you don’t even need to drive anywhere to go on a nice hike. Deck was great and fire pit in the yard was perfect as it cooled down enough at night to enjoy a fire. Would have been 5 stars if not for the unresolved issue. If you’ve ever wanted to stay in a log cabin, this is perfect.

Amazing!
Four of us rented this cabin just for two days and we wish we stayed longer! The cabin itself is absolutely beautiful and clean! We enjoyed the hot tub with its gorgeous views of the mountains and privacy. We already cannot wait to book again! Thank you!

Nice hideaway
The home is located privately on a quiet road yet close to town and all the sights you'd want to see in Franconia and the surrounding area. Home was clean and access and departure was smooth. Basement room with TV was good for teens wanting to stay up later than the rest of us.

Franconia Wedding
This house was beautiful, clean, and well located! A few things that could use improvement...We were there for a wedding and there were no irons or blow dryers available. I get that this is likely a home for getting away from all the things, but those would be very inexpensive to outfit a home with. The rooms all have double beds, which is a little tight when there is probably room for queens. Or there is plenty of space for the couch in the loft or the basement to pull out into a bed to allow for a little more space. The towels were also a little limited, which also seems like an easy fix to make the home even better. We really did love the house and the cleanliness was awesome. One of the cleanest rental homes we've stayed in.

Great getaway spot that isn't hard to get away to!
We live in Southern NH and wanted a place to get away for the weekend to that wasn't going to take much travel. We didn't plan on going anywhere once we got there, we just wanted to be able to enjoy the outdoors and a bit of summer. This was a great place to relax for a few days. The listing is accurate and the photos show it. You'll love it!

Wonderful place!
A group of 9 of us came for a friends weekend and couldn't have enjoyed it more. This place is every bit as beautiful as the photos. Clean, well-equipped, and spacious too. We cooked every meal here during a three-day weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed the dining area, cozy living room, deck, hot tub, and fire pit. We went for a great hike at the Flume Gorge, and went to Echo Lake Beach too. Great cabin in a great area.

Beautiful Rustic Retreat
This house is absolutely stunning! The layout, the decor, the high-quality furniture and mattresses…it was all so beautiful, comfortable, and inviting. Having three bathrooms was an amazing treat for our group of nine girls! To top it off, the property is secluded and the hot tub overlooks what appears to be an endless sea of trees. The perfect getaway!

Great Location
Nice home in the woods with much to see and do nearby. Yard needed mowing and Ticks were plentiful as a result. There is no air conditioning which is a problem on hot days in the summer.
